Abstract
【解決手段】調理器の上方に配置される調理器用トッププレート10であって、ガラス基板1と、ガラス基板1の一方の面上に設けられ、膜厚が50〜190nmであり、SiまたはGeからなる遮光層2と、遮光層2の上に設けられ、膜厚が50〜200nmであり、窒化珪素、酸化珪素、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化タンタルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる保護層3とを備えることを特徴としている。

Description
ガラス基板として、結晶化ガラス(日本電気硝子社製「ネオセラムN−0」:30℃〜500℃における平均線熱膨張係数−5×10−7/℃、厚み4mm)を用いた。このガラス基板の上に、表1〜表4に示す材料を用い、表1〜表4に示す厚みとなるように、遮光層及び保護層をそれぞれ、スパッタリング法により形成した。
得られたトッププレートについて、波長400〜700nmの光をガラス基板から入射させて、その透過率を分光光度計を用いて測定し、JIS(日本工業規格)Z 8071に基づいて視感透過率を算出し、その平均値から遮光性を評価した。なお、波長400〜700nmにおける平均視感透過率が低い程、遮光性が優れていることを示す。
耐熱試験前及び後において、色調及び色度を測定し、色調及び色度の変化から耐熱性を評価した。なお、色度の変化が大きい程、色調が大きく変化し、耐熱性が劣ることを示す。耐熱性試験は、電気炉内で400℃、30分間加熱することにより行った。
得られたトッププレートについて、波長475nmにおける透過率を分光光度計を用いて測定し、試料No.12を1としたときの相対値で評価した。なお、膜が形成された面の側から波長475nmの光を入射して透過率を測定した。

Claims (5)
- 調理器の上方に配置される調理器用トッププレートであって、
ガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板の一方の面上に設けられ、膜厚が50〜190nmであり、SiまたはGeからなる遮光層と、
前記遮光層の上に設けられ、膜厚が50〜200nmであり、窒化珪素、酸化珪素、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化タンタルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる保護層とを備えることを特徴とする調理器用トッププレート。 - 前記遮光層及び前記保護層が、前記調理器が位置する内部側の面の上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
- 前記保護層が設けられた側から観測される反射スペクトルの最小ピークが波長470〜480nmの範囲となるように、前記保護層の膜厚が設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
- 前記調理器を制御するためのタッチセンサー部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
- 前記調理器が、調理器用トッププレートを透過して表示するため発光する青色LEDを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の調理器用トッププレート。
