Claims (5)
- ナノ構造物を作製する方法であって、前記方法が、
水酸化物を含む電解液の中に配された陽極および陰極を含む電解槽を備える工程であって、前記陽極または前記陰極が前記電解液に暴露された表面を含むものである工程;および
前記電解液に暴露された前記陽極または前記陰極の表面の上にナノ構造物を得るに十分な時間、前記電解槽に電位を印加する工程;
を含む方法。 - 前記電解液に暴露された前記陽極または前記陰極の表面が、金属酸化物、混合金属酸化物、金属、混合金属、金属合金、金属合金酸化物、またはそれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ナノ構造物が、金属酸化物、混合金属酸化物、金属、混合金属、金属合金、金属合金酸化物、金属水酸化物、またはそれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水酸化物が、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、およびそれらの組合せから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- チタニアナノ構造物を作製する方法であって、前記方法が、
電解液の中に配された陽極および陰極を含む電解槽を備える工程であって、前記陽極または前記陰極が前記電解液に暴露されたチタン表面を含むものである工程;および
前記電解液に暴露された前記陽極または前記陰極のチタン表面の上にチタニアナノ構造物を得るに十分な時間、前記電解槽に電位を印加する工程;
を含む方法。
