材がネジ結合されたボルトと、前記ボルトに嵌合され、前記固定部材の連結部と係止部
材との間に介在されるスリーブと、 支持部の外側面に固定され、軸組に対して固定部材全体
を傾斜させた状態で開口部を通過し、この開口部を通過
