【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明はガスタービン燃焼器の内
筒を尾筒から取出したり尾筒へ内筒を挿入したりする際
に用いる要具に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】図2はガスタービン燃焼器の取付状態を
示す概略説明図である。
【0003】図において、車室外筒21に支持されて燃
料ノズル22が取付けられていて燃料ノズル22の先に
は、燃焼器内筒23が尾筒24に挿入されて取付けられ
ている。
【0004】燃焼器の内筒23は高温部の点検のため或
いは、分解・組立上のために車室まわりの部分的な解放
により引抜き、挿入ができるようになっていなければな
らない。
【0005】従って内筒と尾筒の取付け部は、スプリン
グクリップが使用されていて内筒側から押込むだけで固
定されるようになっている。なお符号25は尾筒24の
固定装置である。
【0006】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで燃焼器の内筒
は、高温部の点検及び分解組立上、車室まわりの部分的
な解放によって引き抜き及び挿入が出来るように構成さ
れている。
【0007】しかし燃料ノズル及び外筒を取外したあと
内筒を引抜くのは、スプリングクリップ止めとなってい
るため人力では無理である。このことは挿入の際も同様
である。
【0008】また内筒中心と車室外筒座中心とは、幾分
かのズレがあり、このことも作業性を困難にしている。
【0009】そのため従来は、ガスタービンの車室の一
部である重量物である外筒ともどもチェンブロックやホ
イストなどの揚重設備を用いて作業しており、コスト高
や作業の手間がかかる等の不具合があった。
【0010】本発明は上記各不具合点を取消する新たな
内筒取出し挿入要具を提供することを目的としている。
【0011】
【課題を解決するための手段】前記目的を達成するため
の構成として本発明の内筒取出し挿入要具は、ガスター
ビン内筒の取出し及び挿入に用いる要具として、ガスタ
ービン車室の外筒座のフランジ面にねじ込まれた長さの
長いコラム1本と、長さの短かい2本のコラムよりなる
長さの異なる2種類のコラムと、該各コラムの上側に、
中央部やや偏心個所に、めねじ付ブッシュを取付けたハ
ウジングを取付けると共に前記めねじ付ブッシュにスク
リュー棒を螺入し、該スクリュー棒の先端に円板状のホ
ルダーを取付け、スクリュー棒を回動することにより前
記ホルダーを、燃料ノズルを取外した内筒端面のフラン
ジ面に当接するまで下げ、ホルダと内筒フランジ面をボ
ルト締め可能とし、これにより内筒のみを引き抜くこと
を可能とするよう構成したことを特徴としている。

【作用】ガスタービン燃焼器の内筒の中心と車室外筒座
中心(燃焼器挿入口)とは、幾分かのズレを以て製作さ
れている。
【0013】そのため車室外筒座にねじ込むコラムの長
さを同じとするとズレの量だけコラム上側に渡されたハ
ウジングの中央部に取付けたスクリュー棒先端に取付け
るホルダーの中心がズレる。
【0014】このズレを矯正するため本発明において
は、コラムの長さを変えてハウジングが取付けられてい
る。
【0015】この結果ハウジングは内筒と平行となり、
更に、ハウジングの中央が偏心させてスクリュー棒を取
付けることによりスクリュー棒は中心方向へ向けること
が出来る。
【0016】そして内筒と車室外筒座中心(燃焼器挿入
口)とのズレを矯正する。
【0017】またハンドル操作だけで取外し、挿入が可
能となり人力のみで作業ができる。
【0018】そのうえ、組立構造であり、軽量化されて
いるので工場、現地を問わず持運びができる。

【実施例】以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
る。図1は本発明の一実施例に係る内筒取出し、挿入要
具の取付図である。
【0020】図において、ガスタービンの車室外筒座の
座面1の三方には、長いコラム2Aが一本と短いコラム
2Bが二本それぞれねじ込み取り付けられている。
【0021】コラム2A,2Bの上側には、該コラムに
嵌る3穴を有しかつ中央部にめねじ付ブッシュ3を取付
けたハウジング4が取付けられている。
【0022】ハウジング4の中央からやや偏心させため
ねじ付ブッシュ3には、スクリュー棒5がねじ込まれス
クリュー棒5の下側には、円板状のホルダー6が取付け
られている。
【0023】またスクリュー棒5の上側には、ハンドル
バー7が取付けられており、ハンドルバー7を操作する
ことによりホルダー6は燃焼ノズルを取外したガスター
ビン燃焼器の内筒8の端面フランジ9に当接してボルト
で取付けられる。
【0024】このような構造の要具を用いることにより
取外し時は、ハンドルバー7を廻してホルダー6を仮想
線位置まで上げると内筒8は尾筒(図には示されていな
い)から抜き出すことができる。
【0025】なお、内筒挿入時も同様な操作により簡単
に挿入することができる。
【0026】以上本発明の一実施例について説明した
が、本発明は上記実施例に限定されるものでなく本発明
技術思想の範囲内において設計・変更が可能であり、そ
れらは何れも本発明の技術的範囲に属する。

【発明の効果】本発明の内筒取出し、挿入要具によれば
ガスタービン燃焼器の内筒を尾筒から取出したり、尾筒
を内筒に挿入する作業が単純化されるので工数が低減さ
れるうえ、チェーンブロックやホイストなどの揚重設備
も不要となり安全性も増大する。
【0028】また、要具は分解組立構造であり部品が軽
量化されているのでコンパクトになり、工場、現地を問
