Description
Claims (20)
- 計器パネル外板であって、
ポリオール、鎖延長剤、有機ジイソシアネート、及びヒンダードアミン系光安定剤及びベンゾトリアゾール紫外線安定剤を含む組成物の残基;及びプロピレン−エチレン共重合体を含むことを特徴とする計器パネル外板。 - 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約1乃至25重量パーセントのウレタンベースの組成物の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約5乃至20重量パーセントのウレタンベースの組成物の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約10乃至15重量パーセントのウレタンベースの組成物の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約20%よりも低いトータルの結晶化度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約1500psi乃至約2500psiの曲げ弾性率(1%割線)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約40乃至約80のショアA硬さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記ポリオールが、ポリエーテルポリオールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記ポリオールが、約0.04meq/gよりも低い末端不飽和度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記ポリオールが、約40乃至70重量パーセントで存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記イソシアネートが、約20乃至50重量パーセントで存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記ウレタンベースの組成物が、さらに、抗酸化物質又はその残基の少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 前記ウレタンベースの組成物が、さらに、顔料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- さらに、少なくとも1の模様を付した面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計器パネル外板。
- 計器パネル外板の形成方法であって、前記方法が:
a)成形型の中にウレタンベースの樹脂組成物及びプロピレン−エチレン共重合体を導入するステップであって、前記ウレタンベースの樹脂が:ポリオール、鎖延長剤、有機ジイソシアネート、及びヒンダードアミン系光安定剤及びベンゾトリアゾール紫外線安定剤を含む組成物の残基を含むステップと;
b)十分な温度にウレタンベースの樹脂組成物を加熱して、前記成形型の少なくとも一部の上にわたって層を形成するステップと;
c)前記成形型から粉末を注ぎ出すステップと;
d)全ての前記粉末が融けるように、前記成形型の加熱を任意に継続するステップと;
e)前記成形型から前記計器パネル外板を除去するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記プロピレン−エチレン共重合体が、約1乃至25重量パーセントのウレタンベースの組成物の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- さらに、f)構造用部品に前記計器パネル外板を適用するステップを具えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップf)が、前記計器パネル外板にウレタン組成物をスプレーするステップを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップf)が、前記構造用部品を前記計器パネル外板に成形するステップを具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形型が、前記ウレタンベースの組成物に接触して、前記計器パネル外板に模様を付した表面を付けるための模様を付した表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
