Abstract
【解決手段】メッシュインプラントは、分解時間の異なる2組以上の繊維からなり、メッシュ全体の相対的膨張を経時的に段階的に増加させる絡み編み構造を有する。第1の組の繊維のフィラメントが第2の組の繊維のフィラメントに組み合わせられ、少なくとも部分的に第2の組の繊維の編みパターンを横切って、第1の組の繊維のフィラメントが第2の組の繊維により形成されたメッシュの一部の動きを制限するように、フィラメント状繊維が互いに編まれている。

Description
ボールバースト試験装置のための引張強度16N/cmにおける本発明のメッシュインプラントの全体的な相対的膨張は(K. Junge et al.: Elasticity of the another abdominal wall and impact for reparation of incisional hernias using mesh implants. Hernia 2001, no. 5, pp. 113-118参照)、固定形状に関する(25.4mmの磨き鋼球、44.45mmの内部開口径)ASTM D3787−01ガイドラインにしたがって決定された。共に2種の異なるインターロックパターン、ダイヤモンドパターンおよびフルトリコット、に編まれた2つの異なるメッシュがテストされた。両メッシュとも同様の2種の繊維からなり、分解速度が速い繊維(40重量%)は、ソフトコアおよび86%のグリコリド、残りがトリメチレンカーボネイトおよびラクチドからなる結晶アームを有する3軸共重合体であり、分解速度が遅い繊維(60重量%)は、ソフトコアおよび91.5%のラクチド、残りがトリメチレンカーボネイトからなる結晶アームを有する線状共重合体であった。各メッシュの単位面積重量は約135g/m2であった。

Claims (14)
- 損傷軟組織再生に使用するための吸水性高分子メッシュインプラントであって、
第1の吸水性材料と、
前記第1の吸水性材料よりも遅い時点で実質的に分解する第2の吸水性材料と、を有し、
前記第1の吸水性材料が前記第2の吸水性材料の開口部を横切ることにより前記第2の吸水性材料の動きを制限して移植後のメッシュインプラントの相対的膨張を前記第1の吸水性材料が実質的に分解するまで略一定に保ち、前記第1の吸水性材料が実質的に分解した後はメッシュインプラントの相対的膨張が大幅に上昇するように、前記第1の吸水性材料は前記第2の吸水性材料に接触していることを特徴とするメッシュインプラント。 - 損傷軟組織再生に使用するための吸水性高分子メッシュインプラントであって、
少なくとも第1の組の吸水性高分子繊維と第2の組の吸水性高分子繊維とを有し、
前記第1の組の繊維のフィラメントが前記第2の組の繊維のフィラメントに組み合わせられ、少なくとも部分的に前記第2の組の繊維の編みパターンを横切って、前記第1の組の繊維のフィラメントが前記第2の組の繊維により形成されたメッシュインプラントの一部の動きを制限するように、繊維が互いに編まれており、
移植後のメッシュインプラントの相対的膨張は前記第1の組の繊維が実質的に分解するまで略一定であり、
前記第2の組の繊維は前記第1の組の繊維よりも遅い時点で実質的に分解することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメッシュインプラント。 - 前記第2の組の繊維よりも遅い時点で実質的に分解する第3の組の繊維をさらに有し、
前記第2の組の繊維が実質的に分解した後、メッシュインプラントの相対的膨張が大幅に変化することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。 - 異なる組の繊維が移植時から異なる分解時間を有する異なる材料からなることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 前記第1の組の繊維が、移植後2日から40日の範囲内で実質的に分解することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 最後に実質的に分解する組の繊維が、移植後3ヶ月から18ヶ月の範囲内で実質的に分解することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 移植時から前記第1の組の繊維が実質的に分解するまでのメッシュインプラントの相対的膨張度は0%から10%であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 前記第1の組の繊維が実質的に分解した後のメッシュインプラントの相対的膨張度は10%より高いことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 吸水性高分子メッシュインプラントはヘルニアメッシュインプラントであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- メッシュインプラントの面に沿った一方向に、メッシュインプラントの面に沿った他方向よりも伸長することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 内部身体構造を支持するために三次元形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 前記第1の組の繊維および/またその他の組の繊維が、開口寸法が0.1mmから4.0mmの範囲の編み構造を有するもしくは開口寸法が0.1mmから4.0mmの範囲の編み構造に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 伝線に耐性を有するメッシュを製造する技術により編まれたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラント。
- 請求項1または2に記載の吸水性高分子メッシュインプラントを用いた損傷軟組織の修復方法。
