That is, 12 is an electromagnetic contactor, which is made of an elastic thermoplastic resin. Width regulation ridges 60, 61 are formed on both side edges of the lower surface that is the mounting surface of the electromagnetic contactor 12, and the space between the width regulation ridges 60, 61 is equal to that of the hat-shaped cross-section mounting rail 6.
It is formed to have a width in which 2 fits. One side width regulation ridge 60
Two locking projections 63 are provided on the edge of the front end of the locking projection 63, and the locking projections 63 and the width regulating projections 60 form a fixed locking portion 64. The other width-regulating ridge 61 is notched at the center, and a hook-shaped hooking portion 65 is provided at the notch. The hook portion 65 is a plurality of hanging pieces 65c hanging on the bottom surface substantially parallel to the side surface of the electromagnetic contactor 12, and a connecting piece 65b for connecting the ends of the hanging pieces 65c.
And a hooking piece 65a formed between the hanging pieces 65c of the connecting piece 65b and hooked to the other piece 62b of the mounting rail 62, and an operation hole 66 formed in the connecting piece 65b, and the side surface is T-shaped as a whole. It was formed in. The operation hole 66 is formed in a slit shape into which the tip of the driver can be inserted. On the side wall of the electromagnetic contactor 12 on the side where the hook portion 65 is provided, a guide groove 67 having a tapered bottom surface is formed so as to correspond to the operation hole 66.
Because of this structure, the mounting rail 62
One piece 62a is locked to the locking piece 64, and the driver 68 is hooked to the hook portion 65.
Then, the hook portion 65 is bent to the outside by a driver 68. In this way, the gap between the locking piece 64 and the hook portion 65 is widened, and the other piece 62b of the mounting rail 62 is attached to the hook piece 6 of the hook portion 65.
By being housed in the 5a, the hook portion 65 is returned by its elasticity to lock the other piece 62b of the mounting rail 62. In this way, by bending the hook portion 65 using the driver 68, the attachment to the attachment rail 62 can be easily performed.

Thus, the pair of electromagnetic contactors 12a and 12b are arranged. This is because an interlock mechanism is provided to prevent the contact of one electromagnetic contactor 12a from turning on when the contact of the other electromagnetic contactor 12a is on.
That is, 74 is an interlock member, and the movable portions 70, 71 engage with the recesses 74a, 74b provided at both ends thereof. Then, while one of the movable portions 70, 71 is in the operating state, the other operation of the movable portions 70, 71 can be blocked. 75 is a movable part 70 of the electromagnetic contactors 12a, 12b,
It is a protective cover that is installed straddling between 71 and that allows the interlock member 74 to slide.

Is located on the opposite side. Therefore, the electromagnetic contactors 12a and 12b cannot be integrally mounted on the mounting rail 62, and even if the electromagnetic contactors 12a and 12b are separately mounted, the work is very troublesome and the mounting rail base 76 Needed.

A pair of electromagnetic contactors, a protective cover for covering the movable part of the electromagnetic contactor over the movable part, and the movable part so as to interlock with the operation of the movable part. A rotating plate provided with an engaged engaging part and a blocking part for blocking the operation of the other movable part in the operating state of the one movable part, and a position separated from a straight line connecting both the movable parts. The rotary plate is rotatably attached with the pivot shaft in FIG.

Can be stopped. For this reason, since the pair of hook portions can be arranged on one side edge, the attachment to the attachment rail becomes easy. Further, since the pivot shaft of the rotating plate is located away from the straight line connecting both movable parts, the rotating plate reliably rotates with respect to the operation of the movable part. In other words, there should be no pivot shaft in the direction of movement of the movable part, even if the rotary plates have rotated a certain amount from the predetermined position of the rotary plates when both of the pair of electromagnetic contactors are in the OFF state. As a result, since the rotation moment acts, the rotating plate can be surely rotated. Therefore, the interlock mechanism that determines whether the movable portion is turned on or off operates reliably regardless of the use condition.

Since the rotating plate 10 can move in either direction, both the movable parts 4 and 5 can move forward. If the electromagnetic contactor 6 is turned on in this state,
As shown in FIG. 2B, the movable portion 4 advances in the direction of arrow A, and the rotating plate 10 rotates about the pivot shaft 15. At this time, the blocking unit 18 enters the path of the movable unit 5 and blocks the advance of the movable unit 5. When the electromagnetic contactor 6 is turned off, the state shown in FIG. 4 (a) is restored. Further, when the electromagnetic contactor 7 is turned on from the state of FIG. 4 (a), the movable portion 5 advances in the direction of arrow B to pivot the rotating plate 10 as shown in FIG. 4 (c). Rotate in the opposite direction with the spindle 15 as the axis. At this time, the blocking unit 17 enters the path of the movable unit 4 to prevent the movable unit 4 from advancing. When the electromagnetic contactor 7 is turned off, the state shown in FIG. 4 (a) is restored.

Is excited, interlocks the electromagnetic contactor 7,
When the electromagnetic contactor 7 is excited, the electromagnetic contactor 6 can be interlocked. Moreover, a pair of electromagnetic contactors 6,
Since the 7 are arranged in the same direction, the hook portions 65, 65 can be arranged at the side edges on the same side of the lower surface, so that the attachment to the attachment rail 62 can be easily performed. Further, since the pivot shaft 15 of the rotating plate 10 is located away from the straight line connecting the movable parts 4 and 5, the rotating plate 10 is surely rotated with respect to the operation of the movable parts 4 and 5. 実に作動する。As described above, according to the reversible electromagnetic contactor of the present invention, the rotating plate can prevent the operation of one of the movable portions from the operation of the other movable portion. Moreover, since the pair of electromagnetic contactors are arranged so that the movable parts operate in the same direction, the pair of hooking parts can be arranged on one side edge, and the mounting on the mounting rail becomes easy. .
