材2は、上記凹部10の内径とほぼ同じ外径を有すると
共に、一端と他端において開口する潤滑用通路12を有
しており、上記凹部10に圧入された後、その周囲が連

れる位置まで圧入された後、後面の外周部および内周部

による接合は、ろう付け炉によって一度に多量の処理が
可能であるので、接合工程が短縮でき、生産性が向上す
る。更に、図3のピストンが環状間隙46,55の工作
が必要であるため、専用の特殊刃具および加工機を必要
とし、しかも、加工工数が多くなるのに対して、本実施
例のピストンは、円筒上の穴を空けるだけの簡単な加工
で済むので、標準工具を使用でき、しかも、加工工数も

形成してなり、上記連結基部に上記スリーブで囲まれた
空間部に開口する円筒状の凹部を有すると共に、上記頭
部の先端面と上記凹部の底面において開口する潤滑用通
路を有する本体部材と、一端部が上記凹部に圧入される
と共に上記連結基部にろう付けされ、更に、一端と他端
において開口する潤滑用通路を有するパイプ状部材と、
上記スリーブの端部と上記パイプ状部材の他端との間に
圧入されると共に上記スリーブと上記パイプ状部材にろ
う付けされて上記空間部を塞ぐ蓋部材とで構成されてい
るので、以下のような効果がある。 連結基部とスリーブで囲まれた空間部を有しているた
め、軽量化が可能であり、従って、ピストンポンプおよ
びピストンモータの高圧・高速化が可能である。 上記空間部を蓋部材で塞いでその空間部に流体が入り
込まないようにしているので、ピストンポンプおよびピ
ストンモータの容積効率が良くなる。 本体部材とパイプ状部材と蓋部材との接合をろう付け
で行っているので、溶接接合部がなく、従って、剛性が
低下せず、破壊等に対する信頼性が向上する。また、ろ
う付け炉により一度に多量の接合が可能であるので、接
合工程を短縮でき、生産性が向上する。 加工箇所の形状が円筒状であるので、加工に特殊な工
