Description

Claims (27)
- (a)ポリマー放出領域、及び(b)前記ポリマー放出領域の下又は中に配置された治療薬を含み、
前記ポリマー放出領域が、1以上の生分解可能な結合によって、他の部分と共有結合的に結合している、複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分を含む前駆体ポリマーを含む治療用物品。 - 1以上の生分解可能な結合が、グリコリド結合、ラクチド結合、トリメチレンカーボネート結合、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分のそれぞれが同一である、請求項1記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が線状である、請求項3記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、2種以上の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分を含む、請求項3記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が、体温より低いガラス転移温度を有するホモポリマー又はコポリマー部分である、請求項3記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が、アクリルモノマー、メタクリルモノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマー、環状エーテルモノマー、エステルモノマー、アルケンモノマー、ハロゲン化アルケンモノマー、シロキサンモノマー及びそれらの組み合わせから選択されるモノマーを含む、請求項6記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が、体温より高いガラス転移温度を有するホモポリマー又はコポリマー部分である、請求項3記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が、ビニルモノマー、芳香族モノマー、ビニル芳香族モノマー、アクリルモノマー、メタクリルモノマー、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択されるモノマーを含む、請求項8記載の治療用物品。
- 少なくとも2種の前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が、相互に異なる、請求項1記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、2種以上の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分を含む、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記複数の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分が線状である、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、体温より低いガラス転移温度を有する、生物学的に安定なホモポリマー又はコポリマー部分、及び体温より高いガラス転移温度を有する、生物学的に安定なホモポリマー又はコポリマー部分を含む、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記体温より低いガラス転移温度を有するホモポリマー又はコポリマー部分が、アクリルモノマー、メタクリルモノマー、ビニルエーテルモノマー、環状エーテルモノマー、エステルモノマー、アルケンモノマー、ハロゲン化アルケンモノマー、シロキサンモノマー及びそれらの組み合わせから選択されるモノマーを含み、前記体温より高いガラス転移温度を有するホモポリマー又はコポリマー部分が、ビニルモノマー、芳香族モノマー、ビニル芳香族モノマー、アクリルモノマー、メタクリルモノマー、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択されるモノマーを含む、請求項13記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、線状、又は2以上の腕、及び前記腕に前記生分解可能な結合により結合している、追加の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分を有する星型ポリマー部分である、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、分岐状の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分、及び前記分岐状ポリマー部分に生分解可能な結合により結合している、追加の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分を含む、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、1種の線状の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分、及び前記線状の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分の骨格に沿って、生分解可能な結合により結合している、追加の生物学的に安定なポリマー部分を含む、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記前駆体ポリマーが、相互に異なり、生分解可能な結合によって結合している交互ポリマー部分を含む、請求項10記載の治療用物品。
- 前記治療用物品が、経口、経鼻、経直腸、経膣、静脈注射、動脈注射、筋肉内注射、皮下注射又は腹膜注射に適応される、請求項1記載の治療用物品。
- 前記治療用物品が、医療装置であり、少なくとも一部が患者内で埋め込み又は挿入可能に構成されている、請求項1記載の治療用物品。
- 前記治療薬が前記ポリマー放出領域内に配置されている、請求項20記載の治療用物品。
- 前記ポリマー放出領域が前記治療薬の上に配置されている、請求項20記載の治療用物品。
- 前記ポリマー放出領域が医療装置の全体を構成する、請求項20記載の治療用物品。
