Description

特許法第30条第2項適用申請有り 令和 3年 4月 8日[静岡県菊川市高橋 付近の茶畑での性能試験]Applied for application of Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act April 8, 2021 [Performance test at a tea plantation near Takahashi, Kikugawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture]

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a tea plantation management machine for performing maintenance work in a tea plantation.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, self-propelled ride-on tea garden maintenance machines that perform work while traveling while straddling tea ridges are known as work machines for performing maintenance work such as fertilization and pest control in tea gardens. Such a tea plantation management machine is equipped with a container for storing fertilizer that traverses over the tea ridges on the rear side of the machine in the direction of movement, as equipment for performing fertilization work. A drop duct for dropping the fertilizer is provided above, and the fertilizer is dropped behind the traveling device that travels between the ridges (see Patent Document 1 below).

According to the above-mentioned prior art, the destination of fertilizer during fertilization is on the rear side of the traveling device, so the rear end of the entire tea garden tending machine extends rearward from the rear end of the traveling device. Therefore, when turning on a headland where a wide width cannot be obtained, a lifting device is required to lift the fertilizing work equipment such as a container above the tea ridge so that the rear side of the aircraft does not contact the tea ridge. As a result, the operation of the lifting device is added to the operation during turning, and there is a problem that the operation becomes complicated. In addition, there is a problem that the weight and cost of the aircraft increase due to the installation of the lifting device.

In addition, according to the above-mentioned prior art, the place to apply fertilizer is limited to the ridge behind the traveling device, so the fertilization must be applied to a place distant from the roots of the tea ridge. For this reason, there was a problem that it was difficult to obtain a high fertilization effect.

The present invention has been proposed to address such problems. In other words, in the tea garden management machine that performs fertilization work, it is possible to improve the turning performance and operability of the machine while keeping the machine weight and machine cost down, and by applying fertilizer near the roots of the tea ridges, it is possible to achieve a high fertilization effect. It is an object of the present invention to make it possible to obtain

In order to solve such problems, the tea plantation management machine according to the present invention has the following configuration.
A spraying material supply device comprising: a body arranged to straddle a tea furrow during work; a pair of traveling devices that travel between the furrows during work and support the lower end of the machine; and a container that is supported by the machine and stores the spraying material. and a spreading device arranged above the traveling device and further forward in the traveling direction than the rear end of the traveling device, for spreading the material supplied from the container toward the traveling direction side of the traveling device. A tea garden management machine comprising:

According to the present invention having such features, in a tea garden management machine that performs fertilization work, by omitting the lifting device, it is possible to improve the operability during turning while suppressing the machine weight and machine cost. By providing the spreading device inside the traveling direction length of the traveling device, the turning performance of the machine body is improved, and a high fertilization effect can be obtained by the spreading device that spreads the spreading material toward the traveling direction side.

In the case of this embodiment, the travel device 3 is of a crawler type, and includes a support frame 30 that supports the machine body 2 . The travel device 3 also includes a crawler 33 that is wound around the driven wheels 31 and the drive wheels 32 . In the illustrated example, a crawler-type traveling device 3 is shown, but a wheel-type traveling device 3 or the like may be used. The traveling device 3 is provided with a cover member 34 on which a spraying device, which will be described later, is arranged.

The traveling device 3 is configured to travel, stop, steer, and turn by controlling the rotation and stopping of each crawler 33 with an operation handle 25A provided on the operation console 25 .

The operation console 25 is provided with an operation lever 25B for setting the driving state of the spraying device 5, which will be described later. Note that the operation levers 25B are arranged side by side in a pair in the horizontal direction, for example, assuming a case where a device for performing work on both sides in the width direction of the ridge is mounted. In this embodiment, the operating levers 25B are intended to operate the spraying device 5. When a pair of operating levers 25B are provided, the left and right spraying devices 5 are operated individually. operate at the same time.

At the rear of the fuselage 2, a spraying material supply device 4 having a container 40 containing a spraying material (fertilizer) is provided. The container 40 is supported by a container support frame 41 provided on the rear side of the fuselage 2. By supporting substantially the entire container 40 within the width of the travel device 3 in the traveling direction, the container 40 is supported by the container support frame 41. The portion of the end protruding rearward from the rear end of the travel device 3 is reduced.

The container 40 is a container for containing the material to be sprayed, and is provided with an opening/closing lid 40F at an upper opening, a side panel having at least three inclined surfaces, and a bottom open to the conveying mechanism 42. have. The material to be spread is put into the container 40 through an upper opening 40A opened by opening the opening/closing lid 40F (see FIG. 4). The container support frame 41 is provided with a step 43 that can be freely extended and retracted so that the operation of charging the spray material into the container 40 is manually performed.

A conveying mechanism 42 provided below the container 40 includes a conveying screw 42A that is rotatably driven by a motor arranged in the motor box 26 via an appropriate transmission mechanism (see FIG. 4). The conveying screw 42A is driven so as to convey the spread material in the container 40 toward both left and right sides. The distribution material conveyed by the conveying screw 42A is fed into the carry-out pipes 42B provided at the left and right ends of the conveying mechanism section 42, respectively. The carry-out pipe 42B is divided into two branches, and the upper end side of the supply hose 44 is connected to each of them. The supply hose 44 supplies the spraying material to the spraying device 5 through the inside thereof, and a flexible hose (for example, a bellows hose) can be used.

The spraying device 5 sprays the spraying material supplied from the container 40 through the supply hose 44 toward at least the lateral side of the traveling direction of the traveling device 3 . The spraying device 5 is arranged above the traveling device 3 and further forward than the rear end of the traveling device 3 in the traveling direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, the spraying device 5 is installed on a cover member 34 that covers the rear upper side of the crawler in the traveling device. The spraying device 5 is provided with an outer frame 50 that is open on the left and right sides in the traveling direction of the traveling device 3 and blocks the front and rear of the traveling device 3 in the traveling direction. A board 51 is provided, and the upper end of the outer frame 50 is connected to the lower end of a supply hose 44 that supplies the material to be sprayed onto the distribution board 51 .

The outer frame 50 of the spraying device 5 is provided with spray ports 50A on the outside and inside of the body 2, and two supply ports 50B to which the lower ends of the supply hoses 44 are connected are provided on the top surface of the outer frame 50. ing. Further, the spraying device 5 is provided with a bottom plate 50C on the rear upper surface of the travel device 3 . In the illustrated example, the bottom plate 50C is fixed on the cover member 34 of the traveling device 3, and the outer frame 50 of the spraying device 5 is attached thereon. Alternatively, the outer frame 50 may be fixed directly to the cover member 34 by omitting the bottom plate 50C and making the cover member 34 also serve as the bottom plate 50C. By providing the bottom plate 50</b>C, it is possible to prevent the traveling device 3 from being corroded by the sprayed material hanging on the traveling device 3 .

A spray plate 51 arranged inside the outer frame 50 is rotationally driven by a hydraulic motor 52 attached to the top surface of the outer frame 50. Pressure oil is supplied from a driven hydraulic pump (not shown).

The distribution board 51 that rotates around the vertical axis P has a conical board surface 51A, and centrifugal blades 51B are radially provided on the board surface 51A. A sweeping plate 51C is attached to the rear surface of the spreading board 51. As shown in FIG. When the spraying material is supplied from the supply port 50B onto the spraying plate 51, the spraying plate 51 rotates to spray the spraying material downward from the spraying port 50A. Further, when the material supplied onto the bottom plate 50C drops, the sweep plate 51C rotates together with the spreading plate 51, so that the material dropped onto the bottom plate 50C is discharged to the outside from the spreading port 50A. Become.

According to the tea plantation management machine 1, the sprinkling device 5 is arranged on the traveling device 3, so that the sprinkling material is spread from a height h higher than the ground height of the traveling device 3, as shown in FIG. The conical spreading plate 51 allows the spreading material to be spread downward from the height h. As a result, even when the distance L from the traveling device 3 to the ground-exposed portion of the tea ridge is long, it is possible to disperse the spray material and perform effective fertilization. Further, since the spraying material is sprayed downward from the spraying port 50A, the spraying material does not unnecessarily hang over the ground part of the brown ridge, and the spraying material can be effectively sprayed on the surface of the canopy base of the brown ridge. can be done.

In addition, according to the tea plantation management machine 1, since the sprinkling device 5 is arranged on the front side from the rear end of the traveling device 3, the sprinkling device 5 does not interfere with tea ridges and the like when the traveling device 3 turns. There is no need to raise and lower the equipment for spraying with a lifting device as in the prior art. As a result, the weight and cost of the aircraft can be reduced by omitting the lifting device, and the operability during turning can be improved by eliminating the operation of the lifting device.
