Abstract
【解決手段】触覚装置30は、基板32を含み、基板32はタッチスクリーン式のガラスプレート又は可撓性構造体であってもよい。複合圧電セル34は、実質的に透明、すなわち少なくとも40%の透明度である。この実質的に透明な複合圧電セル34が基板32を覆い又は基板32の上に配置されるので、ユーザは、タッチスクリーンを認識しつつ複合圧電セル34に触れることができる。複合圧電セル34は、セル表面の変形を測定し、この変形により触覚フィードバック効果を提供する。

Claims (23)
- 基板と、前記基板を覆う実質的に透明な複合圧電セルと、を備え、前記圧電セルが、
変形時に第1の信号を生成するように構成されたセンサ圧電レイヤと、
前記第1の信号に基づいている第2の信号を受信すると触覚効果を提供するように構成されたアクチュエータ圧電レイヤと、を備える触覚装置。 - 前記センサ圧電レイヤが前記アクチュエータ圧電レイヤを覆っている請求項1に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ圧電レイヤが前記センサ圧電レイヤを覆っている請求項1に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記基板が画像を表示するように構成され、前記画像が前記実質的に透明な複合圧電セルから可視である請求項1に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記基板を覆う複数の実質的に透明な複合圧電セルをさらに備える請求項1に記載の触覚装置。
- 隣接する圧電セルの間に配置され、前記複数の圧電セルの一つにおける振動を他の圧電セルと絶縁するように構成された振動遮断部をさらに備える請求項5に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記振動遮断部がポリマーを含む請求項6に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記振動遮断部が前記複数の圧電セルの間に間隙を含む請求項6に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記基板及び前記実質的に透明な複合圧電セルが、可撓性を有するとともに大幅な変形が可能に構成されている請求項1に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記セルの表面の変形を測定するとともに前記変形の結果として触覚効果を提供するように構成された実質的に透明な複合圧電セルを備え、前記セルが、
第1の電極と、
第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間にある複数の圧電セラミック材と、を含み、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に電場が生成されるときに、前記圧電セラミック材が作動して前記触覚効果を提供する触覚装置。 - 画像を表示するように構成されたディスプレイをさらに含み、前記画像が前記実質的に透明な複合圧電セルから可視であるように前記実質的に透明な複合圧電セルが前記ディスプレイを覆う請求項10に記載に記載の触覚装置。
- 複数の実質的に透明な複合圧電セルをさらに備える請求項10に記載に記載の触覚装置。
- 隣接する圧電セルの間に配置され、前記複数の圧電セルの一つにおける振動を他の圧電セルと絶縁するように構成された振動遮断部をさらに備える請求項12に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記振動遮断部がポリマーを含む請求項13に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記振動遮断部が前記複数の圧電セルの間に間隙を含む請求項14に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記基板及び前記実質的に透明な複合圧電セルが、可撓性を有するとともに大幅な変形が可能に構成されている請求項10に記載の触覚装置。
- センサ・セルのアレイを含む実質的に透明な圧電性センサ・レイヤと、
独立に作動可能なアクチュエータ・セルのアレイを含む実質的に透明な圧電性アクチュエータ・レイヤと、
前記実質的に透明な圧電性センサ・レイヤ及び前記実質的に透明な圧電性アクチュエータ・レイヤから可視の画像を表示するように構成されたディスプレイと、を備える触覚装置。 - 前記センサ・セルのアレイが前記アクチュエータ・セルのアレイよりも多くのセルを含む請求項17に記載の触覚装置。
- 独立に作動可能なアクチュエータ・セルの第2のアレイを含む第2の実質的に透明な圧電性アクチュエータ・レイヤをさらに備える請求項17に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記センサ・セルのアレイが前記アクチュエータ・セルの第2のアレイよりも多くのセルを含む請求項19に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ、前記実質的に透明な圧電性センサ・レイヤ、及び前記実質的に透明な圧電性アクチュエータ・レイヤが、可撓性を有するとともに大幅な変形が可能に構成されている請求項17に記載の触覚装置。
- 前記実質的に透明な圧電性アクチュエータ・レイヤが前記ディスプレイを覆い、前記実質的に透明な圧電性センサ・レイヤが前記実質的に透明な圧電性アクチュエータ・レイヤを覆う請求項17に記載の触覚装置。
