Description

【0001】

【0031】

【Technical field】
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an exterior decorative member that is a curtain or the like constructed on the surface of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 9, it is conventionally known to attach an exterior decorative member 9 to the surface of a building 2. Further, a draining plate 92 is attached to the joint portion 212 of the adjacent outer wall plate 21 so that moisture does not enter the indoor side from the joint portion 212. And the said draining board 92 has covered the upper end surface 91 of the exterior decorative member 9 located in the downward direction. Therefore, it is possible to prevent moisture from penetrating from the upper end surface 91 into the exterior decorative member 9. Therefore, the durability of the exterior decorative member 9 is improved.
The exterior decorative member 9 is attached to the surface 211 of the outer wall plate 21 through a fixture 93 such as a nail.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved]
However, the construction structure of the conventional exterior decorative member 9 has the following problems.
That is, since the draining plate 92 is attached separately from the attachment of the exterior decorative member 9, it takes time for construction. The draining plate 92 is provided in the joint portion 212 of the outer wall plates 21 adjacent to each other, and a slight gap 213 formed between the back surface of the outer wall plate 21 and the draining plate 92 in the joint portion 212. There is a risk that moisture will penetrate more into the room.
In addition, on the design surface of the exterior decorative member 9, the nail head portion 931 of the fixture 93 such as a nail is exposed, so that the appearance design may be impaired.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and provides a method for constructing an exterior decorative member that is easy to construct, has excellent appearance design, and can reliably prevent moisture from entering. It is something to try.
[0005]
[Means for solving problems]
Invention according to claim 1, in the construction method of the outer decorative member made by attaching the construction fittings exterior decorative member relative to buildings, the construction fittings, the main body portion to be fixed to the building and, the main body The exterior decorative member has a support portion for supporting the exterior decorative member, and a draining portion provided above the main body portion and covering the upper end surface of the exterior decorative member. It has a support recess for being supported by the support part on the back surface, the construction fitting is fixed to the building with a fixture, and the upper part of the exterior decorative member is obliquely below the construction fitting, while inserted into the insertion recess of the construction fittings, is rotated to the construction metal side around the upper part of the outer decorative member, the bearing recess is supported to the support portion, and the in the construction fittings The adjacent portion between the cut portion and the body portion is in the construction method of the outer decorative member characterized by applying a sealant to seal the gap between the construction fittings and the building.
[0006]
The most notable aspect of the present invention is that the construction method is such that the construction metal fitting is fixed to the building by a fixture, and the upper part of the exterior decorative member is inclined obliquely below the construction metal fitting. While being inserted into the insertion recess, it is rotated around the upper part of the exterior decorative member toward the construction bracket, and the support recess is supported by the support portion.
[0007]

The said construction metal fitting in this invention has the support part and draining part which were formed from the main-body part. Therefore, the construction bracket can play two roles of attaching the exterior decorative member to the building by the main body portion and the support portion, and covering the upper end surface of the exterior decorative member by the draining portion. That is, the draining part is made integrally with the main body part and the support part. Therefore, the draining part is fixed to the building at the same time by fixing the main body part to the building. Therefore, they can be easily applied to buildings.
[0008]
The exterior decorative member is attached to the building by inserting the upper part of the exterior decorative member into a space formed between the draining part and the main body part, and supporting the supporting concave part on the supporting part. Therefore, the exterior decorative member can be easily attached to the building without using a fixture such as a nail.
In addition, since a fixture such as a nail is not exposed on the design surface of the exterior decorative member, excellent appearance design can be exhibited.
Depending on the shape of the exterior decorative member, there is no structural problem even if the external decorative member is fixed to the outer wall plate, the trunk edge, or the like from the design surface with a fixing tool such as a nail.
[0009]
In addition, a sealing material is applied to an adjacent portion between the draining portion and the main body portion so as to fill a slight gap formed between the construction bracket and the building. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent moisture from entering the indoor side through this gap.
[0010]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a construction structure for an exterior decorative member that is easy to construct, excellent in appearance design, and can reliably prevent moisture from entering.
[0011]
Next, as in a second aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that an adjacent portion between the draining portion and the main body portion has a sealing receiving step portion for applying the sealing material.
[0012]
Thereby, the said sealing material can fully be given to the said sealing receiving step part. Therefore, it is possible to reliably close a slight gap formed between the construction bracket and the building. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent moisture and the like from entering the room.
Since the sealing material is easily deteriorated by sunlight, it is preferable to apply as much as possible. That is, by applying a sufficient amount of the sealing material to the stepped portion, the sealing effect by the sealing material can be maintained for a long period of time.
[0013]
Next, as in the invention described in claim 3, it is preferable that the draining portion has a water return portion formed by folding the draining portion inwardly at a tip portion thereof.
Thereby, it is possible to ensure that moisture such as rainwater does not hit the exterior decorative member. Therefore, the durability of the exterior decorative member can be improved.
[0014]
Next, as in the invention described in claim 4, it is preferable that the construction metal fitting is formed by bending.
Thereby, the said support part and the said draining part can be easily formed from the said main-body part.
[0015]
Next, as in the invention described in claim 5, it is preferable that the support portion is formed by folding back the main body portion.
Thereby, the intensity | strength of the said support part can be enlarged. Therefore, the said exterior decorative member can be reliably attached to a building.
[0016]

Therefore, the construction fitting 3 has two roles of attaching the exterior decorative member 1 to the building 2 by the main body 31 and the support portion 32 and covering the upper end surface 111 of the exterior decorative member 1 by the draining portion 33. Can fulfill.
That is, the draining portion 33 is formed integrally with the main body portion 31 and the support portion 32. Therefore, the draining part 33 is fixed to the building 2 at the same time by fixing the main body part 31 to the building 2. Therefore, they can be easily constructed on the building 2.
[0026]
The exterior decorative member 1 is attached to the building 2 by inserting the upper portion 11 into the insertion recess 34 and supporting the support recess 13 on the support portion 32. Therefore, the exterior decorative member 1 can be easily attached to the building 2 without using a fixture such as a nail.
In addition, since a fixture such as a nail is not exposed on the design surface of the exterior decorative member 1, excellent appearance design can be exhibited.
[0027]
Further, a sealing material 4 is applied to an adjacent portion 310 between the draining portion 33 and the main body portion 31 so as to fill a slight gap 214 formed between the construction fitting 3 and the building 2. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent moisture from entering the indoor side through the gap 214.
[0028]
Embodiment 2
In this example, as shown in FIG. 6, the construction metal fitting 3 has a sealing receiving step 35 for applying the sealing material 4 to the adjacent portion 310 between the draining portion 33 and the main body 31. . In addition, the upper corner portion on the back surface 12 of the exterior decorative member 1 is also formed in a step shape in accordance with the sealing receiving step portion 35. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0029]
In this example, the sealing material 4 can be sufficiently applied to the sealing receiving step 35. Therefore, the gap 214 can be reliably closed. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent moisture and the like from entering the room.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0030]
Embodiment 3
In this example, as shown in FIG. 7, the main body 31 of the construction metal fitting 3 is made long downward, and the construction metal fitting 3 is attached to the building 2 by the fixtures 24 arranged in two rows in the upper and lower directions. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0031]
In this example, the construction fitting 3 can be securely fixed to the building 2. Therefore, for example, when the exterior decorative member 1 is long in the longitudinal direction and heavy in weight, the construction fitting 3 as in this example can be used.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0032]
Embodiment 4
In this example, as shown in FIG. 8, the support portion 32 in the construction metal fitting 3 is made in a state of being bent from the main body portion 31. Further, the draining part 33 does not have the water return part 331. Others are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0033]
In this example, since the shape of the construction fitting 3 is very simple, the construction fitting 3 can be easily manufactured. Therefore, for example, when it is desired to reduce the manufacturing cost of the construction fitting 3 or when the exterior decorative member 1 is short in the longitudinal direction and its weight is small, the construction fitting 3 as in this example can be used.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method for constructing an exterior decorative member that is easy to construct, excellent in appearance design, and can reliably prevent moisture from entering.
