Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for producing a coated plate suitable for use, for example, as a head foot of a bed. 2. Description of the Related Art Generally, as shown in FIG. 5, coated beds are used for head feet 1a and 1b of a bed 1 which is used in a hotel or the like and has a high quality view. . The coated plates used for the head feet 1a and 1b are required to have a strong appearance without warpage or the like. [0003] In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to obtain a coated plate having a strong appearance and free from warpage. As shown in the drawings, a method of manufacturing a coated plate according to the present invention is to cut a maple material 2 from 3 to 5 pieces.
Year field loading and, after that, shade in a good location of wind through, then slightly thicker lumber than a predetermined thickness, then the plate 3 by cutting to a predetermined thickness, and upholstered in this plate 3, then, to paint the lacquer It was done. According to the present invention, the cut maple wood is cut into 3 to 5 pieces.
This as well as stacking year field, after shade in a place having good ventilated, predetermined thickness sawn, for example to obtain a 6cm plate 3 having a thickness, by a so-called Wajima painted on this plate, since lacquered, warpage, etc. It is possible to obtain an excellent coated plate having a strong appearance without any. An embodiment of the method for producing a coated plate according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes maple wood (maple). The maple wood 2 is made, for example, from Canada and has a diameter of 1 to 4 m. In this example, the cut maple wood 2 is left open for 3 to 5 years as shown in FIG. 1, and the maple wood 2 is exposed to rain and wind for 3 to 5 years. [0008] After that, it is shaded in a well-ventilated place for about three years, for example, a well-ventilated warehouse. [0009] Thereafter, lumbering is performed to obtain a plate material. When obtaining a plate material 3 having a predetermined thickness of, for example, 6 cm, the lumber is lumbered as a plate material having a thickness slightly larger than the predetermined thickness, for example, 6 cm, for example, 7 to 8 cm, and thereafter, having a thickness of 7 to 8 c, for example.
m, and a predetermined thickness as shown in FIG.
Of the plate material 3. When the plate 3 as shown in FIG. 2 is used as the head feet 1a and 1b of the bed 1, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the plate 3 is formed into a plate 3a having a shape corresponding to the head feet 1a and 1b. At the same time as cutting, a border decoration 4 made of maple material manufactured in the same manner as described above is bonded and fixed to the outer periphery of the plate material 3a with an instant adhesive or the like. In this embodiment, the lacquer is applied to the wooden bases 3a and 4 as shown in FIGS. That is,
The wooden bases 3a and 4 are polished with shark skin, paper paper, or the like, and thereafter, the wooden bases 3a and 4 are coated with ground lacquer between the wooden base and the cloth, and are covered with cloth. Next, sharpen the flats of the Soshi area.
Next, lacquer is applied to the wooden bases 3a and 4. This lacquering is performed as follows. First, a first base lacquer is applied to the entire surfaces of the wooden bases 3a and 4a. The ground lacquer contains ground powder. Thereafter, the ground surface is lightly ground with a rough paper and a grindstone, and then flattened. Then apply the second base lacquer and then grind as above. Then apply the third base lacquer. The base lacquer is applied many times, and the base lacquer is applied several times in this manner, and is ground with water with a grindstone (ground polishing). Next, the resulting high-quality lacquer is applied to the entire surface and dried to make the base solid. After sharpening, the coated surface is inspected, the recess is filled with rust lacquer, and an intermediate coat is further applied. Thereafter, the surface is ground with a blue whetstone or charcoal to make it smooth. Next, remove the impurities and wipe it clean while checking. After that, apply a top coat lacquer of your favorite color such as black, vermilion, etc., draw a pattern with lacquer lacquer, sow powder such as gold, silver, etc. and finish it. [0015] The sculpture is made with a flea chisel, and then lacquer is rubbed in, and gold and silver foil and powder are sunk. In this case, this work should be performed in a dust-free place. As described above, according to this embodiment, the maple wood
After stacking it for up to 5 years and drying it in a well-ventilated warehouse for about 3 years, it is lumbered to obtain a plate 3 of a predetermined thickness, for example, 6 cm, and the plate is coated with lacquer by so-called Wajima coating. It is possible to obtain a coated plate having a strong appearance without warpage and the like, and there is an advantage that a bed with a very high-quality appearance can be obtained by using the coated plate according to the present embodiment for the head feet 1a and 1b of the bed 1. In the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to the bed 1
Although the description has been given of the example in which the invention is applied to the head foot, it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to other furniture furniture. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may adopt various other configurations without departing from the spirit of the present invention. According to the present invention, the cut-out This was shade in a place having good ventilated with a maple 3 loading to five years cortex, a predetermined thickness of, for example 6cm thick plate material sawn In addition, since the lacquer is applied to this plate material by so-called Wajima coating, there is an advantage that a strong coated plate having excellent appearance without warpage can be obtained.
