Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable pants-type wearing article suitable for use as disposable diapers, training pants, incontinent pants, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In a disposable wearing article such as a disposable diaper, it is known that a rectangular bodily fluid absorbent panel is used, and a folded portion toward the inside of the panel is formed on both sides of a crotch region of the panel.
[0003]
For example, in a diaper described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 47-36334 (Patent Literature 1), a rectangular panel-shaped diaper body piece has a folding portion in a crotch region, and the folding portion is in the length direction of the body piece. Is formed symmetrically with respect to a center line bisecting the diaper, that is, symmetrically in the front-back direction of the diaper.
[0004]
The diaper described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 50-33044 (Patent Document 2) also has a folded portion. The folded portion is made of a rectangular body fluid-absorbing panel-like material made of a rectangular crossing line and a midpoint of the crossing line. Are formed by bending along a line extending radially from the diaper, and the inner surfaces of the diapers facing each other at the folded portion are partially fixed. The folded portion of the diaper is also formed symmetrically with respect to the center transverse line, that is, symmetrically in the front-rear direction of the diaper.
[0005]
The pants-type wearing article described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-10244 (Patent Document 3) is used as a disposable pants-type diaper or the like, and a rectangular body fluid-absorbing panel is bent into a U-shape. It extends to the front and back waist area around the inseam area. The panel has a fold in the crotch region, the fold being a transverse line of the panel at the lowermost end of the pants-type wearing article and a radial line extending from the midpoint of the transverse line to both side edges of the panel. And are formed by bending the panel. The folded part of the wearing article is also formed symmetrically with respect to the transverse line, that is, symmetrically in the front-back direction of the wearing article.
[0006]
In any of the wearing articles of Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3, the fold formed in the crotch region of the panel acts to partially reduce the width of the panel, and at the same time, functions as a pocket for holding excrement.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In any of Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3, the folded portion formed on the body fluid-absorbing panel is symmetrical in the front-rear direction of the diaper, and the body fluid-absorbing panel after the folded portion is also formed. It is substantially symmetrical in the front-back direction. These panels cover the back of the diaper wearer at the part behind the folded part and cover the abdomen of the wearer at the part ahead of the folded part. If the panels are made wider to allow for the movement, the wider panels on the ventral side hinder the free movement of the wearer's legs. On the other hand, if the width of the panel is made narrow so as not to hinder the movement of the legs, the body fluid absorption capacity of the panel near the buttocks may be insufficient, and the body fluid may easily leak.
[0009]
The present invention is directed to a disposable pants-type wearing article in which the bodily fluid absorbing portion has a folding portion in a crotch region, without hindering movement of a leg of a wearer of the article, and without causing bodily fluid leakage. An object of the present invention is to improve the folded portion.
[0010]

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to the following disposable pants-type wearing article. That is, it has a front waist region, a rear waist region, and a crotch region, and the body region is formed with a bodily fluid absorbing portion extending in the front and rear waist region direction, and the bodily fluid absorbing portion is provided with the front and rear waist region. A direction in which both side edges extending substantially parallel to the peripheral region direction and extending so that inner surfaces of portions located in the front waist region and the rear waist region face each other and have a substantially U shape. The body fluid absorbing portion in the crotch region is bent to the midpoint of a traverse line extending in the width direction of the crotch region and any one of two points on the traverse line equidistant to both sides from the midpoint. A pair of first fold curves that form an intersection angle α with the transverse line and extend toward each of the side edge portions of the body fluid absorbing portion near the front waistline region, and form an intersection angle β with the transverse line. And the two of the bodily fluid absorbing portions near the rear waist region A pair of second fold curves extending toward each side edge portion, wherein the body fluid absorbing portion in the crotch region further includes a first fold curve and a second fold curve in each of the both side edges. A folded portion formed by bending a portion located therebetween toward the inside of the body fluid absorbing portion, and a first non-folded portion located closer to the front waist region than the pair of first folded curves, A disposable pants-type wearing article having a second non-folded portion located closer to the rear waist region than a pair of the second folding curves.
[0011]
In the pants-type wearing article, the present invention is characterized in that the body fluid absorbing portion is formed to have a small spread of the first non-folded portion, and has a large spread of the second non-folded portion. It is in.
[0012]
The present invention has the following embodiments.
(1) The transverse line is located at the lowermost end of the crotch region in the up-down direction of the worn article, and the intersection angle α is larger than the intersection angle β.
(2) the transverse line is offset from the lowermost end of the crotch region in the up-down direction of the worn article toward the front waistline region, and the intersection angle α is equal to or larger than the intersection angle β. .
(3) The intersection angle α is in the range of 35 to 60 degrees, and the intersection angle β is in the range of 10 to 30 degrees.

The absorbing portion 3 is composed of a core material 21 and a covering sheet 22 and has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction in FIG. 4, and is substantially parallel to the vertical center line A-A, and the front and rear waist regions 6 around the crotch region 8. It has a pair of side edge portions 26 extending in seven directions and a pair of front and rear edge portions 27 extending in the width direction of the diaper 1 substantially in parallel to the transverse line BB (see also FIG. 2). When the side edge portion 26 is substantially parallel to the longitudinal center line AA and the edge portion 27 is substantially parallel to the transverse line BB, the case where the side edge portion 26 and the edge portion 27 extend linearly is as follows. In the case of non-linear extension such as slightly curved, for example, it means that the side edge portion 26 may be curved in the crotch region 8 so as to be convex toward the center line A-A. The crotch region portion of the absorbing portion 3 is a portion located in the crotch region 8 of the covering portion 2, and in FIG. 4, a portion located between a pair of parallel lines C 1 -C 1 and C 2 -C 2. In FIG. 3, it means a portion located between the transverse line BB and the line CC. The core material 21 also has a substantially rectangular overall shape, and has an inner surface 23 located on the skin side of the diaper wearer, an outer surface 24 located on the clothing side, and both sides extending in the vertical direction by connecting the inner and outer surfaces 23 and 24. It has a surface portion 40a and both end edge portions 40b extending in the width direction in the front and rear waist regions 6,7. The core 21 also has a pair of chain lines S extending from the midpoint M on the vertical center line AA to each of the side edge portions 26 near the front waistline region 6 in a substantially V-shape, and a pair of chain lines S extending from the midpoint M. A pair of chain lines T extending substantially in a V-shape to each of the side edge portions 26 near the rear waist region 7 and both side edge portions near the front waist region 6 between the midpoint M and the chain line S and the chain line T. 26, grooves 20s, 20t, and 20u (see also FIG. 5) formed so as to extend along a pair of chain lines U extending substantially in a V shape, and these grooves 20s, 20t, and 20u. The core 21 is divided into core elements 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, and 21f. The intersection angle between the transverse lines B-B and the chain line S is alpha, the intersection angle between the transverse lines B-B and a chain line T is beta 1, the intersection angle between the transverse lines B-B and chain line U is beta 2. Preferred crossing angle α is in the range of 35 to 60 degrees, preferably crossing angle beta 1 is in the range of 10 to 30 degrees. As described later with reference to FIG. 4, the intersection angle β 2 is set so that a portion of the side edge portion 26 located between the grooves 20 s and 20 t faces the inside of the absorbing portion 3 as shown in FIGS. This is an angle automatically determined when bending along the grooves 20s and 20t. In the crotch region 8 of the diaper 1, the width of the absorbing portion 3 is smaller than the width of the covering portion 2, and the side edge portion 8a of the covering portion 2 goes around the leg opening 11 outside the side edge portion 26 of the absorbing portion 3. The leg circumference flap 11a is formed.
[0018]
Each of the core elements 21a to 21f is formed by compressing a water-absorbing material such as pulverized pulp or superabsorbent polymer particles with an appropriate force. It is formed by covering with a nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fiber. The inner surface 23 of each of the core elements 21a to 21f or tissue paper (not shown) covering the inner surface 23 can be adhered to the covering sheet 22. The outer surface 24 of the core elements 21a to 21f, or tissue paper or the like covering the outer surface 24 can be bonded to the inner sheet 16 or the like with an adhesive 29a (see FIG. 5). The covering sheet 22 covers the inner surface 23 in the width direction of the core member 21, extends to the outer surface 24 through the side surface portion 40a, and covers the outer surface 24 near the side surface portion 40a. Below the outer surface 24, both side edge portions 22 a of the covering sheet 22 are folded outward in the width direction of the core 21, and each of the portions 22 a adheres to the inner surface of the inner sheet 16 via a hot melt adhesive 29. ing. The covering sheet 22 is also joined to the sheet 22 and the inner sheet 16 where the portion extending beyond the edge portion 40b of the core 21 overlaps with the sheet 22 via a hot melt adhesive (not shown). Such a covering sheet 22 is folded in a Z-shape or an inverted Z-shape near the side surface portion 40a of the core 21 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). As the covering sheet 22, a liquid-pervious nonwoven fabric, a perforated plastic film, a liquid-pervious laminated sheet composed of these nonwoven fabrics and a film, and the like are used.
[0019]
The diaper 1 in the state of FIG. 4 in which the absorbing portion 3 is formed in this way is folded along the transverse line BB with the absorbing portion 3 inside, and the front and rear waist regions 6 and 7 are joined in the joining region 4. When the diaper 1 of FIG. 1 is joined so as to be integrated, crotch regions on both sides of the absorbing portion 3 which are bisected to the left and right by the vertical center line AA are shown in FIGS. As shown in the drawing, it is bent inward of the absorbing portion 3 so as to be directed to the vertical center line AA. More specifically, the absorbing section 3 is folded inward so that the outer surfaces 24 of the core elements 21c and 21e (see FIG. 5) face each other, and the outer faces 24 of the core elements 21d and 21f face each other. At the same time, the inner surface 23 of the core element 21a faces the inner surface 23 of the core elements 21c and 21d, and the inner surface 23 of the core element 21b faces the inner surface 23 of the core elements 21e and 21f (see FIG. 4). It is bent along a pair of grooves 20s and a pair of grooves 20t which are first and second bending curves. Thus, a pair of folded portions 50 are formed in the absorbing portion 3. The rectangular absorbing portion 3 having a U-shape and bent along the grooves 20s and 20t is folded into a flat shape so that the inner surfaces of the absorbing portions 3 overlap each other. A fold curve is formed along the groove 20u positioned so that the material elements 21c and 21e overlap and the core material elements 21d and 21f overlap. The absorbing portion 3 thus bent is in a state in which the core material 21 does not exist at all or slightly exists in the grooves 20s, 20t, and 20u. Rigidity is lower than that, and it is easy to bend as shown in FIG. 2 using the grooves 20s, 20t, and 20u as guides.
[0020]
Absorbing section 3 forms abdominal absorption area 3a, which is a non-folding part, ahead of folding part 50, and forms back absorption area 3b, which is a non-folding part, behind folding part 50 (FIG. 1). 2, 4). In the absorbent part 3, the crotch region part in the ventral absorption range 3a, that is, the position portion 3c is forward movement of the legs of the diaper wearer between the pair of grooves 20s and line C 1 -C 1 4, For example, the intersection angle α is increased and the opening angle γ between the dashed line S and the dashed line S is reduced so as not to hinder the movement of the legs when the wearer walks or when the legs are extended forward and sitting. Preferably, the opening angle γ is within the range of 60 to 110 degrees. Further, the absorber 3, the crotch region portions in the dorsal absorption range 3b, namely to allow the portion 3d located between the pair of grooves 20t and the line C 2 -C 2 covers wide buttocks of wearer's to, to increase the opening angle δ between the chain line T and the chain line T to reduce the crossing angle beta 1, preferably fit the δ opening angle in the range of 120 to 160 degrees. In this way, in the diaper 1, even if the absorbing portion 3 is formed in a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. On the side, the movement of the wearer's legs is not hindered, and on the back side, body fluid leakage from near the buttocks can be prevented.
[0021]
As apparent from FIGS. 2 and 3, the absorbent portion 3 of the diaper 1 has an inner pocket 30 a formed inside the folded portion 50, and an outer pocket between the side edge portion 8 a of the covering portion 2 and the absorbent portion 3. 30b are formed.
[0022]
When the baby wears the diaper 1 of the present invention, the mother puts his hand inside the edge of the waist opening 9 and widens the opening 9 so that the baby's leg is passed through the leg opening 11. In the diaper 1, the deformation of the diaper 1 that widens the opening 9 does not reach the absorbing portion 3 separate from the covering portion 2 in the crotch region 8 far away from the opening 9, and the leg opening 11 is widened. Even if the side edge portion 8a of the crotch region 8 moves, the absorbing portion 3 hardly moves because the side edge portion 26 of the absorbing portion 3 is not joined to the side edge portion 8a. Therefore, the shape of the folded part 50 of the absorbing part 3 does not collapse. The absorbing section 3 fills a portion of the core material 21 along the chain lines S, T, and U contained therein with a water-absorbing material, and locally pressurizes or heat-presses the material with an embossing roll or the like. May be made more rigid than the surrounding area, and may be bent in parallel with those parts. In addition, the absorbing portion 3 fills the portion along the dashed line U with the absorbent material, and forms the grooves 20 s and 20 t in the portion along the dashed lines S and T except for the absorbing material, and then forms the folded portion. 50 can also be formed. It is preferable that the absorbing portion 3 has a sharp fold line formed along the chain lines S and T, but a fold line along the chain line U is not necessarily sharp. is there.
[0023]
FIG. 6 is a view similar to FIG. 4 showing an example of the embodiment of the present invention. In this diaper 1, a second transverse line DD which is shifted by a distance F closer to the front waistline region 6 than a transverse line BB which bisects the length of the diaper 1 in FIG. Each pair of grooves 20s, 20t, 20u is formed on the basis of the reference. The distance F is preferably in the range from 10 to 50 mm. The transverse line DD extends straight from the base point N on the longitudinal center line AA toward each side edge portion 26. From the base point N, a pair of chain lines S is again formed in the front waist region 6. The chain line T extends in the direction of the rear waistline region 7, and the chain line U extends in the front waistline region direction 6 between the chain line S and the chain line T. The intersection angles between the respective dashed lines S, T, U and the transverse lines DD are α, β 1 , and β 2 . In such a diaper 1, since the folding portion 50 is formed closer to the front waist region 6 than in the example of FIG. 4, the intersection angle α between the transverse line DD and the chain line S is changed to the transverse line DD and the chain line. It can be the same as the intersection angle β 1 with T or larger than the intersection angle β 1 . Even if the intersection angle α and the intersection angle β 1 are the same, the width of the absorbing portion 3 becomes narrower in front of the transverse line B-B that bisects the diaper 1 back and forth, so that the absorbent portion 3 moves forward of the leg of the diaper wearer. There is little hindrance to movement. Therefore, the intersection angle α can be made equal to the intersection angle β to be 10 to 30 degrees. However, also in this embodiment, when the intersection angle α is set to 35 to 60 degrees so as to reduce the opening angle γ, and the intersection angle β is set to 10 to 30 degrees so as to increase the opening angle δ, the diaper 1 There is less hindrance to movement. Also in the diaper 1, in the crotch region of the absorbing portion 3, a portion 3 c located between the line C 1 -C 1 and the pair of chain lines S in the front non-folding portion has a small spread, and spread of the portion 3d located between the line C 2 -C 2 and a pair of chain lines T among the folding portion is increased.
[0024]
FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 4 showing another example of the embodiment of the present invention. In the absorbent portion 3 of the diaper 1, the chain lines S, T, U and the groove 20s are respectively taken from two points G and H on the transverse line BB which are equidistant in the left-right direction from the midpoint M of the transverse line BB. , 20t, and 20u extend toward the side edge portion 26. The absorbing portion 3 is bent in the grooves 20s, 20t, and 20u in the same manner as the diaper 1 of FIG. In the absorbing section 3, a portion L between the point G and the point H on the transverse line BB is a boundary line between the abdominal absorption region 3a and the back absorption region 3b. The portion L can have an appropriate length of 0 mm or more depending on the size of the diaper 1 so that the effective folded portion 50 is formed. When the length of the portion L is 0 mm, the two points G and H coincide with the middle point M and become the diaper 1 in FIG.
[0025]
According to the present invention, in addition to the diaper 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, the width of the crotch region 8 in the covering portion 2 is the same as the width of the absorbing portion 3 in the state shown in FIG. It can be implemented smaller than the width. In this case, the absorbing section 3 covers the outer surface 24 of the core 21 with a liquid-impermeable sheet, and can join the liquid-impermeable sheet to the covering section 2. In the joining, the absorbing portion 3 can be joined to the front waist region 6 and the rear waist region 7 of the covering portion 2 and not joined to the crotch region 8. In the diaper 1 thus joined, the covering portion 2 can be replaced with one having only the front waist region 6 and the rear waist region 7 by cutting off the crotch region 8. The present invention described by taking the diaper 1 as an example can be implemented in a wearing article such as training pants, pants for incontinent patients, and sanitary pants.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The body fluid absorbing portion of the disposable pants-type wearing article according to the present invention, even if it has a folded portion in the crotch region, the spread of the non-folded portion located forward of the folded portion in the crotch region is small, Also, since the non-folded portion located behind the folded portion has a large spread, the free movement of the leg of the article wearer is not hindered on the abdominal side, and no body fluid leaks on the back side.
