Description
− ほぐれないことを防止し、多孔性を提供する構造を有する、モノフィラメントまたはマルチフィラメントから編まれた生体適合性材料から形成されたフラット部、及び
− フラット部の面に垂直の縦方向の軸、この面に配置された開口部、及びフラット部に平行なフラットベースを有する、このフラット部の一面から突き出た生体適合性材料から形成された中空隆起部
を含む。
a)モノフィラメントまたはマルチフィラメントからなる、熱形成可能な生体適合性材料のニットを形成する工程;及び
b)ニットを打ち抜いて隆起部の形状を形成し、このニットを加熱する工程
を含み、この打ち抜き操作及びこの加熱は、同時的にまたは連続して実施可能である。
− 隆起部が位置するようにまたは適切な切断の後にのいずれかで、前記フラット部を形成可能であるニット部分に切断する工程;及び
− フラット部に形成された切り込みを境界付ける円状の端部に、溶接、接着結合、または縫いつけ等のいずれかの手段によって隆起部を接合する工程
を含む。
− 形成される隆起部の外径よりも大きい直径を有する穴部を含む第一のプレートと、形成される隆起部の内径よりわずかに小さい直径を有するプラグを含む第二のプレートの、熱伝導性材料から形成される二つのプレートの間にニットを配置する工程;
− 第二のプレートのプラグが第一のプレートの穴部に埋め込まれ、それによって前記打ち抜き操作に作用するように、これらの二つのプレートを一体化する工程;及び
− この位置でこれらのプレートを維持し、隆起部を形成するのに必要な期間に亘りそれらを加熱する工程
を含む。

Claims (11)
- ほぐれないことを防止し、多孔性を提供する構造を有して編み込まれた、モノフィラメントまたはマルチフィラメントからなる、生体適合性材料のシート(2,22)、及び一体形のアセンブリーを形成する、このシートの一面から突き出た、生体適合性材料から形成された中空隆起部(3,23)からなる、前方アプローチによってヘルニアを修復するための完全で普遍的なインプラントであって;
シート(2,22)はフラットであり、表面に亘って延びて、鼠蹊管の後方壁をカバーでき、隆起部(3,23)は、シートの幅の中央で、その長さに沿った方向の約3分の1に配置され、前記隆起部(3,23)は、シートに垂直な縦軸を有し、シートの面に配置された開口部(3a)を形成し、且つ開口部の反対側に存在し、フラットでシートに対して平行であるベース(3b)を有するものであり;
前記隆起部(3,23)が円筒状セルの形態で存在し、開口部の反対側に存在するベース(3b)が、セルの直径(d)の値以下である値を有する距離(h)によって開口部から離れており、前記インプラントは、ほぐれることができるオープンメッシュで、0.15mmのポリプロピレンモノフィラメントのニットから形成されることを特徴とするインプラント。 - セルの形態の隆起部(3,23)が、20ミリメートルのオーダーの値を有する直径(d)を有し、その寸法以下である値を有する高さ(h)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 直線状または丸みを帯びた端部を有する全体的に四角形のフラットシート(2,22)が、60ミリメートルのオーダーの幅を有し、120ミリメートルのオーダーの長さを有し、壁の開口部(4,15,18)に導入された後に閉塞を形成する隆起部(2,23)の周縁に、前記壁を強化し、開口部から離れて整列する縫合線(9)によって壁に結合可能であるフラットインプラントを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 後方の解剖学的構造と接触することが企図されるシート(2,22)の面(2a)が、このシートを構成するニットの極め及び/または構造から生ずる粗さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- セルの形状の隆起部(3)が、半剛性をそれに与える極め及び/または構造を有するシート(2)の熱変形によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- セルの形状の隆起部(23)がシート(22)とは独立して形成され、その円状のベース(23c)が、この隆起部の埋め込みの領域においてシート(22)に形成された切り込み(24)の円状端部(24a)に、溶接、接着結合、または縫いつけ(25)することによって接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- シート(22)及び隆起部(23)が、極め及び/または構造の点で異なり、それぞれ粗さまたは柔らかさ、及び半剛性または可撓性を提供するニットから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のインプラント。
- シート(2,22)及び隆起部(3,23)が、殺菌性及び抗炎症性または鎮痛性である物質によって充満していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- シート(2,22)が、局所的に、精索の通過のためのスリット(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- − 一方が形成される隆起部の内部寸法を有するプラグを含み、他方が隆起部の外径を有する開口部を含む、同じ寸法の二つの金属プレートの間でニットを圧縮する工程;
− 二つのプレートを加熱する工程;
− 他方のプレートの開口部に前記プラグを埋め込んで、ニットのフラットな表面に実質的に直角に実質的に円筒状の壁を有する剛性の隆起部をニットに形成し、互いに対する二つのプレートの移動が、前記プラグによって隆起部の形成の間でプレートの間をニット がスライドできるようにする工程
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントの製造方法。 - − 加熱プラグが通過できる一方の金属プレートを通して二つの円筒状の心棒を互いに対面して含む、二つの金属プレートの間にニットを配置する工程;
− このプラグを加熱する工程;
− 他方のプレートの開口部に前記プラグを埋め込んで、ニットのフラットな表面に実質的に直角に実質的に円筒状の壁を有する剛性の隆起部をニットに形成し、互いに対する二つのプレートの移動が、前記プラグによって隆起部の形成の間でプレートの間をニットがスライドできるようにする工程
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントの製造方法。
