Description

The present invention is a thick woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more, having a texture of spinning, a feeling of swelling and lightness, and having good wearing comfort with good slipping with the skin during use, and the woven fabric It relates to denim products made from thick fabric.

Conventionally, woven fabrics containing spun yarn such as 100% cotton or cotton polyester blend have been widely used as denim products and the like due to their natural appearance and texture (for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3). , See Patent Document 4). However, when a thick woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more is used, there is a problem that the wearer's fatigue is large during use because the weight is large. Moreover, since spun yarn appears on the surface of the inner garment in contact with the skin, there is a problem that the frictional resistance is large and fatigue is increased during use.

On the other hand, in order to reduce the weight of the fabric, it has been proposed to configure the fabric using a mixed yarn including hollow multifilament yarn (see, for example, Patent Document 4). However, such a fabric is lightweight and has a feeling of swelling. However, it did not have a spinning texture.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned background, and the object thereof is a thick woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more, which has a spinning texture, a feeling of swelling and lightness, and has a skin when used. Another object of the present invention is to provide a thick woven fabric excellent in wearing comfort with good sliding and a denim product using the thick woven fabric.

As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor has a texture of spinning, a feeling of swelling and lightness by interweaving a spun yarn and a mixed yarn including a hollow multifilament yarn. The present inventors have found that a thick woven fabric excellent in wearing comfort that is slippery with the skin at the time of use can be obtained, and has further completed intensive studies to complete the present invention.

Thus, according to the present invention, “a thick woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more, wherein one of the warp and the weft is provided with a spun yarn made of an organic fiber, and the other is a hollow polyester multifilament yarn. A thick woven fabric excellent in wearing comfort, characterized in that a mixed yarn comprising two or more yarns including a yarn is provided.

In that case, it is preferable that the said hollow polyester multifilament yarn consists of hollow polyester fibers with a hollow rate of 10% or more. The total fineness of the hollow polyester multifilament yarn is preferably 110 dtex or more. Moreover, it is preferable that the single yarn fineness of the said hollow polyester multifilament yarn is 5 dtex or less. In the mixed yarn, it is preferable that two or more yarns constituting the yarn have a difference in yarn length. Moreover, it is preferable that the mixed yarn is an air-mixed yarn obtained by air processing. Furthermore, it is preferable that the mixed fiber is untwisted.

In the thick woven fabric of the present invention, it is preferable that the spun yarn made of the organic fiber is disposed on the warp, while the mixed yarn is disposed on the weft. At that time, it is preferable that the woven fabric has a 2/1 or 3/1 twill texture.
Moreover, according to this invention, the denim goods which use the said textile fabric are provided.

According to the present invention, a thick woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more, having a spinning texture, a feeling of swelling and lightness, and having good wearing comfort with good sliding with the skin at the time of use. A denim product using the thick fabric is obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
First, the woven fabric of the present invention is a thick woven fabric having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more (preferably 0.4 to 2.0 mm), and a spun yarn made of organic fibers is arranged on either warp or weft. Is done. If the spun yarn is not arranged on either the warp or the weft, the texture of the spinning tone cannot be obtained, which is not preferable.

The organic fibers constituting the spun yarn are not particularly limited, and synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, and polypropylene, regenerated fibers such as rayon, natural fibers such as cotton, wool, and silk, and composites thereof. Organic fibers such as are preferably exemplified. Cotton is particularly preferable, and it is preferable to interweave with a mixed yarn composed of two or more multifilament yarns including a hollow polyester multifilament yarn described later, because an excellent feeling of swelling and light weight can be obtained.
Further, the kind of the spun yarn is not limited, and any of air entangled spun yarn and ring spun yarn represented by open end spinning and bundling spinning may be used.

Next, in the thick woven fabric of the present invention, a mixed yarn composed of two or more multifilament yarns including a hollow polyester multifilament yarn is arranged on the side of the warp and weft where the spun yarn is not arranged. Is essential. When such a mixed yarn is not included, a sufficient feeling of swelling and lightness cannot be obtained, which is not preferable.

The hollow polyester multifilament yarn contained in the mixed fiber is preferably made of hollow polyester fibers having a hollow ratio of 10% or more (preferably 15 to 40%). If the hollowness is less than 10%, sufficient swelling and lightness may not be obtained. The cross-sectional shape of the hollow polyester fiber is not particularly limited as long as it is a hollow cross-sectional shape, but a round hollow cross-sectional shape is preferable because it can be easily produced.

The total fineness and single yarn fineness of such a hollow polyester multifilament yarn are not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the total fineness is 110 dtex or more (preferably 110 to 700 dtex) because excellent light weight can be obtained. Moreover, when the single yarn fineness is 5 dtex or less (preferably 0.5 to 4.0 dtex), a soft texture is obtained, which is preferable.

The polyester forming the hollow polyester multifilament yarn may be a normal polyester, and examples thereof include polyethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, and a copolymer polyester obtained by copolymerizing these with a third component. Of these, polyethylene terephthalate is particularly preferable. In the polyester, various stabilizers, ultraviolet absorbers, thickening and branching agents, matting agents, coloring agents, and other various improving agents may be blended as necessary.

The hollow polyester multifilament yarn may be a drawn yarn that is usually spun and drawn using a normal hollow spinneret, or an undrawn yarn (intermediate oriented yarn) that is self-extensible under heating. It may be. The unstretched yarn having self-extension under such heating is obtained by spinning the above polyester by a conventional method, winding it once as a non-stretched yarn at a speed of 2000 to 4300 m / min, and then heating to 180 to 200 ° C. It is obtained by performing heat treatment in a relaxed state (overfeed 1.5 to 10%) using a heated heater.

Other yarns included in the mixed yarn are not particularly limited, but preferred examples include polyester multifilament yarns made of polyester as described above, polyurethane elastic yarns, and the like.

The number of yarns constituting the mixed yarn is not particularly limited as long as it is 2 or more, and a plurality of the hollow polyester multifilament yarns and / or other yarns may be included.
Here, it is preferable that two or more yarns constituting the mixed yarn have a difference in yarn length from each other because an excellent feeling of swelling and lightness can be obtained. As a method of making a difference in the yarn length from each other in this way, a method in which the hot water shrinkage rates of both yarns are made different, or one of both yarns is made an elastic yarn, and both yarns are made to stretch while the elastic yarn is stretched. A method of mixing fibers is exemplified.

In addition, the mixing method of the mixed yarn is not particularly limited, but an air mixing method using an interlace air nozzle or the like is preferable in order to obtain an excellent feeling of swelling and light weight. Furthermore, it is preferable that the mixed fiber is untwisted. If twisted, the feeling of swelling and lightness may be impaired.

In the thick woven fabric of the present invention, the spun yarn may be disposed on the warp, and the mixed yarn may be disposed on the weft, or vice versa. Of these, the former is preferred because it can be easily woven. The woven structure of the thick woven fabric is not particularly limited, and may be a three-fold structure such as plain weave, twill weave, and satin weave, or a single double structure such as a double-textured weft and a double-woven weft. Of these, a 2/1 or 3/1 twill structure is preferred. If such a woven structure is employed, fabric strength that can be used as a denim product can be obtained. Furthermore, since the amount of spun yarn and mixed yarn appearing on the front and back surfaces of the thick fabric can be made different, the surface where a lot of spun yarn appears is on the outside side, and the surface where a lot of mixed yarn appears on the skin. By using it on the side, it is possible to obtain a comfortable feeling of spinning and a good wearing comfort that is slippery with the skin at the time of use.

The thick woven fabric of the present invention can be produced by interweaving by the usual weaving method using the spun yarn and the mixed yarn. In addition, various processes that provide functions such as conventional water-repellent processing, brushed processing, ultraviolet shielding or antibacterial agents, deodorants, insect repellents, phosphorescent agents, retroreflective agents, and negative ion generators are additionally applied. Also good.

Since the thick woven fabric of the present invention is composed of the spun yarn and the blended yarn, the combination of the two has a feeling of spinning, a feeling of swelling, and light weight. Furthermore, wearing comfort with good sliding with the skin at the time of use is obtained.

Next, the denim product of the present invention is a denim product using the above thick fabric, and the denim product includes denim pants, dungarees shirts, denim jackets and the like. Such denim products have a texture of spinning, a feeling of swelling, and light weight. Furthermore, when the denim product is used, wearing comfort with good sliding with the skin at the time of use can be obtained.

[Example 1]
Polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.52 is spun and stretched by a conventional method using a normal round hollow spinneret, and has a boiling water shrinkage of 20% and a hollowness of 25% (round hollow cross section) of 167 dtex / 48 fill. A hollow multifilament yarn having a single yarn fineness of 2 dtex was obtained.
On the other hand, a copolyester having an acid component of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid having a molar ratio of 93/7, a glycol component of ethylene glycol, and a relative viscosity of 1.45 was prepared. Using this copolyester resin, spinning and drawing were performed by a conventional method to obtain a multifilament yarn having a boiling water shrinkage of 65% and a round cross section of 84 dtex / 15 fil (single yarn fineness 5.6 dtex).

Subsequently, both yarns were gathered and air-mixed with a normal interlaced air nozzle to obtain a mixed yarn having a total fineness of 280 dtex.
Then, 10/1 indigo-dyed cotton yarn is used as the warp, and the above-mentioned mixed yarn (non-twisted) is arranged in the weft to make a 3/1 twill fabric (warp density 85 / 2.54 cm, weft density 67 / 2.54 cm). ) Was then woven, followed by normal dyeing finishing.
The obtained woven fabric had a thickness of 0.6 mm, a bulging feeling of 5th grade, lightness of 5th grade, and slipperiness with skin 4th grade. When the denim pants were sewn and worn so that the cotton yarn appeared on the outside air using such a woven fabric, the slip with the skin was good.

[Example 2]
In Example 1, instead of the multifilament yarn having a round cross section, 44 dtex / 1fil polyurethane elastic yarn (manufactured by Nisshinbo Co., Ltd.) was used, and while stretching the polyurethane elastic yarn, it was aligned with the hollow multifilament yarn, The same procedure as in Example 1 was performed except that air was mixed with a normal interlaced air nozzle to obtain a mixed yarn having a total fineness of 280 dtex.
The resulting woven fabric had a thickness of 0.55 mm, a bulge feeling of 4th grade, a light weight of 5th grade, and a slipperiness of 4th grade with the skin.

[Comparative Example 1]
In Example 1, the same procedure as in Example 1 was performed, except that the hollow multifilament yarn was not mixed with other yarns, and the woven fabric was woven using a single yarn.
