Abstract
Description
I) 破裂助剤を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成する工程と、
II) テトラアルコキシシランを含む水反応性シリコン化合物を水中油型エマルジョンに添加する工程と、
III)テトラアルコキシシランをエマルジョンの油/水界面で重合して油を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成する工程とにより得られる。
I) 破裂助剤を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成する工程と、
II) テトラアルコキシシランを含む水反応性シリコン化合物を水中油型エマルジョンに添加する工程と、
III)テトラアルコキシシランをエマルジョンの油/水界面で重合して油を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成する工程とにより調製することができる。

ii)シリケートシェルマイクロカプセルを十分に加熱して破裂助剤を揮発させる工程とを備えるシリケートシェルマイクロカプセルから活性成分を放出する方法を提供する。上記方法では、シリケートシェルマイクロカプセルを上述した技術のいずれかに従って調製することができる。調製後、マイクロカプセルまたはマイクロカプセルの懸濁液を十分に加熱して破裂助剤の蒸気圧を増加させ、その後シリケートシェルを破裂させてコアに含有した活性材料を放出する。必要な熱量は、下記のとおり、破裂助剤の選択およびシリケートシェルの厚さに応じて変わる。

Claims (10)
- 破裂助剤を含有するコアを有するシリケートシェルマイクロカプセルの水性懸濁液であって、該シリケートシェルマイクロカプセルを
I)破裂助剤を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成する工程と、
II)テトラアルコキシシランを含む水反応性シリコン化合物を水中油型エマルジョンに添加する工程と、
III)テトラアルコキシシランを該エマルジョンの油/水界面で重合して油を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成する工程とにより得る事を特徴とする水性懸濁液。 - 前記油相が0.2〜20質量%の破裂助剤を含有する請求項1に記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記破裂助剤が、揮発性の疎水性炭化水素またはシロキサンから選択される請求項1または2に記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記揮発性の疎水性炭化水素がペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタン、ノナン、シクロペンタン、シクロヘキサン、シクロヘプタン、シクロオクタン、イソヘキサン、イソヘプタン、イソオクタン、イソデカン、イソドデカンまたはこれらの混合物から選択される請求項3に記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記揮発性シロキサンがヘキサメチルジシロキサン、デカメチルテトラシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデシルメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンまたはこれらの混合物から選択される請求項3に記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記油相が日焼け防止剤をさらに含有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記油相がヒドロシリル化触媒をさらに含有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の水性懸濁液。
- 前記工程Iの水中油型エマルジョン中の油相および水相がほぼ同じである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の水性懸濁液。
- i)破裂助剤を含有するコアを有するシリケートシェルマイクロカプセルを調製する工程と、
ii)シリケートシェルマイクロカプセルを十分に加熱して破裂助剤を揮発させる工程とを備えるシリケートシェルマイクロカプセルから活性成分を放出する方法。 - 前記シリケートシェルマイクロカプセルを
I)破裂助剤を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成する工程と、
II)テトラアルコキシシランを含む水反応性シリコン化合物を水中油型エマルジョンに添加する工程と、
III)テトラアルコキシシランをエマルジョンの油/水界面で重合して油を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成する工程とにより調製する請求項9に記載の方法。
