容器体口頸部12の上部外周に嵌合した外筒20と口頸部12内周に嵌合した内筒22とをフランジ21で連結するとともに、内筒22下端部を押圧破断可能な閉塞板24で閉塞し、且つ、口頸部12に対して抜け出し不能に装着した中栓2と、前記外筒外周下端部に易切断性の破断部を介して上端部を連結するとともに、前記口頸部下部の大外径部12b 外周に垂下して切断除去可能に設けた封緘リング3と、前記封緘リング上方に押し下げ可能に周壁40を位置させて離脱可能に係止するとともに、前記大外径部外周の第1螺条15に螺合する第2螺条42を周壁40の内周下部に形成し、且つ、頂板43より前記内筒内周を液密に摺動する吐出筒44を垂設したキャップ本体4と、前記吐出筒内の頂板43に設けた吐出口aを液密に閉塞する栓を垂設してキャップ本体4上を閉塞する蓋体5とを備え、封緘リング3の切断除去後に前記第2螺条と第1螺条15との螺合開始位置までキャップ本体4を押し下げた後に、吐出筒44の下端縁が前記閉塞板24を押圧破断する如く構成したことを特徴とする中栓付きキャップ。   The outer cylinder 20 fitted to the upper outer periphery of the container body neck 12 and the inner cylinder 22 fitted to the inner periphery of the mouth neck 12 are connected by a flange 21 and the lower end of the inner cylinder 22 can be pressed and broken.
