【従来の技術】近年においてはインターネットのめざましい発達とともに、インターネットサービスプロバイダ（以下ＩＳＰ）への加入後の登録情報やネットへの暗証番号通知が書類として送付されることが多くなっている。また、顧客個人ごとに抽選番号を設定した葉書などをダイレクトメールとして郵送することは顧客の来店を促進するための手段として、広く認知されている。同様に任意の来店者に個別番号を被覆したスクラッチシートを配布したりする場合もある。しかしながら、前者の個別情報はプライバシーの保護という観点からも秘匿して送付しなければならず、後者においてはその商品性から顧客の興味を促進させるという意味で同様に秘匿されていなければならない。
【０００３】個別情報を通知する手段としては、主として封書や葉書などの形態で受取人に郵送することが多い。例えば封書の場合は個別情報を記録した用紙を定形封筒に入れて郵送する方法がある。同様に葉書であれば、個別情報記録部に隠蔽ラベルを積層させる方法（特願昭６３−４２１４１号公報）や、所定の圧力で加圧接着する接着剤をあらかじめ塗布した用紙に個別情報を記録し、個別情報面を隠蔽するように２つ折または３つ折後加圧接着して郵送する方法（特開平４−１２６２９９号公報）が提案されている。また任意の顧客に配布するスクラッチシートの場合は個別情報を記録した面上に剥離性のあるニスを塗布し、さらにその上面に被覆用のスクラッチインキを塗布する方法（実告昭４４−１２０９４号公報）が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら封書は封緘していることもあり、秘匿性という面では葉書よりも優れているものの、郵送料金が高くなるというコスト的デメリットを有している。また、前述の隠蔽ラベルや感圧接着シート、スクラッチシートを使用する方法において共通しているのは情報を印刷する工程の後に隠蔽する工程があるという点であり、隠蔽する工程で不良が発生した場合その特定情報を抽出し、再印刷後に隠蔽しなければならなかった。とくに特定情報は重複してはならないため、その無効になった不良品の損紙管理が非常に煩雑になるという欠点もあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】この目的を達成するために本発明は、基材シートの少なくとも一つの印刷区画領域をカムフラージュパターンで構成し、前記カムフラージュパターン印刷区画領域の一部を切り離し可能な領域とし、前記カムフラージュパターン印刷区画領域を透明または半透明なカバーフィルムで被覆し、前記切り離し可能な領域を前記カバーフィルムに透明または半透明な弱粘着部を介して剥離可能に接着し、前記カムフラージュパターン印刷区画領域の切り離し可能な領域を除いた部分を前記カバーフィルムに透明または半透明な強粘着部を介して剥離不能に接着し、前記カバーフィルムの切り離し可能領域に対応した部分にカムフラージュパターンとの関係で視認できないパターンで構成された秘匿情報を記録し、切り離し可能な領域を剥離することで、カバーフィルムに記録された情報が現出する秘匿情報記録シートを提供するものである。ここで「透明」とは、透き通っていることを意味し、無色透明のみではなく、有色透明、半透明などを含む概念である。
