１．試料の調製
黒砂糖エキス及びコラーゲンの等量混合物を実施例１の試料とした。黒砂糖エキスを比較例１の試料とした。コラーゲンを比較例２の試料とした。
実施例１及び比較例１〜２の各試料を用いて、以下の組成に従い、３種類のクリームを調製した。

２．試験例
上記調製したクリームそれぞれを、乾燥肌で肌荒れを起こしている女性１０名のパネラーに、１日３〜５回、肌荒れを起こしている部位に塗布してもらった。１ヶ月後、肌荒れ改善の程度及びしっとり感について、以下の評価基準に従い評価した。
１０名のパネラーの平均値を算出した。結果を表１に記載する。
