答可能状態となったとき電子交換機から受信した発呼者
番号および被呼者番号の情報を受信した順番で電子交換
機に対して呼返し接続指示をする接続指示手段を有し
て、被呼者番号に対する複数の発呼者からの着信呼を一
旦復旧後着信順に応答して呼返し接続することにより、
一つの被呼者番号に対する着信呼が多くトラフィックが
高い場合でも、発呼者をそのままで待たせる必要はな
く、かつ、受付け者の人数より多少多めの回線を準備す
るのみで良く、回線効果も高めることができるという効
果を有している。又、すべての着信呼に対し呼返しを基
本とすることにより、通話料金も被呼者負担となる為サ
