【発明の属する技術分野】
本願発明は情報記憶媒体を収納した情報記憶媒体収納体及びその綴り体に関し、更に詳細には、薄板型情報記憶媒体を収納した情報記憶媒体収納体及びその綴り体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来よりFD、CD等に代表される薄板型情報記憶媒体を収納する場合、例えばCD収納用凹部を有する本体と、この本体に開閉可能に連結された蓋体とからなる透明なプラスチックケースが一般に用いられている。しかしながら、CD等は、近年、パンフレットと共に頒布、販売されたり、月刊誌、週刊誌等に添付されて店頭に陳列しつつ頒布、販売されたりする等、その流通形態が種々の分野に拡大されつつある。そのため、従来のプラスチックケースでは、例えばCDをパンフレットと共に頒布するような場合には、ケースがかさばって取り扱いが面倒になり、また、CDを月刊誌、週刊誌等に添付する場合には、従来の製本ラインとは別に、ケースを本に貼着するための特別な工程が必要となり、製本工程が複雑化し、コストが上昇するという課題が生じ、しかもプラスチックケース自体の厚みで本自体がかさばるという課題があった。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】

そこで、これらの課題を解決するために、出願人は平成7年特許願第145661号や平成8年特許願第177885号で新たな情報記憶媒体収納体を提案した。しかしながら、これらの情報記憶媒体収納体には冊子体を添付できないという課題があった。すなわち、これらの情報記憶媒体収納体は、情報記憶媒体を収納する情報記憶媒体収納部は設けてあり、情報記憶媒体以外に葉書等の極めて薄い紙葉を収納することが可能であるが、ある程度の厚みを有する冊子体等を収納することは困難という課題を有していた。この課題は情報記憶媒体に記憶される情報によっては特に重要で、すなわち、情報記憶媒体を操作する際に片手で簡単に持つことの可能な冊子体があると使用者にとって極めて便利という効果を有している。

しかしながら、情報記憶媒体収納体をパンフレット形態で流通させる場合には冊子体を添付するには、パンフレット形態の情報記憶媒体収納体をビニール袋等の袋体に収納すると同時に冊子体を袋体に収納するか、貼着するという方法を採用することとなり、その場合はコストの向上、外観の劣悪化、全体の厚みの不均一による輸送安定性の低下という課題を有していた。

また、情報記憶媒体収納体をパンフレット形態で流通させる場合に、パンフレットの頁の一部を折り返すことで袋部分を形成し、そこに冊子体を収納するという方法があるが、その場合も、外観の劣悪化という課題については若干の向上があるが、コストの向上、全体の厚みの不均一による輸送安定性の低下という課題は解決されないままであった。

尚、平成8年特許願第177885号の図7(ロ)に、パンフレット形態の情報記憶媒体収納体に、ほぼパンフレットと同じ大きさの冊子体を貼着して綴り体とする実施の形態を記載しているが、この場合の冊子体は大きさが大きいため、情報記憶媒体を操作する際に片手で簡単に持つことの可能な冊子体を添付するという課題は解決されていない。

同様に、情報記憶媒体収納体を綴り体として流通させる場合において、情報記憶媒体を操作する際に片手で簡単に持つことの可能な冊子体を添付するためには、ブックインブックと一般に言われる冊子添付方法が採用されることとなるが、その場合は何れの公知技術を用いても、情報記憶媒体収納体を綴る以外に、独立して冊子体を綴ることとなり、コストの向上という課題を有していた。更に、外観の劣悪化、全体の厚みの不均一による輸送安定性の低下という課題を有していた。

本願発明はかかる課題に鑑みなされたものであって、本願発明の課題となるところは、使用者が情報記憶媒体を操作する際に片手で簡単に持つことの可能な冊子体を添付するとともに、コストの向上、外観の劣悪化、全体の厚みの不均一による輸送安定性の低下という課題を解決した情報記憶媒体収納体及びその綴り体を提供することにある。
【課題を解決するための手段】

前記課題を解決するために、本願発明の請求項1では、情報記憶媒体を収納した情報記憶媒体収納体において、表シートと、裏シートと、前記表シートと裏シートの間に位置し、情報記憶媒体を収納した情報記憶媒体収納部を有する情報記憶媒体収納板と、前記表シートと裏シートの間に位置し、冊子体を収納した冊子体収納部を有する冊子体収納板とを有し、前記情報記憶媒体収納板と積層される表シート又は裏シートには、情報記憶媒体取出用切込線が設けられ、該情報記憶媒体取出用切込線を切断又は破断することで該表シート又は裏シート側より情報記憶媒体を取り出し可能であると共に、前記冊子体収納板と積層される表シート又は裏シートには、冊子体取出用切込線が設けられ、該冊子体取出用切込線を切断又は破断することで該表シート又は裏シート側より冊子体を取り出し可能であることを特徴としている。

ここで、情報記憶媒体とは、薄板状の情報記憶媒体であれば例えばFD(フレキシブルディスク)、MO等でも良いが、主に薄板円盤状情報記憶媒体であることが多く、例えばCD等に含まれる音楽CD、CD-ROM、CD-G、CD-I、CDV、フォトCD、カラオケCD、ビデオCD、CD-IDV、LD、DVD等がある。

以下、本願発明の実施の形態を図面に従って説明する。

裏シート5には冊子体用開口部19と冊子体取出用切込線20が設けられており、冊子体用開口部19を通じて収納された冊子体を確認することができ、冊子体取出用切込線20を破断することで裏シート側より冊子体7を取り出すことができる。本実施の形態では冊子体用開口部19は三角形を採用しているがこれに限定する必要は無く、例えば円、楕円、四角等任意の形状を採用可能であり、また、冊子体用開口部19自体を設け無くても良い。本実施の形態では冊子体取出用切込線20としてミシン目を採用しているがこれに限定する必要は無く、例えば、印刷を行なうだけとしても良い。本実施の形態では冊子体取出用切込線20に鉤状を採用しているがこれに限定する必要は無く、例えば、楕円、四角、三角等任意の形状を採用可能である。また、冊子体収納部16の形状に凸突起を採用した場合には、表シート2と同様に凸突起を設けても良い。

本実施の形態において、切断線10、切断線15、切断線18は情報記憶媒体収納体1を後述する綴り体に綴った場合に、綴り体を開き易くするために必要な切断線であり、情報記憶媒体収納体1をパンフレット状で流通させる場合等には必ずしも必要なものではない。切断線10、切断線15、切断線18は情報記憶媒体収納体1を積層・貼着後に切り込み加工を施すことで一度に形成され、その際は裏シート5は切断されず、綴り体とした場合の背部分と連接した状態を維持することとなる。

ここで、表シート2及び裏シート5の材料としては、紙、薄板状プラスチックがあり、破断可能な加工が施せるものであれば何れの材料でも良いが、主に板紙が採用されている。その板紙の重量は1メートル平方当たり160gから600gの間が使用可能であるが、好ましくは270gから450gの間が良い。これは、情報記憶媒体や冊子体の保護を行なうには270g以下の重量であると薄過ぎ、450g以上であると、厚すぎて通常のオフセット印刷機では印刷が困難で板紙専用印刷機を使用する必要があり生産効率の低下を招くためである。無論、表シート2及び裏シート5の外側面に印刷を施さなくても良いが、通常は収納している情報記憶媒体に関連する情報が印刷されている。尚、後述する情報記憶媒体収納板3及び冊子体収納板4の材料である段ボールを選択しても良い。

またここで、情報記憶媒体収納板3及び冊子体収納板4の材料としては、紙、薄板状プラスチックがあり、打ち抜き加工が施せるものであれば何れの材料でも良いが、主に段ボールが採用されている。段ボールとしてはA段(厚さ約5mm)、B段(厚さ約3mm)、C段(厚さ約4mm)、5号段(厚さ約2.5mm)、E段(厚さ約2mm)、ミニ段(厚さ約1.5mm)等があり、情報記憶媒体及び冊子体の厚さに応じて適当なものが選択可能である。無論、表シート2及び裏シート5と同様に板紙を採用しても良く、その場合は、保護及び印刷の制限が無いため適当な厚さのものを選択して良い。つまり、本実施の形態において、情報記憶媒体収納板3は、情報記憶媒体取出用切込線9を凸突起を有するコの字型として凸突起を押すことで該当ミシン目部分が破断する構成を採用したため、一定の厚さが必要であり、そのため段ボールを材料としたが、別の構成を採用した場合には段ボールを使用して厚さを用意する必然性が無くなるため、情報記憶媒体収納袋6の厚みに対応した板紙を採用しても良い。

本実施の形態において、収納袋12の材料としては、紙、布、プラスチック何れの材料を選択しても良いが、本実施の形態では不織布に透明ビニールを貼着した袋を採用している。これは、情報記憶媒体用開口部8より情報記憶媒体を見せるために透明ビニールが、情報記憶媒体裏面の情報記載面を保護するために不織布が好ましいからであるが、これに限定する必要は無く、紙、布、プラスチックを適宣に組合せて袋状にしても良く、無論、同種の材料同士で袋状としても良い。尚、前述の様に情報記憶媒体収納板3の厚さは情報記憶媒体収納袋6の厚さより十分に厚い場合には、情報記憶媒体収納袋6を表シート2にセロファンテープ等で固定しても良い。

本実施の形態において、冊子体7は印刷が施された通常の紙を綴じたものであって、無線綴じ、中綴じ等公知の綴じ方のものが採用される。ただし、冊子体収納部の内部で冊子体が動くのを防止するためには多少のクッション性のある綴じ方が好ましく、週刊誌等で採用されている中綴じ製本形態が最も好ましい。
