Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, the mounting member of the support leg for supporting the flooring to form a receiving space, such as wiring and piping material under the floor, the mounting method of supporting legs for supporting the support device of flooring, the floor material of that, And a flooring support structure .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there has been a structure as shown in FIG. 6 as a structure for supporting a floor material at a predetermined height in order to form an accommodation space for wiring and piping materials under the floor. Here, reference numeral 21 is a floor material, 22 is a joist member on which the floor material 21 is placed, 23 is a receiving member fitted to the joist member 22, and 24 is a support whose upper part is screwed into the receiving member 23. It is a leg. Thus, the support legs 24 support the floor materials 21 and 21 via the joists 22 and the receiving members 23. Reference numeral 25 denotes a pedestal as an attachment member for attaching the support leg 24 to the foundation floor surface 26. The pedestal 25 is composed of a flat plate-like fixing portion 25a fixed to the foundation floor 26, and a holding cylinder 25b that is erected on the fixing portion 25a and that opens only upward and is closed downward. The support leg 24 is inserted into the holding cylinder 25b from above.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional floor material support structure, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the foundation floor surface 26 has irregularities and slopes (unevenness), and the lower surface 25 c of the pedestal 25 just below the support legs 24. If there is a gap between the floor 26 and the foundation floor 26, the support leg 24 is lowered by the load W of the object (not shown) on the floor, and the fixing portion 25a of the base 25 is deformed so as to eliminate the gap. There was a fear. Then, due to the deformation of the pedestal 25, the joist material 22 and the floor materials 21, 21 sink, and there is a problem in the support state of the floor materials 21, 21. Further, when the pedestal 25 is fixed to the foundation floor surface 26 using an adhesive, an adhesive is applied in advance to the lower surface 25c of the fixing portion 25a of the pedestal 25 or the foundation floor surface 26, and the pedestal 25 is fixed to the foundation floor surface. While being mounted on the surface 26 at a predetermined pitch, the support leg 24, the receiving member 23 and the joist member 22 are assembled. At this time, it is normal that the position of the joist member 22 is slightly deviated due to errors in construction, tolerance of each member, etc. In this case, since the floor members 21 and 21 cannot be placed on the joist member 22, It was necessary to adjust the position of the support legs 24 in a short time after the adhesive was applied and until the adhesive was cured. In addition, when marking the foundation floor 26 during construction, it is necessary to stand the supporting leg 24 so that the center of the holding cylinder 25b of the base 25 is aligned with the marked reference line. The alignment had to rely on eye measurements.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described conventional drawbacks. The object of the present invention is to provide a joist and flooring material by the load of the object placed on the floor even if the foundation floor surface is uneven. If the mounting member such as a pedestal is bonded to the foundation floor surface, adjust the position of the support legs, apply the adhesive to the mounting member or the foundation floor surface, and then the adhesive Installation of support legs that support the flooring so that there is no inconvenience in handling that occurs until it hardens, and the support legs can be easily erected to meet the reference line on the foundation floor surface. An object is to provide a member, a floor material support device , a method of attaching a support leg to support the floor material, and a floor material support structure .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the mounting member for the supporting leg for supporting the flooring according to the present invention, the supporting device for the flooring , the mounting method for the supporting leg for supporting the flooring, and the supporting structure for the flooring are as follows. Consists of configuration. That is,
The mounting member of the support leg according to the first aspect of the invention is to form an accommodation space for wiring / piping material, etc. under the floor, and to raise the floor material standing on the foundation floor surface to form the floor at a predetermined height. A support leg for supporting the base is attached to the foundation floor surface. The mounting member includes a fixing portion fixed to the foundation floor surface, a fixing portion to which the support leg is fixed, and the support leg to make the support leg come into contact with the foundation floor surface. A penetrating portion penetrating through a relatively straight vertical movement from a position where the lower end protrudes below the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion to a position where at least the lower end thereof coincides with the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion. . Thereby, even if the foundation floor surface has irregularities and slopes (unevenness), the lower end of the support leg that penetrates the through portion of the mounting member is protruded downward from the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion of the mounting member, The support leg can be brought into contact with the foundation floor surface. Therefore, the load of the object placed on the floor acts directly on the foundation floor surface from the support legs, so that unlike the conventional technique, there is no possibility that the support legs are lowered. In addition, when the fixing portion of the mounting member is fixed to the foundation floor using an adhesive, the mounting member is moved upward so that the lower end of the support leg protrudes below the lower surface of the fixing portion. Then, make the support legs stand on the foundation floor, adjust the position to correct the deviation of the position of the support legs due to errors in construction, tolerances of each member, etc. An adhesive can be applied to the lower surface of the floor or the base floor surface. After that, when the mounting member is lowered, the fixing portion of the mounting member is fixed to the foundation floor surface by the applied adhesive, and at this time, unevenness and inclination (non-landing) of the foundation floor surface are absorbed by the applied adhesive. The In addition, when the foundation floor is marked with ink during construction, the lower end of the support leg is projected downward relative to the height of the lower surface of the fixing part, so that the lower end of the support leg is marked with a marked reference line. Can be matched.
[0006]
Further, like the support leg mounting member according to the second aspect of the present invention, the fixing portion is formed of a holding cylinder into which the support leg is inserted and is formed in a cylindrical shape. The penetrating portion may be used. As a result, since the fixing portion is provided with the through portion, the structure is simplified.
[0007]
Further, the floor material support device according to the invention described in claim 3 includes the mounting member described in claim 1 and a support leg, and has the same operation as that of claim 1.
[0008]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for attaching a support leg for supporting a floor material, wherein a storage space for wiring and piping materials should be formed under the floor, and the floor is formed on a foundation floor surface. It is the method of attaching the support leg which supports the floor material to perform to predetermined height to the said foundation floor surface through an attachment member. Here, the attachment member includes a fixing portion fixed to the foundation floor surface, and the support leg has at least a lower end thereof from the position where the lower end protrudes below the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion. And a penetrating portion that penetrates relatively movably to a position that coincides with the height of the lower surface. In this attachment method, the support leg is penetrated through the penetration portion of the attachment member so that the lower end protrudes below the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion, and the support leg is made to stand on the foundation floor surface. Adjust the position to the required position. Thereafter, the mounting member is lowered and the fixing portion of the mounting member is fixed to the foundation floor surface. As a result, even if the foundation floor is uneven or inclined (uneven), the lower end of the support leg protrudes below the height of the lower surface of the fixing part, and the support leg is brought into contact with the foundation floor. Can do. Therefore, the load of the object placed on the floor acts directly on the foundation floor surface from the support legs, so that unlike the conventional technique, there is no possibility that the support legs are lowered. And when making the adhering part of an attachment member adhere to a foundation floor using an adhesive agent, the lower end protrudes below the height of the lower surface of the adhering part in the penetration part of the attachment member, and the lower end of the supporting leg. The support legs are erected on the foundation floor, and the position of the support legs is adjusted by correcting the deviation of the position of the support legs due to errors in construction and tolerances of each member. The adhesive can be applied to the lower surface of the fixing portion of the mounting member or the base floor surface while the stand is made to stand on the base floor surface and further after the position of the support leg is adjusted. After that, when the mounting member is lowered, the fixing portion of the mounting member is fixed to the foundation floor surface by the applied adhesive, and at this time, unevenness and inclination (non-landing) of the foundation floor surface are absorbed by the applied adhesive. The In addition, if the foundation floor is marked with ink during construction, the lower end of the supporting leg is penetrated so that it protrudes below the height of the lower surface of the fixed part, so that the lower end of the supporting leg is marked with a marked reference line. Can be matched.
Further, the floor material support structure according to the invention of claim 5 is a floor material support structure using a support device comprising a support leg and an attachment member. Here, the support legs form a housing space for wiring and piping materials under the floor, and support the floor material that is erected on the foundation floor surface to form the floor at a predetermined height. The attachment member is an attachment member for attaching the support leg to the foundation floor surface, and includes a fixing portion fixed to the foundation floor surface, a fixing portion to which the support leg is fixed, and the support leg. but to a position where its lower end a lower end of Sukunakutomoso from position projecting downwardly than the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion is coincident with the height of the lower surface of the fixing portion, through which penetrates straight movably relatively vertically A part. Therefore, in the floor material support structure, the mounting member has a fixing portion fixed to the foundation floor surface, and the support leg penetrates the penetration portion, and a lower end thereof is the foundation floor surface. It is fixed to the fixing part so as to abut against the fixing member. In this way, because the support legs abut on the foundation floor surface, even if the foundation floor surface is uneven or inclined (uneven), the load on the floor can be directly applied to the foundation floor surface from the support legs. Therefore, unlike the conventional technique, there is no possibility that the support leg is lowered.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the embodiments of this inventions embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
Figure 1 through 4 show a first embodiment of the present onset bright is applied to the floor structure of the root diameter in Type. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a basic floor surface, and 2 denotes a floor material forming a floor. Reference numeral 3 denotes a base floor surface 1 for forming a housing space S for wiring and piping materials under the floor, and supports the floor material 2 at a predetermined height via a joist member 4 and a receiving member 5. It is a support leg to do. Reference numeral 6 denotes an attachment member for attaching the support leg 3 to the foundation floor surface 1.
[0011]
Here, the joist 4 is made of, for example, a mold obtained by extruding an aluminum alloy, and a main body 4a having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a mold that extends vertically upward from the main body 4a. The first protrusions 4b and 4b on which the flooring materials 2 and 2 are respectively placed and the both sides of the main body part 4a protrude laterally, and are approximately L in cross section. It is comprised from the 2nd protrusion part 4c, 4c which consists of character shape. The main body 4a of the joist 4 is formed with an engagement recess 4e that engages with an engagement protrusion 5a (described later) of the receiving member 5 in the longitudinal direction of the mold material inside the side pieces 4d and 4d. ing. Further, the main body 4a of the joist 4 has a long hole 4g at an appropriate portion in the longitudinal direction at a portion sandwiched between the first protrusions 4b and 4b provided on the upper piece 4f. 4g is drilled.
[0012]
The receiving member 5 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape that is inserted from below the joist member 4 and extends long along the longitudinal direction of the joist member 4 so as to fit inside the main body 4a. Then, elastic pieces 5b and 5b are formed at the four corners of the receiving member 5 so as to be bent from the upper portion and extend downward, and the elastic pieces 5b are outwardly connected to the engaging recesses 4e of the joist member 4 and Engagement protrusions 5a that are engaged and prevented from coming off are formed. Then, the elastic pieces 5b and 5b are bent inward against the elastic force, so that the engagement between the engagement protrusion 5a and the engagement recess 4e is released, and the receiving member 5 is replaced with the joist 4 Can be removed from. Two protrusions 5c and 5c are formed on the upper surface of the receiving member 5 so as to be aligned along the longitudinal direction thereof. By fitting into both end portions of the long hole 4g of the joist member 4, the length of the joist member 4 is increased. The receiving member 5 is positioned with respect to the direction. Further, a nut 5d is inserted inside the center of the receiving member 5 so that the screw hole 5e of the nut 5d faces in the vertical direction, and the screw hole 5e of the nut 5d is Opened on the bottom.
[0013]
The support leg 3 is formed, for example, in a columnar shape, and is composed of a bolt member having a screw 3a screwed around the entire periphery thereof, and a negative-shaped groove 3b for turning the support leg is formed at the upper end. . The upper portion of the support leg 3 is screwed into the screw hole 5e of the nut 5d of the receiving member 5, and when the receiving member 5 is assembled to the joist member 4, the upper end of the support leg 3 is the joist member 4. The long hole 4g is penetrated.
[0014]
The attachment member 6 is integrally formed by, for example, drawing a rolled steel plate or the like, with a fixing portion 6a fixed to the foundation floor surface 1 and a holding cylinder 6b as a fixing portion to which the support leg 3 is fixed. ing. The adhering portion 6a is formed in a substantially rectangular shape and a flat plate shape, and a step portion 6c protruding in a ring shape concentrically with the center is formed on the upper surface of the adhering portion 6a. It is a concave groove 6d. A plurality of holes 6e and 6e are formed in the stepped portion 6c of the fixing portion 6a. Further, holes 6f and 6e are formed on the outside of the stepped portion 6c at positions corresponding to the four corners of the fixing portion 6a. 6f is drilled. On the other hand, the holding cylinder 6b is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to protrude upward from the center of the fixing portion 6a. The cylindrical hole 6g of the holding cylinder 6b is opened upward so that the support leg 3 is inserted into the holding cylinder 6b from above. Furthermore, the cylindrical hole 6g of the holding cylinder 6b is also opened downward, and at least the lower end 3c of the support leg 3 is at a position where the lower end 3c protrudes below the height of the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a. The penetrating portion penetrates relatively movably up to a position coincident with the height of the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the lower end 3c of the support leg 3 is lower surface of the fixing portion 6a from a position where the lower end 3c protrudes below the height of the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a in the cylindrical hole 6g of the holding cylinder 6b. It is relatively movable up to a position where it is drawn upward from the height of 6h. In the vicinity of the upper end of the holding cylinder 6b, a hole 6i is formed so as to penetrate from the outer periphery to the inside, and a welding nut 7 is provided concentrically with the hole 6i on the outer peripheral side of the holding cylinder 6b. The female thread portion 7a of the nut 7 is welded and attached so as to penetrate in the direction intersecting the axial direction of the cylindrical hole 6g of the holding cylinder 6b. Further, a set screw 8 is provided that is screwed into the female thread portion 7a of the welding nut 7 so that the tip can come into contact with the support leg 3 inserted into the cylindrical hole 6g of the holding cylinder 6b.
[0015]
Next, the attachment method which attaches this support leg 3 to the foundation floor 1 via the attachment member 6 is demonstrated in detail. First, the support leg 3 is passed through the cylindrical hole 6g of the attachment member 6 so that the lower end 3c protrudes below the height of the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a. At this time, if the set screw 8 is tightened, the tip of the set screw 8 comes into contact with the peripheral surface of the support leg 3, and the mounting member 6 is held by the support leg 3 in this state. And this support leg 3 is assembled | attached to the predetermined location of multiple joists 4 via the receiving member 5 (refer FIG. 3). Then, the support leg 3 is made to stand on the foundation floor surface 1 in accordance with a reference line marked on the foundation floor surface 1. Further, the support leg 3 is finally adjusted to a required position so that the flooring materials 2 and 2 can be accurately placed on the joist material 4, and the leveling of the joist material 4 is performed. Here, the leveling of the joist member 4, that is, the adjustment of the joist member 4 in the vertical direction, is performed by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver into the groove 3b at the upper end of the support leg 3 passing through the long hole 4g of the joist member 4. This is done by rotating the leg 3. Thus, the support leg 3 is erected at a required position on the foundation floor surface 1, and then the adhesive Z is applied to the lower surface 6 h of the fixing portion 6 a of the attachment member 6 or the foundation floor surface 1. Then, the set screw 8 is loosened, the mounting member 6 is lowered, and the fixing portion 6a of the mounting member 6 is fixed to the foundation floor surface 1 with the adhesive Z. Thereafter, the set screw 8 is tightened to fix the support leg 3 to the mounting member 6 (see FIGS. 1 and 5). Thus, the support leg 3 is attached to the foundation floor 1 via the attachment member 6.
[0016]
When standing the supporting Jiashi 3 underlying floor surface 1, as best shown in FIG. 1, the basic floor 1, irregularities and slope even (not land) is, the lower end 3c of the support leg 3 fixed portion 6a The support legs 3 can be brought into contact with the foundation floor 1 by projecting downward from the height of the lower surface 6h of the base. Therefore, since the load W of the object (not shown) on the floor acts directly on the foundation floor 1 from the support leg 3, unlike the conventional technique, there is no possibility that the support leg 3 is lowered. The joist 4 and the flooring 2 and 2 do not sink. Furthermore, when the foundation floor surface 1 is uneven or inclined (uneven), particularly when there is an inclination, in the conventional technology, only a part of the mounting member (pedestal) comes into contact with the foundation floor surface. Yes (see FIG. 8), it is difficult to stand the support leg. However, in the present invention, the lower end 3c of the support leg 3 abuts against the foundation floor 1 in addition to the mounting member 6. Is easy to stand (see FIG. 1). When the fixing portion 6a of the mounting member 6 is fixed to the foundation floor 1 using the adhesive Z, the support leg 3 is placed in the cylindrical hole 6g of the mounting member 6, and the lower end 3c thereof is the fixing portion 6a of the mounting member 6. The support leg 3 is made to stand below the height of the lower surface 6h, and the support leg 3 is made to stand on the foundation floor surface 1, so that the deviation of the position of the support leg 3 due to errors in construction, tolerance of each member, etc. By adjusting the position for correction, the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a of the mounting member 6 or the base floor is maintained while the support leg 3 is standing on the base floor surface 1 and further after the position of the support leg 3 is adjusted. Adhesive Z can be applied to surface 1. Thereafter, when the mounting member 6 is lowered, the fixing portion 6a of the mounting member 6 is fixed to the foundation floor surface 1 by the applied adhesive Z. At this time, the unevenness and the inclination (unevenness) of the foundation floor surface 1 are applied. Absorbed by adhesive Z. Therefore, unlike the prior art described above, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the support leg 3 after the adhesive is applied until the adhesive is cured. In addition, when the base line 1 is matched with the reference line marked on the foundation floor 1 at the time of construction, the lower end 3c of the support leg 3 is penetrated so as to protrude downward from the height of the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a. Since the lower end 3c can be aligned with the reference line, the alignment becomes easy.
[0017]
Further, since the holding cylinder 6b as the fixing portion is provided with the cylinder hole 6g as the penetration portion, it is not necessary to separately provide the penetration portion, and the structure is simplified. Further, the support leg 3 inserted into the holding cylinder 6 b is pressed against the tip of the set screw 8 by tightening the set screw 8, and is firmly fixed to the mounting member 6.
[0018]
Figure 5 shows a second embodiment according to the present onset bright free access type of the floor structure. In this free access type, the floor material like the joist type is not arranged along the joist material, but the corner portion of the floor material is supported in a point manner. In the second embodiment, a placement member 12 on which the corner portion of the flooring 11 is placed is used instead of the joist 4 in the first embodiment. The mounting member 12 is formed in a disk shape, for example, and a screw hole 5e is formed in the center thereof. Moreover, the support leg 3 and the attachment member 6 are the same as that of 1st embodiment. And the receiving member 5 in 1st embodiment is not used, but the support leg 3 is directly screwed in the screw hole 12a of the mounting member 12. FIG. Thus, also in the free access type, the support leg 3 and the attachment member 6 similar to the joist type can be used, and they are attached in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and have the same operational effects.
[0019]
In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to embodiment mentioned above, A various other change is possible. For example, even if an adhesive is not used to fix the mounting member 6 to the foundation floor surface 1, the holes 6 f and 6 f drilled in the fixing portion 6 a of the mounting member 6 are used for screwing or nailing. It may be fixed to the foundation floor 1. Needless to say, the adhesive may be fixed to the foundation floor 1 by using an adhesive and screwing together. Further, an adhesive may be used to fix the support leg 3 to the mounting member 6 without using the set screw 8. Furthermore, when the support leg 3 is fixed to the mounting member 6, if there is no backlash between the support leg 3 and the cylindrical hole 6 g of the holding cylinder 6 b of the mounting member 6, the support leg 3 is fixed to the cylinder of the holding cylinder 6 b. The support leg 3 is fixed so as not to move back and forth and left and right simply by being inserted into the hole 6g. Further, the support leg 3 has the screw hole 5e of the receiving member 5 in the first embodiment or the screw hole of the mounting member 12 in the second embodiment, even if the screw 3a is not screwed around the entire circumference. A screw may be screwed only in the upper part screwed to 12a. Further, when the support leg 3 is made to stand on the foundation floor surface 1, the set screw 8 is tightened so that the lower end 3 c of the support leg 3 protrudes below the height of the lower surface 6 h of the fixing portion 6 a of the mounting member 6. Even if the set screw 8 is not tightened, the adhesive is applied to the lower surface 6h of the fixing portion 6a of the mounting member 6 or the foundation floor 1 so that only the mounting member 6 is lifted by hand. May be.
[0020]
