Abstract
Description
生命体から標本を準備する工程;
標本から核酸配列を分離する工程;
核酸配列(の一部)を増幅し、それにより単位複製配列を提供する工程;及び
標本内の核酸配列の中の標的ヌクレオチド配列に対応する単位複製配列の存在、不存在及び/又は量を検出する工程;
を有する。
Claims (17)
- 1つ以上の核酸配列を含む標本内の標的ヌクレオチド配列の存在、不存在及び/又は量の検出用のカートリッジであって、標準部分と、該標準部分に接続可能な1つ以上の別個のアプリケーション特有部分とを有することを特徴とするカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分の1つは、1つ以上の熱サイクルチャンバーを有し且つ多数のプライマーを有するPCRボディである、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上の熱サイクルチャンバーの各々内に、少なくとも1つのプライマーが配置される、請求項2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記多数のプライマーの少なくとも1つはPCRボディに染み付けられる、請求項2又は3に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記PCRボディは円盤状である、請求項2乃至4の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記PCRボディは1つ以上の熱質量を有する、請求項2乃至5の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分の1つは検出装置である、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記検出装置は前記PCRボディの前記プライマーに基づいて選択される、請求項2及び7に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分の1つは、標本を特定の状態へと前処理するように構成された標本導入装置である、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記標本導入装置は標本を特定状態へと前処理するように構成された予備溶解装置である、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分の少なくとも1つはクリックフィット接続を用いて本体に接続可能である、請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記標準部分及び前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分内で前記標本又はその一部を保持する各空間は気密性を有する、請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分の少なくとも1つは識別装置を備えている、請求項1乃至12の何れかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分及び前記標準部分の各々は識別装置を備えている、請求項12に記載のカートリッジ。
- 1つ以上の核酸配列を含む標本内の標的ヌクレオチド配列の存在、不存在及び/又は量の検出用のシステムであって、当該システムは再使用可能な装置を有し、該装置は、請求項1乃至14の何れかに記載のカートリッジを受け入れ、該カートリッジ内にある前記標本内の前記標的ヌクレオチド配列の存在、不存在及び/又は量の検出処理を制御するように構成されている、システム。
- 1つ以上の核酸配列を含む標本内の標的ヌクレオチド配列の存在、不存在及び/又は量を検出する方法であって:
生命体から前記標本を準備する工程;
前記標本から前記核酸配列を分離する工程;
前記核酸配列又はその一部を増幅し、それにより単位複製配列を提供する工程;及び
前記標本内の前記核酸配列の中の前記標的ヌクレオチド配列に対応する単位複製配列の存在、不存在及び/又は量を検出する工程;
を有し、
請求項1乃至14の何れかに記載のカートリッジにて実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 1つ以上のアプリケーション特有部分を選択し、該アプリケーション特有部分を前記カートリッジの前記標準部分に取り付ける工程、を更に有する請求項16に記載の方法。
