Claims (13)
- 攪拌器(4)と、前記攪拌器(4)を回転させる回転駆動軸(12)と、ほぼ垂直方向に延設され且つ前記攪拌器(4)の回転の中心を構成する固定軸(20)と、前記駆動軸(12)の回転を非接触で前記攪拌器(4)へ伝達する伝達構造(16)とを備え、
前記攪拌器(4)及び前記駆動軸(12)の回転の中心を構成する中心線(19)と、前記攪拌器(4)に上向きの力成分を加える磁力を発生する手段(24)とを有する液体又は粒状材料を攪拌する装置(2)であって、
前記磁力を発生する手段(24)は、
前記攪拌器(4)に配置された第1の要素(26)と、
前記固定軸(20)と関連する第2の要素(28)とを備え、
前記第1の要素(26)及び前記第2の要素(28)のうち少なくとも一方は、永久磁石を備え、
前記第1の要素(26)及び前記第2の要素(28)のうち少なくとも一方は、前記中心線(19)が前記第1の要素(26)及び/又は前記第2の要素(28)を通るか又は近接するように配置されることを特徴とする装置(2)。 - 前記第1の要素(26)及び前記第2の要素(28)は、前記中心線(19)が前記第1の要素(26)及び前記第2の要素(28)を通るように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(2)。
- 前記第1の要素(26)及び前記第2の要素(28)のうち少なくとも一方は、前記中心線(19)に関して対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置(2)。
- 前記第2の要素(28)は前記固定軸(29)内又は前記固定軸(29)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記第1の要素(26)は、前記固定軸(20)の上方において、前記攪拌器(4)の中央部分に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記第2の要素(28)は前記固定軸(20)の上部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記第1の要素(26)及び前記第2の要素(28)は共に永久磁石を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記第1の要素及び前記第2の要素のうち一方は、磁力により吸引する性質を有する非永久磁石材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記磁力は反発力であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記磁力は吸引力であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記装置は前記固定軸(20)上に前記攪拌器(4)を半径方向に支持するラジアル軸受(22)を備え、前記伝達構造(16)は前記ラジアル軸受(22)の下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記装置(2)は前記駆動軸(12)を駆動する電動機(8)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記固定軸(20)は攪拌されるべき前記液体又は前記粒状材料を受け入れるように構成された容器と関連することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置(2)。
