Abstract

Description
本発明に従うコーティングは、プレコーティングされていない純粋な顔料の代替品として粉体塗料配合物において有利に使用され得る。
本発明に従うコーティングは、溶媒における希釈又は溶媒においてプレ希釈された樹脂における希釈の後、液状溶媒塗料の配合物において有利に使用され得る。
プレコーティングされた顔料の単色の顆粒(monochromatic granulate)がプラスチック、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、PET、ABS及びポリスチレン、並びに種々の配合のポリウレタンエラストマーを着色するために使用され得る。所与の色を作るために、個別に及び混合されて使用され得る。
Claims (32)
- 分散剤と組み合わせた少なくとも1のアルデヒド樹脂及び/又はケトン樹脂でコーティングされた無機顔料を含む粒子組成物において、該樹脂が800〜2000Daの平均分子量及び70℃〜130℃の融点を有する粒子組成物。
- 上記樹脂が900〜1400Daの平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 上記樹脂が90℃〜110℃の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 上記アルデヒド樹脂が、脂肪族アルデヒド及び尿素の縮合生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 上記ケトン樹脂が、シクロヘキサノン又はメチルシクロヘキサノンの縮合生成物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 上記ケトン樹脂がシクロヘキサノン又はメチルシクロヘキサノンと尿素又はホルムアルデヒドとの縮合生成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 上記顔料が、酸化鉄顔料、酸化チタン顔料、ニッケル及びニッケルチタネートで共沈された酸化クロム顔料、鉛スルホクロメート又は鉛ビスマスバナデートからの黄色顔料、鉛スルホクロメートモリブデートからのオレンジ色顔料の中から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 80〜20重量%の上記顔料及び80〜20重量%の上記樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 40〜70重量%の無機顔料、30〜60重量%の樹脂及び0.1〜10重量%の分散剤から基本的になることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 50〜65重量%の無機顔料、35〜45重量%の樹脂及び1〜7重量%の分散剤から基本的になることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 上記分散剤が、エポキシ化された大豆油及びソルビタンエステルの中から選択される、好ましくはエポキシ化されたソルビタンエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 鉱物質強化フィラー及び/又はレオロジー添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 上記鉱物質強化フィラー及び/又はレオロジー添加剤が、20重量%以下の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 粉体又は顆粒の形であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 上記顆粒が、0.2〜8.8mmの長さ及び0.4〜2.2mmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 上記顆粒が、1.8〜2.2mmの長さ及び1.0〜1.8mmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 組成物1グラム当たり80〜1000個の顆粒を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 粉体の粒子が10〜40μの寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 粉体塗料、液状塗料、又はプラスチックを製造するために、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を使用する方法。
- 樹脂を溶融すること、分散剤の水性溶液の任意の量で該樹脂を濡らすこと、該溶融された樹脂で顔料の表面全体を濡らすこと、上記のようにして得られた混合物を押出すること、それを冷却すること、並びに次に、湿った状態において顆粒化すること及び乾燥することを含む、請求項14に記載の顆粒組成物の製造方法。
- 樹脂を溶融すること、該溶融された樹脂で顔料の表面全体を濡らすこと、上記のようにして得られた混合物を押出すること、それを冷却すること、並びに次に10℃未満の温度でそれを粉砕化することを含む、請求項14に記載の粉体組成物の製造方法。
- 上記顔料及び/又は上記溶融された樹脂を、分散剤の水性溶液で濡らすことを含む、請求項20又21に記載の方法。
- 上記樹脂の溶融温度より5〜20℃高い押出機の内部温度で押出が行われることを特徴とする、請求項20又は21に記載の方法。
- 一軸押出機及び二軸押出機の使用、好ましくは加熱されたチャンバータイプの使用を含むことを特徴とする、請求項20又は21に記載の方法。
- 上記冷却が、冷却されたスチールシリンダーを使用して広げられたベルト上で行われることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の粉体組成物の製造方法。
- 好ましくは25℃未満に冷却された物質が、粉砕化に付される前にフレーク化されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の粉体組成物の製造方法。
- フレークの形における該物質が、ピンクラッシャーを含む種々の機械システムを使用して粉砕されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の粉体組成物の製造方法。
- 粉砕化が20℃未満で行われることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の粉体組成物の製造方法。
- 粉砕化が、好ましくは0.2重量%未満の量の抗ケーキ剤及びフロー剤、例えば酸化アルミニウム粉末及び酸化珪素粉末の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の粉体組成物の製造方法。
- 押出機から出てきた上記溶融された物質が冷却され、そしてウォータージェット切断機構による湿潤法を使用して顆粒化されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の顆粒組成物の製造方法。
- 顆粒が、振動するスクリーン上で水により分離され、次にスパイラルエレベーター上で乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項30に記載の顆粒組成物の製造方法。
- 顆粒粉砕化ステップを含む、請求項20、30及び31のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
