Claims (20)
- 光透過性外囲器と、
ヒートシンクに熱的に連通した光源と、
前記ヒートシンクに熱的に連通し、前記光透過性外囲器に隣接するような方向に延びた複数のヒート・フィンとを備え、前記複数のヒート・フィンは、カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材を含むことを特徴とする、発光装置。 - 前記装置の熱伝導率は、約10−1000W/m・Kの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、約20−30°の間の角度を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記装置の熱伝導率は、約20−300W/m・Kであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ヒート・フィンは、少なくとも約90%の透過率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブの配合量は、約2−10重量%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、単層カーボンナノチューブ(SWNT)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材は、単層カーボンナノチューブの長繊維で製織された布を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の発光装置。
- 前記ナノチューブ充填高分子複合材は、単層カーボンナノチューブで製織された布の多重層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記単層カーボンナノチューブは、透明高分子マトリックス内の前記多重層に埋め込まれ、各々の単層ナノチューブ繊維が、下に位置する布と同じナノチューブの繊維の上に位置するようにされたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光源は、LED及びOLEDのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 基部に取り付けられたLED光源と、
前記LED光源からの光を拡散及び伝達するように構成された光透過性拡散器と、
前記基部に熱的に連通する1つ又はそれ以上の熱伝導性ヒート・フィンと
を備え、前記ヒート・フィンは、カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材を含む熱伝導性材料を含むことを特徴とする、発光デバイス。 - 前記基部は、ヒートシンクを含み、前記フィンは、前記拡散器の上に延びたことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材は、溶液混合、音波処理、溶融加工、溶融ブレンディング、現場重合、及び布への製織のうちの1つ又はそれ以上によって高分子ホストマトリックス中に分散されたカーボンナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材は、約10−1000W/m・Kの間の熱伝導率を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材は、少なくとも約90%の可視光透過率を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、熱伝導性材料の面に平行な配向に合わせて偏らされたことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、さらに、熱流の方向に平行な配向に合わせて偏らされたことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の発光デバイス。
- 第1の電極が上に形成された1つ又はそれ以上の有機発光素子を有する基板と、
1つ又はそれ以上の導電層と、
前記第1の電極の上に配置された1つ又はそれ以上の有機発光層と、
前記発光層の上に位置する第2の電極と、
前記第2の電極の上に位置し、前記基板に固定された封入カバーと
を備え、前記基板及び前記カバーのうち少なくとも1つは、カーボンナノチューブ充填高分子複合材から構成されたことを特徴とする、発光デバイス。 - 前記カバー及び前記基板のうち少なくとも1つは、実質的に透明であることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の発光デバイス。
