Abstract
【解決手段】 パルス光14を発するパルス光源10と、導入管12内を通して生体内の部位11にパルス光14を照射する照射光学系15と、そこから出射したパルス14光を集光する集光手段16と、集光されたパルス光14を部位11において2次元走査させる光走査手段17と、部位11で反射したパルス光14を検出する光検出手段24と、この光検出手段24の出力に基づいてパルス光14が照射された部位11の断層像を再構成する演算手段29と、演算手段29の出力に基づいて断層像を表示する画像表示手段30と、部位11に照射されるパルス光14の強度を、集光手段16による収束位置において多光子吸収による生体組織の蒸散が生じる強度と、生じない強度との少なくとも2段階に切り替える光強度切替手段25とから光診断治療装置を構成する。

パルス光を発するパルス光源と、
生体内に挿入される導入管と、
この導入管内を通して、前記生体内の部位に前記パルス光を照射する照射光学系と、
この照射光学系から出射したパルス光を集光する集光手段と、
集光されたパルス光を前記部位において2次元走査させる光走査手段と、
前記部位で反射した前記パルス光を検出する光検出手段と、
この光検出手段の出力に基づいて、前記パルス光が照射された部位の断層像を再構成する演算手段と、
この演算手段の出力に基づいて前記断層像を表示する画像表示手段と、
前記部位に照射されるパルス光の強度を、前記集光手段による収束位置において多光子吸収による生体組織の蒸散が生じる強度と、生じない強度との少なくとも2段階に切り替える光強度切替手段とからなることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (6)
- パルス光を発するパルス光源と、
生体内に挿入される導入管と、
この導入管内を通して、前記生体内の部位に前記パルス光を照射する照射光学系と、
この照射光学系から出射したパルス光を集光する集光手段と、
集光されたパルス光を前記部位において2次元走査させる光走査手段と、
前記部位で反射した前記パルス光を検出する光検出手段と、
この光検出手段の出力に基づいて、前記パルス光が照射された部位の断層像を再構成する演算手段と、
この演算手段の出力に基づいて前記断層像を表示する画像表示手段と、
前記部位に照射されるパルス光の強度を、前記集光手段による収束位置において多光子吸収による生体組織の蒸散が生じる強度と、生じない強度との少なくとも2段階に切り替える光強度切替手段とからなる光診断治療装置。 - 前記パルス光源が、フェムト秒レーザであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光診断治療装置。
- 前記光強度切替手段が、前記パルス光源の出力を変化させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光診断治療装置。
- 前記光強度切替手段が、前記パルス光源から発せられたパルス光の光路に対して挿入、退出自在とされて、該光路に挿入されたときパルス光を減衰させるNDフィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光診断治療装置。
- 前記集光手段が、前記パルス光の収束位置を変更させ得る可変焦点機構を備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の光診断治療装置。
- 前記パルス光の強度が、前記蒸散が生じる強度に設定されたとき、前記2次元走査の方向および/または照射深さ方向に関するパルス光収束位置を、前記再構成された断層像における位置情報に基づいて設定する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の光診断治療装置。
