本発明はパック化粧料に関する。さらに詳しくは、経時での安定性、肌への美白効果に優れるパック化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
パック化粧料は、化粧品、医薬部外品などとして皮膚に適用して、皮膚を一定時間、皮膜で被覆することにより、皮膚に保湿性を与えたり、皮膜に配合した薬剤成分等を効果的に皮膚に浸透させるといった目的で使用される。ポリビニルアルコールは、優れた皮膜形成能を有し、従来から皮膜形成剤としてパック化粧料にこれを配合したものが用いられてきた。中でも、ピールオフタイプのパック化粧料においては、特に優れた皮膜形成能が必要とされるため、非常に多く用いられてきた。

一方、美白剤としてアスコルビン酸およびその誘導体(塩、エステル等を含む)が知られている。該アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体は、美白効果に優れるものの、pHが約6〜7領域でのみ安定に配合され、系のpHが約6未満の領域では不安定となり、経時安定性が悪くなりやすいという問題がある。

ところでポリビニルアルコールは経時により加水分解して、pHが著しく低下し、変臭・変色しやすい。このため、皮膜形成剤としてポリビニルアルコールを含有するパック化粧料においては、pHが約6〜7領域でのみ安定なアスコルビン酸およびその誘導体を、美白効果を損なうことなく安定に配合することが難しかった。

なお、特開平5−229927号公報(特許文献1)には、L−アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体と尿素とを配合して、L−アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体の皮膚浸透性を高める美白化粧料が提案されているが、L−アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体の経時での安定配合ということについては一切知られていなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、ポリビニルアルコールと美白剤を含むパック化粧料において、経時での安定性、肌への美白効果に優れるパック化粧料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明者らは鋭意検討を行った結果、ポリビニルアルコールと、アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体と、尿素とを組み合わせて配合することにより、ポリビニルアルコールによる変臭・変色を抑制するとともに、アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体を安定に配合し、美白効果に優れるパック化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち本発明は、(a)ポリビニルアルコールと、(b)アスコルビン酸およびその誘導体と、(c)尿素とを含有するパック化粧料に関する。

また本発明は、(b)成分が2−O−D−グルコピラノシル−L−アスコルビン酸誘導体である、上記パック化粧料に関する。

また本発明は、(a)成分を1.0〜40.0質量%、(b)成分を0.1〜10.0質量%、(c)成分を0.1〜5.0質量%含有する、上記パック化粧料に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明について詳述する。

(a)成分としてのポリビニルアルコールは、分子量により特に限定されるものではない。ポリビニルアルコールはポリ酢酸ビニルを加水分解して得られるもので、ビニルアルコールの直鎖重合物である。化粧品原料として市販されているものとしては例えば、クレレポバール(クラレ社製)、デンカポバール(電気化学社製)、信越ポバール(信越化学社製)、ゴーセノール(日本合成化学社製)などが挙げられ、これら市販品を用いることができる。

本発明のパック化粧料への(a)成分の配合量は、剤型により適宜決定されるが、パック化粧料全量に対して1.0〜40.0質量%が好ましく、特には5.0〜20.0質量%である。配合量が1.0質量%未満では皮膜形成の効果が発揮されない場合があり、一方、40.0質量%を超えて配合すると使用性が悪くなる傾向にある。

(b)成分としてのアスコルビン酸およびその誘導体としては、一般的に化粧料に用いられるものであれば特に限定されない。

L−アスコルビン酸は一般にビタミンCといわれ、その誘導体としては、L−アスコルビン酸モノステアレート、L−アスコルビン酸モノパルミテート、L−アスコルビン酸モノオレート等のL−アスコルビン酸モノアルキルエステル類;L−アスコルビン酸モノリン酸エステル、L−アスコルビン酸−2−硫酸エステル等のLアスコルビン酸モノエステル類;L−アスコルビン酸ジステアレート、L−アスコルビン酸ジパルミテート、L−アスコルビン酸ジオレート等のL−アスコルビン酸ジアルキルエステル類;L−アスコルビン酸トリステアレート、L−アスコルビン酸トリパルミテート、L−アスコルビン酸トリオレート等のL−アスコルビン酸トリアルキルエステル類;L−アスコルビン酸トリリン酸エステル等のL−アスコルビン酸トリエステル類;2−O−D−グルコピラノシル−L−アスコルビン酸(=L−アスコルビン酸2−グルコシド)等のL−アスコルビン酸グルコシド類などが挙げられる。なかでも、経時安定性、美白効果を最もよく奏することができるという点から、2−O−D−グルコピラノシル−L−アスコルビン酸が好ましく用いられ、特には2−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−L−アスコルビン酸が最も好ましい。

2−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−L−アスコルビン酸は、下記式(I)で示され、水溶性の結晶性粉末である。無刺激で感作性が全く認められず、従って長期連用使用、高濃度使用も可能な薬剤である。

2−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−L−アスコルビン酸の製造方法は特に限定されるものでなく、常法により製造することができる。例えば、アスコルビン酸とショ糖の水溶液にシクロデキストリングルコノトランスフェラーゼを作用させるとアスコルビン酸の2の位置にショ糖が結合する。次いでこの生成物にα−グルコシダーゼを作用させることによって糖のα−1・4結合を順次切断して得ることができるが、この製造法に限定されるものではない。

本発明のパック化粧料への(b)成分の配合量は、剤型により適宜決定されるが、パック化粧料全量に対して0.1〜10.0質量%が好ましく、特には2.0〜4.0質量%である。配合量が0.1質量%未満では十分な美白効果を得るのが難しく、一方、10.0質量%を超えて配合しても配合量に見合う効果の増大が期待できない。

(c)成分としての尿素は、角質層柔軟効果、肌荒れ改善効果を有するものとしてよく知られた成分であり、化学式H2NCONH2で表される。

本発明のパック化粧料への(c)成分の配合量は、剤型により適宜決定されるが、パック化粧料全量に対して0.1〜5.0質量%配合するのが好ましく、特には0.2〜5.0質量%配合するのが好ましい。配合量が0.1質量%未満では(a)成分の経時での安定性が得られない場合がある。また5.0質量%を超えて配合しても、配合量に見合う効果の増大が期待できない。

本発明のパック化粧料は、上記(a)成分、(b)成分、および(c)成分を配合することにより、(a)成分による経時でのpH低下、変臭・変色を抑制し、(b)成分を経時で劣化させることなく安定に配合することができ、優れた美白効果を発揮することができる。

本発明ではさらに、上記成分の他に、下記一般式(II)で示されるアルキレンオキシド誘導体を含有してもよい。当該成分を配合することによりピールオフパック化粧料の乾燥時間を短縮でき、好ましい。

上記式(II)中、AOは炭素数3〜4のオキシアルキレン基を示し、EOはオキシエチレン基を示し、mおよびnはそれぞれAO、EOの平均付加モル数を示し、1≦m≦70、1≦n≦70であり、(AO+EO)に対するEOの割合が20〜80質量%である。AOとEOはブロック状に付加していてもランダム状に付加していてもよい。R1およびR2は、炭素数1〜4の炭化水素基(好ましくはアルキル基)または水素原子であり、炭化水素基数に対する水素原子数の割合が0.15以下である。R1、R2は同一若しくは異なっていてもよい。

上記一般式で表されるアルキレンオキシド誘導体としては、具体的にはポリオキシエチレン・ポリオキシプロピレン・ランダム重合体メチルエーテル等が挙げられるが、これら例示に限定されるものではない。アルキレンオキシド誘導体を配合する場合、パック化粧料全量に対して0.1〜15.0質量%程度配合するのが好ましい。

本発明のパック化粧料にはさらに、通常化粧品や医薬品等のパック化粧料に用いられる他の成分、例えば、粉末成分、液体油脂、固体油脂、ロウ類、炭化水素油、高級脂肪酸、高級アルコール、合成エステル油、シリコーン油、保湿剤、界面活性剤、天然・半合成・合成水溶性高分子、増粘剤、金属イオン封鎖剤、アミノ酸、有機アミン、高分子エマルジョン、pH調整剤、ビタミン、酸化防止剤、酸化防止助剤、紫外線吸収剤、低級アルコール、多価アルコール、糖、皮膚栄養剤、香料、水などを、必要に応じて適宜配合し、目的とする剤型に応じて常法により製造することができる。

As is apparent from the results in Tables 2 and 3, Samples 2 to 7 in which the component (c) is blended with the system including the component (a) and the component (b) are compared with Sample 1 in which the component (c) is not blended. At each temperature, the decrease in pH could be suppressed even after 8 weeks.

As is clear from the results in Table 4, discoloration and odor change could be suppressed by adding urea.

As is clear from the results in Table 5, the samples 2 to 7 containing the component (c) have a higher whitening component remaining rate than the sample 1 not containing the component (c), and the whitening component is stable over time. It was found to be excellent in performance.

Using each sample shown in Table 6 above, the stability over time of pH was examined by the above-described evaluation method (pH measurement). The results are shown in Tables 7-8.

As is clear from the results of Tables 7 to 8, in the samples 9 to 13 in which the component (c) is blended with the system including the component (a) and the component (b), compared to the sample 8 in which the component (c) is not blended. Furthermore, when these samples 8 to 13 were used to evaluate discoloration / odor change and stability over time of the whitening agent component by the above-described evaluation method, samples 9 to 13 were able to suppress discoloration / odor change. However, sample 8 showed discoloration and odor. In Samples 9 to 13, it was found that the whitening component remaining rate was higher than Sample 8 and the whitening component was stable over time.
