車椅子の利用者の足は該足台に設けられた固定帯で固定して電動モーターを駆動すると変心カムの回転作用で足台先端は上下運動を起す。
そのため、車椅子の利用者の足も連動上下するため、ふくらはぎ内血管は圧縮と減圧をくり返すポンプ作用により血流の促進が計れる。
