平均粒径5μmの担持体単体20重量部をポリエチレン樹脂粉末100重量部と混合し、溶解押出製膜により30μm厚のフィルムを作製しようとしたところ、製膜できなかった。

<抗菌性>
抗菌性評価は、黒麹カビを用いて評価した。作製した抗菌消臭フィルムサンプルで10cm角のパウチを作製した。これに菌液を塗布したPDA培地を入れ、25℃で培養した後のカビの生育状態を確認した。保管して3日後に観察したところ、カビの生育が抑制されていたものを○、されないものを×とした。
<Antibacterial property>

<引裂性>
引裂性はJIS K7128 エルメンドルフ法により引裂強度を算出し、同時に行った10人のパネラーによる官能評価に基づき、引裂強度が3N以下を○、3Nを超えたものを×とした。
以上の評価を表1にまとめた。
<Tearability>
Tearability calculated tear strength according to JIS K 7128 Elmendorf method, and based on the sensory evaluation by 10 panelists who carried out simultaneously, tear strength of 3N or less was regarded as ○ and those exceeding 3N were ×.
The above evaluations are summarized in Table 1.

表1の結果から、実施例1〜9の評価は、いずれも抗菌性、引裂性とも良好であった。
一方、担持体が無く抗菌剤も入っていない比較例1は、抗菌性・引裂性とも悪かった。また担持体はあるが抗菌剤を入れなかった比較例2は、引裂性は良かったが抗菌性は悪かった。そして抗菌剤を入れず、担持体の平均粒径を50μmと大きくした比較例3と、担持体の量を20重量部と多くした比較例4は、どちらもフィルムとして製膜ができず評価ができない結果となった。
これらの事から、抗菌剤を担持する担持体をフィルム中に含有させた本発明のフィルムは、優れた抗菌性と引裂性が得られることがわかった。

From these facts, it was found that the film of the present invention in which the carrier carrying the antibacterial agent is contained in the film can obtain excellent antibacterial property and tearability.
