Abstract

この発明は、電子計量カップに関し、詳しくは、被計量対象物の重量、容量等を容易かつ正確に計量することができるようにした電子計量カップに関する。

【従来の技術】
最近、学校給食センター、飲食店、病院等においては、健康上の目的等のために調理に使用する調味料等の重量、容量等を正確に計量することが求められている。ところで、従来、調味料等の容量を計量する場合は、計量カップ、計量スプーン等が用いられており、また、重量を計算する場合は調理用秤が用いられている。また、塩分濃度を計量するものとしては塩分濃度計等が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の計量カップ、計量スプーン等においては以下問題点があった。(1)容量の計量はできてもその重量を計量することはできない。また、重量を知る必要がある場合は、予め知得した被計量対象物である各種調味料等の単位当たりの重量を用い、計量した容量値から換算する。そのため、 煩わしい計算が必要であった。(2)また、近年、食品加工物等では、1グラム単位で食材の計量をする場合があり、その場合は調理用秤を使用する。しかし調理用秤は、1グラム単位の計量にはその操作性等から不向きであり、精度の良い計量ができなかった。(3)また計量スプーンにおいては所望の計量容量に対応した複数の計量スプーンを選択使用する必要があり非常に面倒である。(4)また、塩分濃度を計量するものとしては塩分濃度計等が知られているが、被計量対象物の重量や容量は検出できない。そこで、この発明は、被計量対象物の重量、容量等を容易かつ正確に計量することができるようにした電子計量カップを提供することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するため、請求項1記載の発明は、計量容器と注入容器と制御室を内蔵することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、この発明に係わる電子計量カップの実施の形態を添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。図1はこの発明に係わる電子計量カップの実施形態を示す斜視図である。また図2は、図1に示した電子計量スプーンの要部断面図である。図1および図2において、この電子計量カップ1は、被計量対象物の計量を行う計量容器9と、注入容器8と、制御室15とから構成される。計量容器9は、上部が閉鎖された有底容器を形成しており、その底部には有底容器に収納される被計量対象物14の計量を行うための計量センサ10が設けられている。ここで、計量センサ10としては、重量センサ、たとえば半導体圧力センサ等を用いて構成することができる。また、計量容器9の材質としては、例えばプラスチック等から構成することができる。またこの計量容器9と注入容器8との境界下部に電磁弁11が設けられている。被計量対象物14は注入容器8に一旦収納されて、入力キー5で設定された容量が制御室15の制御回路ユニット13からの信号で電磁弁11を開き、注入容器8に収納された被計量対象物14は計量容器9に流入する。その際、計量センサ10は制御回路ユニット13に被計量対象物14の重量を送信する。入力キー5で設定された容量は制御回路ユニット13が計量センサ10の信号を計測して設定値に合致したとき電磁弁11を閉める。計量容器9には要望どおりの容量が確保されている。上述したように、この実施の形態の電子計量カップ1によれば、計量センサ10を埋め込んだ計量容器9と、計量センサ10の出力を処理して計量結果を制御回路ユニットから電磁弁11を開閉することで正確な容量を確保する、表示部であるデジタル表示6には計量容器9の容量が常に表示されるように構成されている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したようにこの発明の電子計量カップによれば、計量センサを埋め込んだ計量容器と、上記計量センサの出力を処理して計量結果を報知するデジタル表示と、電磁弁を制御する制御回路ユニットとを具備して構成したので、調味料等の被計量対象物の重量、容量等を容易かつ敏速に、しかも精度よく計量することが可能となり、調理等の省力化、正確さの実現および健康管理等に資することができるという効果を奏する。
