上記目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、駆動源であるモーターを収容する本体胴体部と、ハンドル部と、該ハンドル部下部にバッテリー着脱可能なバッテリー受け部を一体に備えたハウジングを有し、且つ、一層目の樹脂を射出成形した前記ハウジングに、前記一層目の樹脂より軟質の二層目の樹脂を射出成形し熱溶着された前記ハウジングを有する電動ドライバーにおいて、前記ハンドル左右方向の前記バッテリー受け部上面に前記二層目の樹脂を配設したことを特徴とするものである。
請求項2に記載の発明は、駆動源であるモーターを収容する本体胴体部とハンドル部を一体に備えたハウジングを有し、且つ、一層目の樹脂を射出成形した前記ハウジングに、前記一層目の樹脂より軟質の二層目の樹脂を射出成形し熱溶着された前記ハウジングを有する電動ドライバーにおいて、前記モーターの回転方向を制御する正転逆転レバーの貫通穴入り口の周囲に前記一層目の樹脂を露出させ、更にその周囲に前記二層目の樹脂を施したことを特徴とするものである。
請求項3に記載の発明は、ハンマーケースに4本のネジで接合され、モーターを収容する本体胴体部とハンドル部を一体に備えたハウジングを有し、且つ、一層目の樹脂を射出成形した前記ハウジングに、前記一層目の樹脂より軟質の二層目の樹脂を射出成形し熱溶着された前記ハウジングを有する電動ドライバーにおいて、前記4本のネジ全ての前記ハウジングにおける突起ネジボスに前記二層目の樹脂を施したことを特徴とするものである。
請求項4に記載の発明は、駆動源であるモーターを収容する本体胴体部と、ハンドル部を一体に備えたハウジングを有し、且つ、一層目の樹脂を射出成形した前記ハウジングに、前記一層目の樹脂より軟質の二層目の樹脂を射出成形し熱溶着された前記ハウジングを有する電動ドライバーにおいて、前記二層目の樹脂に光を反射するパール粉もしくは金属粉を成分に含むことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明フックの一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

図2は、本発明のフックの装着構造を適用したインパクトドライバの全体説明図で、電動ドライバー1は、ハウジング2及びハンマケース3内で、アンビル4と同軸上に配置されたモータ5により回転する遊星ギヤ部6で回転が減速され、遊星ギヤ部6にスピンドル7を介在して連結されるハンマ8によりアンビル4が回転打撃されるもので、ハウジング2aとハウジング2bがネジ止めされることで、胴体部9と該胴体部9の下方に延設されたハンドル10が形成されており、胴体部9後方に風窓11が、ハンドル10上半部内にはスイッチ12が、下半部内にはバッテリー受け部13とバッテリー14の一部が夫々配設される。

最後に、以上説明した二層成形の構成は、例示した電動ドライバーに限らず、丸のこ、スクリュードライバー、ドライバードリル、等の電動工具に幅広く適用可能である。
