【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor joint structure that is joined by actual joining.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a type in which seam portions of floor materials laid adjacent to each other are so-called actual joints, and the males are fixed to a floor base material by nailing (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-4-36042 (first page, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the floor material joining structure of Patent Document 1, since the end surfaces of the male part and the female part are vertical and are butt-joined to each other, when dust enters the abutting part, the seam part is used to bite the dust. It was easy for gaps to occur. In addition, the male part was fixed to the floor base material with a nail, but the nail is driven at an angle, so if the angle of inclination is too slow, the nail head will tilt more than 45 degrees and the nail head will There was a problem that a convex part was formed on the flooring surface. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4 of the present application, a floor material joining structure in which a groove 11 that hides the nail head is formed on the top surface of the male fruit 2 is conceivable. In this case, however, the driving inclination angle of the nail 9 is stabilized. Therefore, the nail 9 was easily driven in a state of being inclined at 45 degrees or more, and the fixing strength of the flooring 1 to the floor base material 10 was likely to vary. The present invention provides a floor material joining structure in which a gap is unlikely to be generated in a joint portion of floor materials joined by actual joint, and can be easily driven while maintaining a driving inclination angle of a nail for fixing a male solid portion to 45 or more. The issue is to provide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means. That is, the invention according to claim 1 is a floor material joint structure in which a male and a female that fit each other are provided on opposite end surfaces of a floor material that is laid adjacent to each other. When the male fruit and the female fruit are jointed, the upper end face of the female fruit is the downward inclined surface that is an upward slope toward the floor surface. The downward angle of the inclined surface is smaller than the angle of inclination of the upwardly inclined surface so that the upper edge of the upwardly inclined surface and the upper edge of the downwardly inclined surface are pressed against each other . A floor is formed so that a gap is formed, and a V-shaped groove communicating with the triangular gap is formed by the upward inclined surface and the male root root inclined surface formed at the upper root of the male fruit. It is a material joint structure. With such a configuration, when the male and female are jointed, the upper edge of the upward inclined surface and the upper edge of the downward inclined surface are in pressure contact with each other. The error is absorbed well, and a gap is hardly generated at the joint portion, and even if dust or the like is adhered between the upward inclined surface and the downward inclined surface, a clearance due to the bite of the dust is hardly generated.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the invention, the flooring joint structure according to claim 1, wherein a flooring joint structure in which the inclination angle of the male real root portion inclined surfaces that form a V-shaped groove than approximately 45 degrees. With such a configuration, when the male root is fixed to the floor base material with a nail, it becomes easy to drive the nail at an inclination angle of 45 degrees or more using the male root root inclined surface as a guide. Since the nail head is housed in the V-shaped groove, a convex portion is hardly generated on the floor material surface. In addition, the fixing strength to the male floor base material is also stabilized.
[0007]
A third aspect of the present invention is the flooring joint structure according to the second aspect, wherein the upward inclined surface has an inclination angle of about 65 degrees. With such a configuration, the angle of the V-shaped groove is 70 degrees, the allowable inclination angle of nail driving is in the range of 45 degrees to 115 degrees, and the nail driving inclination angle is maintained at 45 degrees or more. Nailing operation is simplified.
[0008]
The invention according to claim 4 is the flooring joint structure according to claim 1, wherein the male lower end of the male fruit is in a substantially vertical plane and is slightly more distal than the upper root of the male. It is a flooring joint structure located close to the surface. With such a configuration, the insertion amount of the male and female seeds is reduced, facilitating the joint joining work, and the strength of the male seeds is improved compared to the case where the root parts of the males are aligned vertically. To do.
[0009]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 5 is the flooring joint structure according to claim 4, wherein when the male and female seeds are jointed, the lower side of the male fruit faces the lower side of the female fruit. It is the floor material junction structure made to do. With such a configuration, even if the floor material absorbs and expands and the joints press against each other, and the downward inclined surface tries to slide up the inclined surface, the substantially lower vertical male end Since the surface and the female bottom lower end face immediately contact each other, the seam portion is difficult to rise.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a flooring according to the flooring joint structure of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged sectional view showing a joining state of the flooring, and FIG. 3 shows a joining end of the flooring. It is a partial expansion exploded side view. As shown in FIG. 1, the flooring 1 is formed with male seeds 2 and female seeds 3 on the joint end faces on both sides thereof. The upper end face of the male fruit 2 is formed with an upward inclined surface 4 that is downwardly inclined toward the distal end surface 22 of the male fruit 2, and the downward inclined surface 5 opposite to the upward inclined surface 4 is the upper surface of the female fruit 3. The downward inclined surface 5 is formed on the end of the tree and is inclined upward toward the floor surface. Reference numeral 7 denotes a male lower lower end, and 8 denotes a female lower lower end. The male lower lower end 7 and the female lower lower end 8 are vertical surfaces. 9 is a nail, 10 is a floor base material, and 12 is a chamfer.
[0011]
In the embodiment, the inclination angle α of the upward inclined surface 4 of the male 2 is 65 degrees, the inclination angle γ of the male root inclined face 21 is 45 degrees, and the angle of the V-shaped groove 6 is 70 degrees. Therefore, the allowable inclination angle for driving the nail 9 is in a range from 45 degrees to 115 degrees, and the nail driving operation with the nail driving inclination angle maintained at 45 degrees or more is simplified. In addition, the inclination angle β of the downward inclined surface 5 of the female fruit 3 is 60 degrees, which is smaller than the inclination angle 65 degrees of the upward inclined surface 4. In FIG. 3, A is 6 mm, B is 7 mm, C is 3 mm, D is 3.5 mm, E is 4.1 mm, F is 4 mm, G is 5 mm, H is 5.2 mm, depth J of the V-shaped groove 6 Is 1 mm, and the thickness T of the flooring 2 is 12 mm.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, when the flooring 1 is laid on the floor base material 10, the nail 9 is at the bottom of the V-shaped groove 6 along the inclination angle 45 degrees of the male root inclined surface 21 at an inclination angle of 45 degrees. To the floor base material 10. The upper edge of the downward inclined surface 5 on the female fruit 3 side is in pressure contact with the upper edge of the upward inclined surface 4 on the male fruit 2 side, and a triangular gap S is formed below the upper edge. The gap S communicates with the V-shaped groove 6. Even when dust or the like is present in the triangular gap S, there is no gap on the joint surface. A V-groove joint composed of chamfered portions 12 and 12 is formed in the joint portion. Even if the V-groove joint is slightly opened, the upward inclined surface 4 exists, so that the depth of the V-groove joint is not so large and is not a concern. The front end surface 22 of the male fruit 2 has a slight gap with respect to the bottom of the female fruit 3, and similarly, a slight gap is generated between the male fruit lower end face 7 and the female fruit lower end face 8. Yes. When the flooring materials 1 and 1 are expanded by the moisture absorption effect, the male lower bottom face 7 and the female lower bottom face 8 immediately come into contact with each other. Simply sliding up does not cause the seam portion to rise extremely.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the invention described in claim 1, the upper end surface of the male fruit 2 is the upward inclined surface 4 that is inclined downward toward the male body 2, and the upper end surface of the female fruit 3 is directed to the floor surface. When the male fruit 2 and the female fruit 3 are joint-joined, the upper edge portion of the upward inclined surface 4 and the upper edge portion of the downward inclined surface 5 are in pressure contact with each other. Thus, the inclination angle β of the downward inclined surface 5 is made smaller than the inclination angle α of the upward inclined surface 4 so that a triangular gap S is formed below the same pressure contact portion. Since the V-shaped groove 6 that communicates with the triangular gap S is formed by the male base root inclined surface 21 formed at the upper base section of No. 2, when the male seed 2 and the female seed 3 are joined by actual joining Since the upper edge of the upward inclined surface 4 and the upper edge of the downward inclined surface 5 are in pressure contact with each other, the actual joint of the flooring 1 The dimensional error of the joint portion is well absorbed and a gap is not easily formed on the surface of the joint portion. Even if dust or the like is adhered between the upward inclined surface 4 and the downward inclined surface 5, the clearance due to the dust biting Is unlikely to occur.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the invention, wherein the flooring joint structure in claim 1, since the inclination angle γ of the V-shaped groove 6 you formed male real root portion inclined surface 21 above substantially 45 degrees, Omi root When the portion is fixed to the floor base material 10 with the nail 9, it becomes easy to drive the nail 9 at an inclination angle of 45 degrees or more using the male root inclined surface 21 as a guide, and therefore, the inclination of the nail head becomes 45 degrees or more. However, since the nail head is accommodated in the V-shaped groove 6, the convex portion is hardly generated on the floor material surface. In addition, the fixing strength to the male floor base material is also stabilized.
[0015]
In the invention according to claim 3, in the flooring joint structure according to claim 2, since the inclination angle α of the upward inclined surface 4 is set to approximately 65 degrees, the angle of the V-shaped groove 6 becomes 70 degrees, The allowable driving inclination angle is in a range from 45 degrees to 115 degrees, and the nail driving operation in a state where the driving inclination angle of the nail is maintained at 45 degrees or more is simplified.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 4 is the flooring joint structure according to claim 1, wherein the lower bottom end 7 of the male 2 is in a substantially vertical plane and is slightly higher than the upper root of the male 2. Since it is positioned closer to the male end face 22, the insertion amount of the male 2 into the female 3 is reduced, and the joint joining operation is facilitated, and the root of the male 2 is aligned vertically. In comparison, the strength of the male fruit 2 is improved.
[0017]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 5 is the floor material joint structure according to claim 4, wherein when the male fruit 2 and the female fruit 3 are jointed to each other, the male lower lower lip face 7 is changed to the female lower lower lip. Even if the flooring materials 1 and 1 are hygroscopically expanded and their seams are pressed against each other and the upwardly inclined surface 4 is caused to slide down the downwardly inclined surface 5, the substantially vertical surface is obtained. The male lower side lip face 7 and the female lower side lip face 8 immediately come into contact with each other, so that the joint portion is difficult to rise.
