Abstract
【解決手段】 過給機22によって加圧された空気が吸気通路11を通って吸気側に供給される過給機付きエンジン1において、吸気通路11の途中から分岐して延設され制御弁27を備えた導入通路12の先端が、排気通路13に連通し、加圧された空気の一部からなる二次空気が、制御弁27を介して排気通路13に供給されることとした。

Claims (5)
- 過給機によって加圧された空気が吸気通路を通って吸気側に供給される過給機付きエンジンにおいて、前記吸気通路の途中から分岐して延設され制御弁を備えた導入通路の先端が、排気通路に連通し、前記加圧された空気の一部からなる二次空気が、前記制御弁を介して前記排気通路に供給されることを特徴とする過給機付きエンジン。
- エンジンの回転数、スロットル開度、過給圧のいずれかの値に応じて、前記制御弁の開度が制御される請求項1記載の過給機付きエンジン。
- 前記導入通路が前記排気通路に連通する位置が、排気弁の近傍である請求項1または2記載の過給機付きエンジン。
- 排気ガスを浄化する触媒が前記排気通路の途中に配置されるとともに、前記導入通路が前記排気通路に連通する位置が、前記触媒の下流側でその近傍である請求項1または2記載の過給機付きエンジン。
- エンジンの回転数の変化が所定の上昇率を超えたとき、または、所定のスロットル開度を超えた状態が一定時間以上継続したときには、前記制御弁を閉じて前記排気通路へ前記二次空気を供給しないようにする請求項1,2,3または4記載の過給機付きエンジン。
