Claims (5)
- 周囲の導管とともに水で満たされている熱交換器(1)内の漏れを発見する方法にして、前記熱交換器(1)の各区間(2、3、4)内において余剰圧力を一方の側に加えて一定時間の間前記区間(2、3、4)上に封じ込め、前記区間(2、3、4)内における他方の側を常圧にするステップと、前記一定時間中に圧力差を監視するステップとを含む方法において、前記方法が、前記各区間(2、3、4)の間に取り付けられた必要な圧力計(5〜10)と遮断弁(11、12、13)とを備えた完全な熱交換器(1)に関して実行されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記余剰圧力が、約6バールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記余剰圧力が、好ましくは前記熱交換器(1)の下流側と、好ましくは前記熱交換器(1)の製品が導かれる側とに加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記余剰圧力が、各遮断弁(11、12、13)をそれぞれ使用して遮断される各区間(2、3、4)で段階的に低減されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一定時間の間隔が、約30分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
