Claims (20)

- 請求項1のシステムであって、該シート物質を供給または除去する装置が互いに隣り合う2つのローラーを含み、二つの表面の間を通る物質が機械的に変形されて二つの表面の形状を模倣するように、該ローラーが概して補完的な表面形状を有するシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、該シート物質を概して管状または丸い形状に形成する装置をさらに含むシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、該物質が該物質にストレスを適用する装置または該物質を裂く装置に入る前に、該物質をそろえる装置をさらに含むシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、裂かれた物質をナノチューブに融合する融合装置をさらに含むシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、裂かれた物質またはナノチューブを保管または保持する装置をさらに含むシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムであって、グラフェンを作る装置をさらに含むシステム。
- ナノチューブの製造方法であって、
ナノチューブに形成するのに好適な少なくとも1つの物質を供給すること、
該物質にストレスを受けさせて変形させること、
該物質を裂くこと
該物質を概して丸いまたは管状の形状に形成すること、および
該物質をそれ自身融合するか、1つまたは2つの他の物質と融合し、ナノチューブを形成すること
を含む方法。 - 請求項11の方法であって、該物質がグラフェンである方法。
- 請求項11の方法であって、該ストレスが機械的ストレスである方法。
- 請求項11の方法であって、該物質を裂くことが、充分な機械的圧力を適用してグラフェン物質中の共有結合を壊すことを含む方法。
- 請求項11の方法であって、該物質を概して丸いまたは管状の形状に形成することが、グラフェンシートを、概して丸い形状を表す表面の少なくとも一部を有する2つのローラーの間に供給することを含み、
該ローラーのそれぞれが、ローラーに沿った1つ以上の点で他方のローラーに補完的な形状を含み、その結果、二つの表面は一致して働いて該物質を概して丸いまたは管状の形状に形成し、
