Description

【0001】

The main configuration of the present invention comprises a hot water supply means for supplying hot water heated to a certain temperature to the tea supply device A, and a tea supply device A for mixing and discharging tea from the hot water supplied from the hot water supply means. Also, as an outline of the overall configuration, an external water heater P or an external water heater P installed separately from the tea heater A is used as a hot water supply means. That is, the hot water supply A is not provided with the external hot water supply P inside, but the hot water supply A and the external hot water supply P are installed as separate systems.
[0018]
The external water heater P can supply hot water to the water heater A by, for example, a head from the external water heater P to the water heater A or a water supply pressure from the water source of the external water heater P to the water heater A. It is desirable to use P.
[0019]
Hot water supplied from the external water heater P to the tea machine A via the hot water supply pipe P1 is supplied to the control means provided in the tea machine A, a hot water supply valve 1, an automatic drainage device 20, a mixing device 30, a powdered tea supply device. According to 40 or the like, an appropriate temperature and an appropriate amount of tea are supplied by type. Next, these means and devices will be described in detail in order.
[0020]
The control means is a means for controlling the operation of the entire tea dispenser A. In the illustrated example, the control means includes a control device 10 mounted on the tea dispenser A, the operation unit 2, and a display unit 3 for notifying the state of the operation (FIG. 1). Then, the hot water supply valve 1 is controlled to open and close by operating the operation unit 2 to supply or stop the hot water to the tea dispenser A.
[0021]
The hot water supply valve 1 freely adjusts the opening and closing of the hot water supply pipe P1 connected to the tea dispenser A, and the use of an electromagnetic valve is optimal. Hot water for supplying tea is always filled from the external water heater P to the hot water supply valve 1 of the tea heater A through the hot water supply pipe P1. At this time, when the hot water in the hot water supply pipe P1 has cooled down, or when the hot water from the external water heater P has not reached the set temperature, the automatic drainage device 20 operates (see FIG. 1).
[0022]
The automatic drainage device 20 is a device for automatically draining hot water supplied from the external water heater P until the temperature reaches a set temperature, and is attached to a pipe ahead of the hot water supply valve 1 to measure a hot water temperature. And a drain pipe 22. The drain pipe 22 is connected to a selection valve 4 described later, and when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 21 is lower or higher than a set temperature, the selection valve 4 automatically switches the pipe line to keep hot water from the drain pipe 22 constant. Drain until time or within set temperature. The temperature difference between the outside of the pipe for actually measuring the temperature and the hot water inside the pipe can be corrected by the control device 10.
[0023]
The selection valve 4 is a valve that allows the hot water supplied to the tea machine A to be selectively introduced into the plurality of mixing containers 31 (see FIG. 2). The selection valve 4 in the illustrated example has a double cylindrical structure, and is provided with a supply inner pipe 4A provided at the tip of the hot water supply pipe 23 and a drainage outer pipe 4B fitted to the supply inner pipe 4A. The rotation of the supply inner pipe 4A is controlled within the pipe 4B. A plurality of selection holes 4Aa and 4Ba are provided on the side surfaces of the supply inner pipe 4A and the drainage outer pipe 4B, and hot water can be supplied to a place where the selection holes 4Aa and 4Ba coincide. The drainage pipe 22 provided in the automatic drainage device 20 is connected to the drainage outer pipe 4B. According to such a selection valve 4, since the selection holes 4Aa and 4Ba are provided on the side surfaces of the supply inner pipe 4A and the drainage outer pipe 4B, and the supply inner pipe 4A is rotated, the hot water distribution point can be changed. The distribution pipe 5 can be easily installed at many distribution points. Then, when the pipe line of the distribution pipe 5 communicating with the mixing container 31 to which the powdered tea Q is supplied and the hot water supply pipe P1 connected to the external water heater P are connected via the selection valve 4, the hot water supply valve 1 Is opened, and the hot water supplied from the external water heater P is controlled to be poured into the mixing container 31.
[0024]
The mixing device 30 is a device for mixing the supplied hot water and tea, and is provided with a plurality of mixing devices at the end of the distribution pipe 5 connected to the selection valve 4 (see FIG. 3). The mixing device 30 includes a mixing container 31 and a supply nozzle 32, and is provided so as to mix different types of tea and hot water in each mixing container 31. The mixing container 31 is a container for injecting hot water from the distribution pipe 5 and for supplying and mixing the powdered tea Q. The powdered tea Q is supplied from a powdered tea supply device 40, which will be described later, in a fixed amount, and can be stirred by the force of hot water poured into the mixing container 31.
[0025]
That is, the amount of hot water supplied to the mixing container 31 is set to be larger than the amount discharged as tea, so that a certain amount of hot water is stored in the mixing container 31. On the other hand, the supply nozzle 32 for supplying hot water into the mixing container 31 is provided with a plurality of supply holes 32A having different opening directions. When hot water is injected into the mixing container 31 from the supply hole 32A, the amount of hot water flowing in becomes larger than the amount of hot water flowing out, so that the hot water supplied into the mixing container 31 is temporarily stored. At this time, the hot water supply valve 1 is intermittently opened and closed to prevent the hot water from overflowing from the mixing container. By injecting in this manner, hot water is evenly applied to the powdered tea Q, and it is prevented that the powdered tea floats on the surface of the hot water. Then, convection occurs, and the powdered tea Q can be effectively stirred, so that the powdered tea Q can be supplied after being sufficiently dissolved in the mixing container 31.
[0026]
The powdered tea supply device 40 includes a powdered tea container 41, a slider 42, and a lid 43, and is provided above each mixing container 31 (see FIG. 4). The powdered tea container 41 is a container for storing the powdered tea Q, and has an opening at the lower end of the powdered tea container 41. Then, the powdered tea Q in the powdered tea container 41 moves to the slider 42 provided at the lower end of the powdered tea container 41 by its own weight. The slider 42 is slidably disposed at the lower end of the powdered tea container 41 and has a measuring chamber 42A for taking in a fixed amount of powdered tea.
[0027]
The measuring chamber 42A shown in FIG. 5 has a cylindrical shape penetrating the slide plate 42B up and down, and when the slide plate 42B is on a contact plate 42C in contact with the lower surface of the slide plate 42B, The powdered tea Q moves from the powdered tea container 41 to the measuring chamber 42A (see FIG. 3A). Next, when the slide plate 42B is slid toward the mixing container 31 by the driving motor, the upper surface of the slide plate 42B is handled by the opened lower end of the powdered tea container 41, and a certain amount of powdered tea Q is stored in the measuring chamber 42A. Is supplied (see FIG. 3B). At this time, the powdered tea Q is supplied by its own weight along with the movement of the slide plate 42B to the weighing chamber 42A shifted from the mouth of the mixing container 31 at the initial position of the slider 42. When the slide plate 42B further moves, the powdered tea Q in the measuring chamber 42A falls into the mixing container 31 (see FIG. 3C). After the powdered tea Q is dropped from the measuring chamber 42A into the mixing container 31, the upper opening of the mixing container 31 is covered with the lid 43.
[0028]
The lid 43 covers the upper opening of the mixing container 31. When the slide plate 42B moves from the initial position, the sliding pin 42A pushes the interlocking pin 43A provided on the lid 43, and the lid 43 cooperates with the movement of the slider 42. Then, the lid 43 is opened (see FIG. 5). At this time, since the interlocking pin 43A maintains the mounting angle with the lid 43 by the tension of the spring 43B, the driving motor presses the slide plate 42B with a force greater than the tension of the spring 43B even when the lid 43 is fully opened. As a result, the interlocking pin 43A falls down, the slide plate 42B further moves, and the lid 43 is lifted (see FIG. 3C). When the slide plate 42B returns to the initial position, the lid 43 again covers the mixing container 31 by the tension of the spring 43B (see FIG. 7A).
[0029]
In this manner, the lid 43 is opened and closed by pushing down the predetermined interlocking pin 43A. Therefore, even if the sliding distance of the slide plate 42B is increased in order to increase the amount of powdered tea Q, for example, 43A remains in a collapsed state. That is, even if the number of powdered tea Q is increased by increasing the number of weighing chambers 42A, it is possible to cope without being restricted by the slide distance.
[0030]
Further, in the illustrated example, in order to enable the opening and closing operation of the lid 43 in a space-saving manner, a roller 43C serving as a fulcrum for opening and closing the lid 43 is added to the tip of the interlocking pin 43A, so that the lid is more closed than the fulcrum for opening and closing. A mechanism in which the rotation trajectory of the lid obtained by the downward rotation of the tip of the body 43 is arranged so that the lid can be fully opened at the initial stage of the slider movement, so that the powdered tea Q is difficult to cover on the lid 43. And
[0031]
The lid 43 always closes the hole for supplying the powdered tea Q in the upper part of the mixing container 31 and has a structure that is opened only when the powdered tea Q is supplied, so that the steam of the previously supplied hot water rises from the mixing container 31. To prevent powder tea Q from getting wet. Further, steam exhausting from the mixing container 31 when the lid 43 is opened can be sucked by the exhaust fan 45 provided at the front part of the slider 42 and quickly discharged in the opposite direction of the powdered tea container 41. it can.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has achieved the initial object by being configured as described above.
[0033]
That is, the external water heater P or the external water heater P installed separately from the tea heater is used as hot water supply means, the hot water supply pipe P1 of the external water heater P is connected to the tea water supply A, and the hot water supply pipe is connected. A hot water supply valve 1 for freely adjusting the opening and closing of P1 is provided in the tea heater A, and a control means for controlling the hot water supply A and the external hot water supply P is provided. Since the device does not have the structure, the size of the device can be reduced and the structure can be simplified. As a result, they have excellent functionality, are easy to maintain, and can be provided at extremely low cost.
[0034]
Further, a control device 10 for controlling the opening and closing of the hot water supply valve 1 by operating the operation unit 2 provided in the tea heater A, and an automatic drainage for automatically draining hot water supplied from the external water heater P until the temperature reaches a set temperature. Since the apparatus 20 is provided, when the temperature of the hot water in the hot water supply pipe P1 located at the end of the external water heater P is lower than the set value, the water can be automatically drained until hot water at the set temperature is supplied. This makes it possible to always use hot water having a temperature suitable for tea supply even when the existing external water heater P is used as a hot water supply means.
[0035]
Further, since the selection valve 4 is provided to allow the hot water supplied to the tea machine A to be selectively introduced into the plurality of mixing containers 31, a plurality of kinds of tea can be supplied by controlling the selection valve 4. I have to.
[0036]
In addition, the mixing device 30 injects hot water so as to stir the hot water and powdered tea supplied into the mixing container 31, thereby preventing the powdered tea from adhering or sticking to the wall surface of the mixing container 31. You can always supply freshly made tea at low cost. When only hot water is discharged, the hot water is discharged from the hot water supply nozzle 44 through the distribution pipe 5 without passing through the mixing vessel 31. As a result, the hot water can be discharged using the head or the supply water pressure as it is, and the discharge of the hot water is completed simultaneously with the end of the operation by not passing through the mixing container 31 having a structure in which the hot water is temporarily stored. I do.
[0037]
The powdered tea supply device 40 including the powdered tea container 41, the slider 42, and the lid 43 makes it possible to make the supply amount of the powdered tea Q constant, and to adjust the increase and decrease of the powdered tea Q. It is easy and can be provided at low cost.
[0038]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a tea supply apparatus which is excellent in functionality, can be provided at low cost, and can easily provide maintenance.
