Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a torso ring for a pet, which is used when a pet is attached to a pet animal such as a dog or a monkey and a drawstring is connected to take a walk.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of torso has been increasingly used in place of a collar for preventing the pet animal from tightening the neck, preventing hair pain around the neck, preventing the neck from slipping off, and the like. A conventional body ring has a string body whose ends can be connected and separated by a buckle, and a string body insertion for inserting a cross portion when the string body is formed into an eight shape to form a collar portion and a body ring portion. 2. Description of the Related Art A structure including a support plate having a hole and a connecting ring having a rectangular annular portion through which a cross portion of a cord body is inserted into the support plate is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-262178 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional body wheel has a structure in which the support plate and the connecting ring are separated at a stage before the string body is assembled. Therefore, when the string body is inserted, first, one end side of the string body is supported. After passing through one of the opposing cord insertion holes of the plate, and then dipping the rectangular annular portion of the connecting ring, insert it into the other cord insertion hole, and insert the same for the other end of the cord. It has to be performed, and not only does the work of assembling the cord body increase, but also there is a disadvantage that it is very complicated. In addition, since the rectangular annular portion of the connecting ring through which the cross portion of the cord body projects from the cross portion of the string on the back side of the support plate toward the back of the animal, when attached to the animal, the hair on the back of the animal is Troubles such as hair pain and hair loss may occur between the rectangular annular portion and the cross portion of the cord body, and dog dogs and the like have requested improvements.
[0005]
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and demands, the present invention reduces the number of steps for assembling the string, facilitates the assembling of the string, and causes troubles such as hair pain and hair loss caused by pinching of the back of the animal. It is intended to provide a pet body wheel capable of solving the problem.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the present invention for solving this technical problem includes a buckle for connecting / separating operation, a string body for forming a collar portion and a body ring portion as a figure of eight; A support plate formed with a string body insertion hole for inserting a cross portion of the string body formed into a shape, and a connecting ring for connecting a drawstring fixed to the support plate via an attachment member. The attachment member of the ring is covered with a cross portion of the cord body on the back surface side of the support plate.
[0007]
According to this configuration, since the labor for inserting the cord into the connecting ring can be omitted, the number of steps for assembling the cord can be reduced, and the assembling work of the cord can be facilitated. In addition, since the attachment member of the connecting ring is covered with the cross portion of the cord body on the back surface side of the support plate, the hair on the back of the animal does not get caught between the attachment member and the support plate, and the hair on the back of the animal is not caught between the attachment member and the support plate. Troubles such as pain and hair loss can be eliminated.
Further, the technical means of the present invention is that the support plate is configured such that a mounting portion of a connection ring is formed of a metal plate, and the connection ring is rotatably fixed to a metal plate of the support plate via a mounting member. It is characterized by having.
[0008]
According to this configuration, it is possible to sufficiently maintain the strength against tension and bending acting on the support plate to which the connecting ring is fixed. In addition, since the connecting ring can rotate freely with respect to the support plate, even if the animal moves left, right, back and forth with respect to the leader, the drawstring can be easily followed, and the connecting ring can be attached to the support plate. It can be firmly fixed.
Further, the technical means of the present invention is such that the support plate has a shape in which a leading edge contour shape and a trailing edge contour shape are different from each other, and the cord insertion hole is slightly shifted from a facing position in the cross direction of the cord body. It is characterized by being displaced and opposed.
[0009]
According to this configuration, when the torso is mounted on the animal, the difference between the front edge contour shape and the rear edge contour shape of the support plate serves as a guide in the mounting direction, and can be easily mounted in a normal state. . In addition, when the cord body is about to move, the cord body is forced to move with twisting by the cord body insertion hole which is slightly displaced from the directly facing position in the cross direction and is opposed to the string body insertion hole. The movement frictional resistance of the cord body with respect to the support plate is increased, the displacement movement of the cord body with respect to the support plate is suppressed, and the loosening and the displacement of the trunk ring after wearing on the animal are suppressed.
[0010]
Further, the technical means of the present invention includes a buckle for connecting / separating operation, and a cord body for forming a collar portion and a body ring portion as a figure of eight; a top plate portion, a bottom plate portion, and front and rear wall portions. A support plate having a string insertion hole, which is formed between the top plate portion and the bottom plate portion, and penetrates a cross portion of the string member having a figure eight shape in the left-right direction; A connecting ring for connecting a drawstring fixed to a top plate portion of the support plate via a mounting member; and a back plate portion of the mounting member of the connecting ring and a cross-shaped portion of the cord body are connected to a bottom plate portion of the support plate. It is characterized by being coated with.
[0011]
According to this configuration, since the support plate itself is formed to penetrate in the left-right direction as compared with the case where the cord body insertion holes are provided in the support plate so as to face each other in the cross direction, The width dimension can be reduced. In addition, since the back side of the attachment member of the connecting ring and the cross portion of the cord are covered with the bottom plate portion of the support plate, the hair on the back of the animal is hardly caught. Further, when the string is inserted into the string insertion hole of the support plate, the string can be smoothly inserted using the top plate portion and the bottom plate portion as guide surfaces. Also, when the drawstring connected to the connecting ring is pulled, the support plate is lifted from the back of the animal and the string body turned around the neck and torso of the animal is squeezed, and the front wall end and the rear wall end of the support plate are squeezed. The sliding frictional resistance of the cord body is increased by being pressed against the part, the displacement movement of the cord body with respect to the support plate is suppressed, and the loosening and displacement of the trunk wheel after being attached to the animal is suppressed.
[0012]
Further, the cord insertion hole of the support plate has a vertical width approximately twice the thickness of the cord inserted in the central portion between the front and rear walls, and the cord insertion hole of the cord inserted near the front and rear walls. A portion having a vertical width substantially equal to the thickness is formed.
According to this configuration, since the width of the string insertion hole of the support plate in the vertical direction at the cross portion of the string is approximately twice the thickness of the string, the pet body ring is attached to the pet. In doing so, the cord body can be freely moved in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, since the width in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the thickness of the cord body near the front and rear wall portions of the cord insertion hole, the movement of the cord body in the width direction is restricted after mounting, and the cord body is crossed (distributed). The state can be suitably maintained, and the displacement of the support plate with respect to the cord body can be prevented.
[0013]
Further, the technical means of the present invention is characterized in that an opening hole is formed in a bottom plate portion of the support plate.
According to this configuration, when the mounting member of the connecting ring is fixed to the support plate, a tool can be inserted into the opening hole and fixed, thereby facilitating the fixing work. In addition, a separate sheet such as a name plate or a soft protection sheet provided with an identification mark or decoration can be detachably attached using the opening.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a trunk wheel of the present invention. The trunk wheel of the present invention mainly includes a cord body 1, a support plate 2, and a connecting ring 3.
The string body 1 is made of a natural leather, a synthetic leather, a synthetic resin such as nylon or acrylic, or a composite string of these, and is manufactured in a flat string shape. A buckle 4 for connection / separation operation and a buckle 5 for length adjustment are attached to the string 1, and the entire string 1 is shaped like a figure 8, and the collar 6 and the body ring 7 are formed. In order to adjust the overall length to fit the size of each animal, a length adjusting portion 1a is provided at an appropriate position in the middle, for example, in the middle of the trunk ring portion 7. The buckle 4 is composed of a male member 4b having elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides and a female member 4d having locking holes 4c on both sides, and the male member 4b is compressed with the elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides. The member 4b is pushed into the female member 4d, and the elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides of the male member 4b are connected to the locking holes 4c on both sides of the female member 4d by expanding and restoring to fit and lock. A known one-touch type which is performed by pressing the elastic locking pieces 4a on both sides of the male member 4b and pulling out the male member 4b from the female member 4d while retracting from the locking holes 4c on both sides of the female member 4d. Although it is adopted, another configuration may be adopted. In addition, the buckle 5 is of a type in which the length of the cord body 1 is adjusted to an unapproved floor to maintain the adjusted length. In the present embodiment, a sun-shaped frame-shaped frame is employed. Other configurations may be employed.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the support plate 2 is entirely made of a metal plate, or at least the attachment portion of the connecting ring 3 is made of a metal plate. It is configured to be covered. As shown in FIG. 2, the support plate 2 is formed with four string insertion holes 8 for inserting the cross portions of the eight-shaped string 1 so as to be substantially opposed to each other in the cross direction. is there. Each of the cord insertion holes 8 has a linear or arcuate slit shape, and the length and width of the slit shape are larger than the width and thickness of the cord body 1. In the case of the linear cord insertion hole 8, the opposing ones in the cross direction are arranged substantially in parallel, and in the case of the arc-shaped cord insertion hole 8, the center of the arc opposed in the cross direction is set. Are arranged inside. The string insertion holes 8 facing each other in the cross direction may be arranged at the facing relationship, but are preferably arranged at a position or angle slightly shifted from the facing relationship. In the latter case, the moving frictional resistance of the cord 1 can be increased, and the effect of suppressing the displacement of the cord 1 with respect to the support plate 2 can be increased. As shown in FIG. 2, the support plate 2 has a substantially horizontally elliptical outline shape, and has a configuration in which concave portions 2 b are provided on both right and left side edges and a rear edge to remove excess thickness. In this way, by setting the contour shapes of the front and rear edges of the support plate 2 to be different shapes, it can be used as a reference in the front-rear direction when attached to an animal. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (A), the support plate 2 is curved in an arc shape such that the central portion is higher on the rear surface side and lower on the left and right sides toward the front surface side. With this shape, the support plate 2 can be fitted to the back of the animal and abutted thereon, and the string 1 inserted through the support plate 2 can be closely attached to the torso of the animal.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A and 3B, the connecting ring 3 is formed of a metal ring, preferably, a split ring for a key holder, and is inserted into the locking hole 9a of the mounting member 9 and locked. It is. As shown in FIG. 3B, the mounting member 9 has a boss 9b and an annular portion 9c formed integrally with the boss 9b to form the locking hole 9a. The connecting shaft 9e is inserted into the mounting hole 9d formed in the mounting plate 9b and the mounting hole 2c of the metal plate of the support plate 2, and is prevented from coming off by the bulging locking portions 9f at both ends of the connecting shaft 9e, thereby supporting the mounting member 9 The plate 2 and the plate 2 are firmly connected rotatably. The bulging engagement portion 9f may be formed by crimping or the like simultaneously at both ends after the insertion of the connecting shaft 9e, or may be formed by crimping the other after inserting the connecting shaft 9e. .
[0017]
In the first embodiment, the connecting ring 3 is rotatably fixed to the support plate 2 via the mounting member 9, and the string body 1 is bent in a U-shape to form the collar 6. Are formed, and both ends are crossed to be inserted into the opposing cord insertion holes 8 of the support plate 2 respectively. The female member 4 d of the buckle 4 is fixed to one end of the cord 1, and the other end of the cord 1 is attached to the other end of the cord 1. After the buckle 5 is inserted, the buckle 4 is inserted into the male member 4b of the buckle 4 and turned back. The buckle 5 is again inserted into the male member 4b, and the folded portion between the buckle 5 and the male member 4b of the buckle 4 is adjusted to the length adjusting portion 1a. As a finished product. A case where this is mounted on an animal will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the collar 6 of the string 1 is inserted into the neck of the animal such that the support plate 2 comes to the back of the animal. At this time, the collar portion 6 is made larger than the size of the animal's neck portion, and after being inserted into the neck portion, the collar portion 6 is reduced and adjusted. The reduction of the collar portion 6 is performed by drawing one end or both ends of the cord 1 through the cord insertion hole 8 of the support plate 2. Next, both ends of the cord 1 are turned from the back of the animal to the abdomen via the torso, and the male member 4b of the buckle 4 is pushed into the female member 4d to form the body ring portion 7 and temporarily attached thereto. Then, the size of the waist ring 7 is reduced and adjusted so as to closely fit the torso of the animal by operating the length adjuster 1a and the buckle 5 for adjusting the length. This completes the mounting. Thereafter, the drawstring 10 is locked to the connecting ring 3 and led for a walk or the like. The adjustment of the buckle 5 may be performed only for the first time when it is attached to the animal, and thereafter, the adjustment is not required unless the physique of the animal changes. In the torso ring of the first embodiment, when attached to an animal, the back surface of the attachment member 9 of the connecting ring 3 is covered with the cross-shaped portion of the cord body 1 and does not contact the back of the animal. Therefore, it is possible to prevent troubles such as hair pain and hair loss due to pinching of the hair. In addition, since the connecting ring 3 is rotatably attached to the support plate 2, even if the animal moves forward, backward, left, and right, the drawstring 10 follows the movement of the animal without difficulty, so that the burden on the animal is increased. Can be reduced. Furthermore, since the cord insertion hole 8 of the support plate 2 is slightly displaced from the facing position in the cross direction and is opposed to the cord, the frictional movement of the cord 1 with respect to the support plate 2 can be increased. After being attached to the animal, loosening and displacement of the collar portion 6 and the trunk ring portion 7 of the cord body 1 are prevented.
[0018]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this embodiment, the width of the support plate 2 in both the left and right directions is made larger than the width in the front-rear direction as compared with the first embodiment. The overall contour is such that a shallow bottom dish-shaped recess 2d is provided at the front edge, a large arc-shaped recess 2e is formed at the rear edge, and small arc-shaped recesses 2f, 2f are formed at both left and right sides. In addition, the cord body insertion hole 8 has a linear slit shape, and is arranged to face the position directly facing the cross direction with a slight deviation of the slit formation angle α. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0019]
6 to 8 show a third embodiment. In this embodiment, the shape of a support plate 20 is different from those of the first and second embodiments. That is, the support plate 20 includes a top plate portion 21 and a bottom plate portion 22, and a front wall portion 23 and a rear wall portion 24 connecting the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22, and a cord body is inserted between the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22. The hole 25 is formed so as to penetrate the support plate 20 in the left-right direction, and is entirely made of metal (for example, copper, brass, bronze, other copper alloys, aluminum, aluminum alloys, stainless alloys, titanium alloys, other metals). , Or another metal alloy) by casting, joining, or other manufacturing methods. The connecting ring 3 is rotatably mounted on the mounting hole 26 formed in the top plate portion 21 via the mounting member 9 as in the first embodiment (see FIGS. 7A and 7B). ). An opening 27 is formed in the center of the bottom plate portion 22, as shown in FIG. The string body insertion hole 25 is provided with, for example, side wall portions 28 and 29 for connecting the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22 at substantially the center portions on both the left and right sides. The body 1 may be inserted in a cross shape. The side wall portions 28 and 29 may be replaced by pins. The structures of the cord 1 and the connecting ring 3 are the same as those of the first and second embodiments.
[0020]
The third embodiment has the above configuration, and is different from the case where the cord insertion holes 8 are provided in the support plate 2 in the cross direction as in the first and second embodiments. Since the string body insertion hole 25 is formed by penetrating the support plate 20 in the left-right direction, the width L of the support plate 20 in the left-right direction can be reduced (see FIG. 6). In addition, the back side of the attachment member 9 of the connecting ring 3 and the cross portion of the cord 1 can be covered in the support plate 20, and the hair on the back of the animal does not get caught (FIGS. 7A and 7B). reference). Further, when the string 1 is inserted into the string insertion hole 25 of the support plate 20, the string can be smoothly inserted using the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22 as guide surfaces. When the drawstring connected to the connecting ring 3 is pulled, the support plate 20 is lifted from the back of the animal, and the string 1 turned around the neck and torso of the animal is squeezed as shown by a chain line in FIG. The support plate 20 is pressed against the end of the front wall portion 23 and the end of the rear wall portion 24 to increase the moving frictional resistance of the string 1, and the movement of the string 1 with respect to the support plate 20 is suppressed. After being mounted, the looseness and displacement of the collar portion 6 and the body ring portion 7 are suppressed. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, an opening hole 27 is formed in the center of the bottom plate portion 22 of the support plate 20, so that when the mounting member 9 of the connecting ring 3 is fixed to the support plate 20, the opening hole 27 is formed. A tool can be inserted and fixed in the hole 27, and the fixing operation can be facilitated. In addition, a separate sheet 30 such as a name plate or a soft protection sheet provided with an identification mark, decoration, or the like is detachably attached by utilizing the elastic deformation of the locking projection 31 using the opening hole 27. (See FIG. 8). The method of attaching the torso to the animal in the third embodiment is the same as the method described in the first embodiment. Further, the function of the waist ring in the case of taking a walk is the same as in the first embodiment.
[0021]
FIGS. 9 and 10 show a fourth embodiment, which is different from the third embodiment in that the cord insertion hole 25 of the support plate 20 is inserted in the central portion between the front and rear walls 23, 24. This is a point that has a vertical width approximately twice as large as the thickness of the cord body to be inserted, and a portion having the same vertical width as the thickness of the cord body 1 to be inserted is formed near the front and rear wall portions 23 and 24. . More specifically, since the four corner portions 22C of the bottom plate portion 22 are recessed in the direction of the top plate portion 21, the vertical interval (width) between the top plate portion 21 and the bottom plate portion 22 is reduced, and is approximately the same as the thickness of the cord body 1. It has been.
[0022]
As a result, the width of the string insertion hole 25 of the support plate 20 in the vertical direction at the cross portion of the string 1 is approximately twice the thickness of the string, and thus the pet body ring is attached to the pet. In doing so, the cord body 1 can be freely moved in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, the width of the string body insertion hole 25 near the front and rear walls 23 and 24 is substantially the same as the thickness of the string body 1 in the vertical direction. The cross (distribution) state of the body 1 can be appropriately maintained, and the displacement of the support plate 20 with respect to the cord body 1 can be prevented. When the four corners 22C are recessed as shown in FIG. 9 (the bottom plate portion 22 other than the four corners 22C bulges in a diamond shape), there is an effect as a guide for guiding the cord body 1. A similar effect can be obtained by attaching a spacer other than the method of recessing the four corner portions 22C as described above.
[0023]
As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described first to fourth embodiments. For example, the outline shape of the support plate can be a flower shape, a heart shape, a spade shape, a clover shape, a ginkgo leaf shape, a rhombus shape, or any other shape, and can be colored in an arbitrary color, various patterns and decorations. Can give a difference in individuality. The same applies to the cord 1. In addition, as for the size of the support plate, the width and length of the cord, the size of the connecting ring, and the like, a plurality of sizes are provided corresponding to the size of the animal and the like. Further, the support plate 20 in the third embodiment may be entirely made of a resin, and a reinforcing metal plate may be provided at a portion of the top plate portion 21 where the connecting ring 3 is attached.
