Description

【0001】

【0048】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a housing applied to, for example, a small device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in this type of small device, from the viewpoint of weight, cost, design, and the like, a resin (mold) housing has been mainstream instead of a sheet metal housing.
Small equipment has a structure that can be disassembled for repair and maintenance purposes. Screws are used for the assembly parts.
27 and 28 show a first conventional example.
The housing 1 includes an upper cover 2 in which wall bodies 4 are erected on three sides of a rectangular substrate 3, and four circular bosses 5 are erected on the substrate 3, and a rectangular substrate in the same manner as the upper cover 2. 7, the wall body 8 is erected on the three sides, the lower cover 6 provided with a seat 9 with a hole for receiving the circular boss 5 on the substrate 7, and the lower boss 6 is screwed into the circular boss 5 via the seat 9 from the lower surface side. It is comprised with the screw 10 made.
[0003]
In this example, the upper cover 2 and the lower cover 6 are fixed by screws 10.
29 and 30 show a second conventional example.
In this example, the circular bosses 5 and 5 and the seats 9 and 9 on the front side or the back side of the housing 1 in the first conventional example are replaced with claws 14 and 14 and claw receptacles 15 and 15.
[0004]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 30, the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 are provided with claws 14 and 14 provided on the front side or the back side (front side in this example) of the case 11 when the case 11 is assembled. The upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 are fixed by engaging the claw receivers 15 and 15 and screwing them at the remaining two locations in the same manner as the housing 1.
[0005]
31 and 32 show a third conventional example.
In this example, as in the second conventional example, the upper cover 17 and the lower cover 18 are fixed by engaging the claws 19, 19 with the claw receivers 20, 20 and screwing the screws 9 to the circular boss 5. Yes.
In this example, the claws 19 and 19 are longer than in the second conventional example, and the claw receivers 20 and 20 are formed by holes provided in the substrate 21 of the lower cover 18.
[0006]
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 32, the upper cover 17 and the lower cover 18 are provided with claws 19 and 19 provided on the front side or the back side (the front side in this example) of the case 16 when the case 16 is assembled. Further, the claw receiver 76 forms a chamfered portion 76 a at the bottom portion facing the claw 83.
The claw receiver 77 is not provided with a stopper (similar to the claw receiver 57 in the second embodiment).
As with the upper cover 83, the lower cover 80 has wall bodies 82a, 82b, and 82c provided upright on three sides of the rectangular substrate 81, and the claws 83, 83, and a molded product provided with claws 84 and 84 into which the claw receptacles 77 provided on the remaining wall 82b are fitted.
[0041]
Here, on the lower cover 80, a stopper 82d made of a wall body having a smaller amount of protrusion than the wall body 82 is similarly erected on one side facing the wall body 82b provided with the two claws 84 and 84.
The claws 83 and 84 protrude toward the outside of the wall bodies 82a, 82b, and 82c.
[0042]
Further, as shown in FIG. 23, each of the two claws 83, 83 provided on the opposing wall bodies 82a, 82c is connected to a stopper 85 for locking the locking member 86 on the wall body 82b side.
In addition, a pair of positioning projections 86 and 86 having a protruding amount equivalent to the above-described stopper 82d are provided upright on the substrate 81 at a position facing the claw receiver 76.
[0043]
Further, as shown in FIG. 23, the claw 83 provided on each of the opposing wall bodies 82a and 82c has a taper or an inclined surface that slides the chamfered portion 76a of the claw receptacle 76 when the upper cover 73 and the lower cover 80 are assembled. It is formed on the head 83a.
The claw 84 has neither a taper nor an inclined surface on the head (similar to the claw 64 in the second embodiment).
[0044]
The locking member 87 is made of a resin plate, and is provided with a base 88 and a locking projection 90 on the side, an end 88a side of the locking projection 90 is inclined, and the opposite sides of the base 88 are not inclined. And a pair of locking pieces 89 that can be bent toward the base portion 88 side.
A connecting portion 91 having a predetermined length is provided between the base 88 and the locking piece 89 so that the locking piece 89 can bend toward the base 88 side. Therefore, a space 92 with a predetermined interval is formed between the base 88 and the locking piece 89, and the locking piece 89 is bent to the base 88 side at the connecting portion 91 and the base of the locking piece 89. The function which can become a spring part at the time can be provided. Further, even if the locking piece 89 is bent too much, the locking piece 88 is prevented from being broken by hitting the base 88.
[0045]
Next, assembly of the housing 70 according to the present embodiment will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 21, before assembling the upper cover 73 and the lower cover 80, an inner mounted product (for example, a small size such as MO, CD, CDR, CDRW, DVD, etc.) that is slightly narrower than the lower cover 80. Electronic component) 72 is placed.
Next, the claw receptacles 77, 77 provided on one side of the wall portion 75 b of the upper cover 73 are fitted into the claws 84, 84 provided on one side of the side wall 82 b of the lower cover 80.
[0046]
Next, the upper cover 73 is pressed against the lower cover 80. At this time, when the head 83a of the claw 83 moves while being bent inward along the inclined surface of the chamfered portion 76a of the claw receiver 76 and the claw receiver 76 passes through the head 83a, as shown in FIG. Is inserted into the nail support 76 with a restoring force.
Next, the spring property of the locking piece 89 and the locking protrusion 90 are pressed by pushing the opposite face of the end 88 a of the locking member 87 into the gaps 93, 93 between the internal mounting product 72 and the claw receiver 76 and claw 83. With the inclination, the base 88 is moved until the end 88a of the base 88 abuts against the stopper 85. Even when the locking protrusions 90 provided on the pair of locking pieces 89 come into contact with the stopper 75d of the upper cover 73 and the stopper 82d of the lower cover 80 during the movement of the locking member 87, the locking member 87 slides with springiness. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 26A, the locking projection 90 is reliably positioned between the pair of positioning projections 79, 79 of the upper cover 73 and between the pair of positioning projections 86, 86 of the lower cover 80. be able to.
[0047]
The casing 70 according to the present embodiment configured as described above can also exhibit the same effects as the casing 50 according to the second embodiment.
In particular, in the housing 70 according to the present embodiment, the assembly of the housing 70 and the engagement between the claw 83 and the claw receiver 76 are completed by inserting the locking member 87. Obtainable.
[0048]
Further, the impact is applied to the upper cover 73 in the direction of the opening 71 due to the impact, the locking member 87 moves toward the opening 71, and the locking protrusions 90 of the pair of locking pieces 89 are paired with the pair of positioning protrusions 86. Even if the cover has passed through, the upper cover 73 and the lower cover 80 are further provided with the stoppers 75d and 82d, so that the movement of the locking member 87 can be reliably prevented as shown in FIG.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the two-divided housing portion is assembled by the claw, the claw receiver and the locking member without using a screw, no tools are required for assembly and disassembly.
Further, since the engagement between the claw and the claw holder is firmly held by the locking member, it is not easily disassembled even by an impact such as dropping.
Further, since a screw and a circular boss for screwing are not required, there is no dead space, and a small and lightweight casing can be obtained.
