Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 分子量50万ダルトン以上のヒアルロン酸を含有する水溶液をpH2.5〜pH3.5の範囲で熱処理することを含む、分子量10万ダルトン〜20万ダルトンの低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 前記水溶液の濃度は1%〜2%(重量/体積)である、請求項1に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理温度は80℃〜90℃である、請求項1に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 前記熱処理時間は15分〜30分である、請求項1に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 熱処理後、反応溶液をアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液で中和し、低分子量ヒアルロン酸をアルカリ金属塩の形態で収得することである、請求項1に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属塩はナトリウム塩である、請求項5に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 中和後に反応溶液に有機溶媒を添加し、沈殿物を生成・ろ過することによってヒアルロン酸のアルカリ金属塩を粉末の形態で収得することである、請求項5に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒は、メタノール、エタノール、アセトン及びイソプロピルアルコールで構成された群から1種以上選ばれることである、請求項7に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
- 前記有機溶媒は、反応溶液を基準にして1:5〜1:6の体積比で添加することである、請求項7に記載の低分子量ヒアルロン酸の製造方法。
