ブドウ糖 30g、(NH4)2SO4 15g、MgSO47H2O 1.2g、KH2PO4 1g、酵母エキス 5g、ビオチン 900μg、チアミン塩酸塩 4500μg、パントテン酸カルシウム 4500μg、CaCO3 30 g(蒸留水1リットルあたり)
Claims (9)
- trpオペロン調節領域及びこれと作動可能に連結されたプレフェン酸デヒドラターゼ(Prephenate dehydratase)をコードする遺伝子を含む、L-チロシンを生産する微生物。
- 前記trpオペロン調節領域が、プレフェン酸デヒドラターゼをコードする遺伝子の上流(Upstream)に位置するものである、請求項1に記載のL-チロシンを生産する微生物。
- 前記プレフェン酸デヒドラターゼをコードする遺伝子が、pheA遺伝子である、請求項1に記載のL-チロシンを生産する微生物。
- 前記trpオペロン調節領域が、trpレギュレーター、trpプロモーター、trpオペレーター、trpリーダーペプチド及びtrp減衰因子で構成される群から選択される、請求項1に記載のL-チロシンを生産する微生物。
- 前記trpオペロンの調節領域が、配列番号1の塩基配列からなる、請求項1に記載のL-チロシンを生産する微生物。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の微生物を培地で培養する段階;及び培養された微生物または培地からL-チロシンを回収する段階を含むものである、L-チロシンの製造方法。
- trpオペロン調節領域及びこれと作動可能に連結されたプレフェン酸デヒドラターゼ(Prephenate dehydratase)をコードする遺伝子を含む発現カセット。
- trpオペロン調節領域及びこれと作動可能に連結されたプレフェン酸デヒドラターゼ(Prephenate dehydratase)をコードする遺伝子、これを含む発現カセット、これを含む微生物またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、L-チロシン生産用組成物。
- trpオペロン調節領域及びこれと作動可能に連結されたプレフェン酸デヒドラターゼ(Prephenate dehydratase)をコードする遺伝子を用いて、プレフェン酸デヒドラターゼの活性を調節する方法。
