1以上の入口と、1以上の出口と、コンテナー内で周縁が封止されていてコンテナーを濾過部分と排液部とに分離する分離壁であって、使用時に流体は通過できるが濾過媒体は排液部に入らないように構成されている分離壁と
を含んでいる、使い捨てクロマトグラフィーシステム。 - フレキシブルコンテナ内に配設され、フレキシブルコンテナ内で上下に位置調整可能な1以上の攪拌機をさらに含む、請求項1記載システム。

- 剛性支持構造体が、フレキシブルコンテナ内に配設された攪拌機の高さを調節するためのアクチュエータをさらに含む、請求項10記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- フレキシブルコンテナ内に配設されフレキシブルコンテナ内で上下に位置調整可能な1以上の攪拌機をさらに含む、請求項10記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 1以上の上方攪拌機と1以上の下方攪拌機をさらに含む、請求項10記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- フレキシブルコンテナに連結された1以上のプローブであって、システムコントローラーに動作可能に接続されたセンサーを含む1以上のプローブをさらに含む、請求項10記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 1以上のプローブが、温度センサー、圧力センサー、UVセンサー、導電率センサー、光学密度センサー、pHセンサー及び濁度センサーを含む、請求項14記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- フレキシブルコンテナに連結された1以上のスパージャーであって、フレキシブルコンテナの内部に空気を送達するように構成された1以上のスパージャーをさらに含む、請求項10記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- クロマトグラフィーを実施する方法であって、
支持構造体内にフレキシブルコンテナを配置する段階であって、フレキシブルコンテナが、クロマトグラフィー媒体を保持する一体フリット要素を有する段階と、
フレキシブルコンテナの1以上の入口を介して樹脂充填材料をコンテナーに装填する段階と、
1以上の入口を通して液体を導入しフレキシブルコンテナの1以上の出口を通して液体を排液することによって、クロマトグラフィー媒体を通して液体を濾過する段階と、
クロマトグラフィー媒体から溶出液を放出する段階と
を含む方法。 - フレキシブルコンテナが攪拌機をさらに含んでいて、当該方法が、使用中に攪拌機をコンテナー内で下降させてクロマトグラフィー媒体と接触させ、そのスラリーを形成することをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- フレキシブルコンテナが攪拌機をさらに含んでいて、当該方法が、使用中にコンテナー内で攪拌機を上昇させてシステムを充填床構成で動作させることをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- フレキシブルコンテナが1以上のガスノズルをさらに含んでいて、当該方法が、フリット要素にガスを送達することをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、使用後にフレキシブルコンテナを廃棄することをさらに含む、請求項19記載の方法。
