【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図4に示す取付構造では、ライン行程はダクト取付け、天井取付け及びグリル取付けと3つもあり、作業性が悪く、また、ダクトと成形天井を独立させてリンフォースに組付けているため、ダクトの穴と成形天井の穴との合わせの精度が出ないという不具合があった。また、図5に示す取付構造では、ダクトの重量を成形天井のみで支えるため、成形天井が部品運搬時に折れ曲がったり車体取付時に垂れ下がったりする可能性があり、好ましくない。
本発明は、かかる状況に鑑みてなされたものであり、組付けが容易でかつ製品品質の向上が可能なダクトの取付構造を提供することを目的とする。

本発明に係るダクトの取付構造は、かかる課題を解決するためになされたものであり、ルーフパネルへの取付部を有するダクトを成形天井の裏面に固定したのちに、該成形天井及びダクトに設けた開口部にグリルを装着し、上記ダクトを接着した成形天井を上記ダクトの取付部を介してルーフパネルに取付けており、上記ダクトの取付部は、上記ダクトに取付けたブラケットであり、上記ブラケットが上記ダクトと交差することにより上記成形天井を補強している。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るダクトの取付構造の実施の形態について図面に基づいて説明する。本発明の一実施形態に係るダクトの取付構造は、図1に示す四輪自動車に適用したものであり、より詳細には、オーバーヘッド型リヤエアコンのクーリングユニット(図示省略)に接続したダクト40に対するものである。

本発明に係るダクトの取付構造は、ルーフパネルへの取付部を有するダクトを成形天井の裏面に固定したのちに、該成形天井及びダクトに設けた開口部にグリルを装着し、上記ダクトを接着した成形天井を上記ダクトの取付部を介してルーフパネルに取付けたことを特徴とするので、ルーフパネルへの取付を一度に行うことにより、行程および部品点数を削減することができ、また、グリルの組付け精度も向上させることができる。
