体飲料や食品、医薬品、洗剤等の液体や粘性体を充填す
る口部材付きパウチ容器に関する。

【従来の技術】近年、清涼飲料等の液体飲料を充填する
容器としては、合成樹脂フィルムにアルミホイル等をラ
ミネートした内面が熱接着性のフレキシブルシートによ
って、ガセット部を有する袋状の容器本体を形成し、こ
の容器本体に、注口や飲口となる開閉自在の口部材を取
り付けた口部材付きパウチ容器が使用されるようになっ
てきている。
【0003】ところで、この種の口部材付きパウチ容器
は、図4(a)、(b)及び図5(a)、(b)に示す
ように、固着部51の上部及び下部に口栓52及び筒状
または棒状の導出部53が取り付けられた口部材50
と、表裏一対の外装シート61及び両外装シート61の
両側部から内側に折り込まれてガセット部を形成する左
右一対のガセットシート62を有し、前記ガセットシー
ト62の周縁部が前記外装シート61にヒートシールさ
れると共に前記外装シート61の上縁部及び下縁部が相
互にヒートシールされることで(図4(a)に斜線で示
す領域がヒートシール領域である。)、袋状に形成され
た容器本体60とから構成されており、前記口部材50
の固着部51及び導出部53が、前記外装シート61間
に挿入された状態で、前記固着部51が前記外装シート
61の上縁部にヒートシールされている(例えば、実公
平2−21399号公報、特許第2745388号公
報、特開平10−72044号公報に記載されてい
る。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、上述したよ
うな口部材付きパウチ容器への内容物の充填は、袋状の
容器本体60内を脱気した後に行われるが、容器本体6

部に外部から圧力や衝撃が加わると、その内圧によって
ガセットシート62が上方に押し広げられ、フィルム強
度が低下したガセットシート62の折込縁におけるヒー
トシール部分との境界点Bにピンホールが形成されやす
く、そのピンホールから充填された内容物が洩れ出すお

を解決するため、この発明は、固着部の上部に注口や飲
口が形成された口部材と、表裏一対の外装シート及び両
外装シートの両側部から内側に折り込まれてガセット部
を形成する左右一対のガセットシートを有し、前記ガセ
ットシートの周縁部が前記外装シートにヒートシールさ
れると共に前記外装シートの上縁部及び下縁部が相互に
ヒートシールされることで袋状に形成された容器本体と
を備え、前記口部材の固着部が、前記外装シートの上縁
部の間に挿入された状態で、前記外装シートにヒートシ
ールされている口部材付きパウチ容器において、袋状の
前記容器本体の内部空間が上方に向かって徐々に狭くな
るように、前記ガセットシートと前記外装シートの上端
コーナー部のヒートシール領域を内方に張りださせると
共に、前記ガセットシートと前記外装シートの上端コー
ナー部のヒートシール領域を、その内縁がそれぞれのガ
セットシートの折込縁における上縁側のヒートシール部
分との境界点からそれぞれのガセットシートの側縁に向
かって下方側に45度の角度で延びる線よりも内側に突
出するように膨らんだ曲線になるように設定したのであ
る。

容器では、容器本体の肩部分である外装シートとガセッ
トシートの上端コーナ部における内容物が充填されにく
い領域が予めヒートシールされているので、その部分に
空気が残留することがなく、しかも、容器本体の内部空
間が上方に向かって徐々に狭くなるように、ヒートシー
ル領域が設定されているので、容器本体内に残留してい
る空気が内容物の充填時に外部に排出されやすくなる。
従って、内容物が充填された状態では、容器本体内に空
気が残留することはほとんどなく、充填された内容物の
変質等を確実に防止することができる。
【0009】また、容器本体の肩部分である外装シート
とガセットシートの上端コーナ部におけるある程度の領
域が予めヒートシールされているので、内容物が充填さ
れた容器本体の下部に外部から圧力や衝撃が加わって
も、その内圧によってガセットシートが上方に押し広げ
られにくく、フィルム強度が低下したガセットシートの
折込縁におけるヒートシール部分との境界点にピンホー
ルが形成されにくくなる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、実施の形態について図面を
参照して説明する。図1及び図2に示すように、この口
部材付きパウチ容器1は、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレ
ン等の熱接着性を有する合成樹脂フィルムの外面にアル
ミホイル等のガスバリア性シート等を積層したポリエス
テルフィルム等をラミネートしたフレキシブルシートに
よって袋状に形成された容器本体10と、この容器本体
10に取り付けられる熱接着性樹脂によって形成された
口部材20とから構成されている。
【0012】前記容器本体10は、表裏一対の外装シー
ト11及び両外装シート11の両側部から内側に折り込
まれて左右のガセット部を形成する左右一対のガセット
シート12から構成されており、図2に交斜線で示すよ
うに、折り込まれたガセットシート12の内面の周縁が
外装シート11の内面にヒートシールされると共に、外
装シート11の内面の上縁部及び下縁部が相互にヒート
シールされることで、袋状に形成されている。

だ曲線になるように設定されている。

取り付けられる固着部21と、この固着部21の上部に
設けられた、注口や飲口となる開閉可能なスクリューキ
ャップを有する口栓22と、前記固着部21の下部に設
けられた、容器本体10内に充填された内容物の吸い出
しを容易にする筒状の導出部23とから構成されてお
り、前記導出部23が容器本体10内に挿入された状態
で、固着部21の側面が容器本体10にヒートシールさ
れている。

填された状態では、容器本体10内に空気が残留するこ
とはほとんどなく、充填された内容物の変質等を確実に
防止することができる。

口部材と、表裏一対の外装シート及び両外装シートの両
側部から内側に折り込まれてガセット部を形成する左右
一対のガセットシートを有し、前記ガセットシートの周
縁部が前記外装シートにヒートシールされると共に前記
外装シートの上縁部及び下縁部が相互にヒートシールさ
れることで袋状に形成された容器本体とを備え、前記口
部材の固着部が、前記外装シートの上縁部の間に挿入さ
れた状態で、前記外装シートにヒートシールされている
口部材付きパウチ容器において、 袋状の前記容器本体の内部空間が上方に向かって徐々に
狭くなるように、前記ガセットシートと前記外装シート
の上端コーナー部のヒートシール領域を内方に張りださ
せるようになっており、 前記ガセットシートと前記外装シートの上端コーナー部
のヒートシール領域は、その内縁がそれぞれのガセット
シートの折込縁における上縁側のヒートシール部分との
境界点からそれぞれのガセットシートの側縁に向かって
下方側に45度の角度で延びる線よりも内側に突出する
ように膨らんだ曲線になるように設定されている ことを
