Description
少なくとも2個の脊椎骨をお互いの空間的関係で維持する方法には以下の順序を指示するステップも含められる:締結材を締結材用穴58に挿入する。例えば、一実施例では、骨加圧装置40には4個の締結材用穴58(図4−7)が含まれている。第一の端部51の近くの第一の締結材用穴58、101(図5及び7の左上)は、第二の端部52の近くの第四の締結材用穴58、104(図5及び7の右下)に対して対角線に配置されている。又、第一の端部51の近くの第二の締結材用穴58、102(図5及び7の右上)は、第二の端部52の近くの第三の締結材用穴58、103(図5及び7の左下)に対して対角線に配置されている。そして、第一の締結材を第一の締結材用穴58、101に挿入する。そして、プレート50の第一の端部51を骨(少なくとも1個ある脊椎骨のうちの1個)に固定する。次ぎに、第二の締結材を第四の締結材用穴58、104に挿入し、プレート50の第二の端部52を骨(少なくとも1個ある脊椎骨のうちの1個)に固定する。次ぎに、第三の締結材を第二の締結材用穴58に挿入することにより、プレート50の第一の端部51を骨(少なくとも2個ある脊椎骨のうちの1個)に固定する。又、第四の締結材を第三の締結材用穴58、103に挿入することにより、プレート50の第二の端部52を骨(少なくとも2個ある脊椎骨のうちの1個)に固定する。この方法で、締結材を締結材用穴58に挿入して、プレート50を骨に固定することによりねじり抵抗が低減し、それにより、骨加圧装置40が時間と共にゆるまない可能性が高まる。
Claims (23)
- 骨の曲率半径を持つ少なくとも1個の骨と伝達しあうように配置するための骨加圧装置で、プレートが事前形成時の形状を有し、その事前形成時の形状がその骨の曲率半径より小さな事前形成時の曲率半径を有している骨加圧装置。
- プレートには塑性域の形状、及び、事前形成時の形状と塑性域の形状の間の少なくとも1種類の弾性域の形状が含まれ、その塑性域の形状は骨の曲率半径より大きな変形された曲率半径を有し、かつ、少なくとも1種類ある弾性域の形状のうちの少なくとも1種類が骨の曲率半径と実質的に一致する弾性域の曲率半径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1の骨加圧装置。
- プレートが第一の端部、第二の端部、及び、少なくとも2個の取付部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項2の骨加圧装置。
- 少なくとも2個ある取付部材の少なくとも1個が穴であることを特徴とする請求項3の骨加圧装置。
- 少なくとも2個ある取付部材の少なくとも1個がループであることを特徴とする請求項3の骨加圧装置。
- 2個の取付部材の少なくとも1個がプレートの第一の端部に配置され、かつ、少なくとも2個ある取付部材の他方がプレートの第二の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3の骨加圧装置。
- 少なくとも2個ある取付部材の少なくとも1個が穴であることを特徴とする請求項6の骨加圧装置。
- 少なくとも2個ある取付部材の少なくとも1個がループであることを特徴とする請求項6の骨加圧装置。
- プレートが第一の端部、第二の端部、及び、少なくとも2個の取付部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の骨加圧装置。
- プレートが長軸を有する長さ及び横軸を有する幅を含み、その事前成形段階の曲率半径がその長さに沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1の骨加圧装置。
- プレートが長軸を有する長さ及び横軸を有する幅を含み、その事前成形段階の曲率半径がその幅に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1の骨加圧装置。
- プレートが第一の端部、第二の端部、その第一の端部の近くに配置された少なくとも2個の締結材用穴、及び、第二の端部の近くに配置された少なくとも2個の締結材用穴を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の骨加圧装置。
- 骨の曲率半径を有する少なくとも1個の骨と伝達しあうように配置するための骨加圧システムで、
プレートが、第一の端部、第二の端部、第一の取付部材、第二の取付部材、事前形成時の形状、塑性域の形状、及び、事前形成時の形状と塑性域の形状の間で少なくとも1種類の弾性域の形状を有し、その事前形成時の形状が骨の曲率半径より小さな事前形成された曲率半径を有し、その塑性域の形状が骨の曲率半径より大きな変形された曲率半径を有し、又、少なくとも1種類ある弾性域の形状のうちの少なくとも1種類が骨の曲率半径に実質的に一致する弾性域の曲率半径を有すること、
糸が第一の端部及び第二の端部を有し、その場合、糸の第一の端部が第一の取付部材に解き放し可能に固定され、及び、糸の第二の端部が第二の取付部材に解き放し可能に固定されていること、
緊張器が軸及びスプールを有し、その緊張器がプレートをその事前形成時の形状から骨の曲率半径に実質的に一致する少なくとも1種類の弾性域の形状に移行しやすくすること,
から成る骨加圧システム。 - 第一及び第二の取付部材が穴であり、第一の穴がプレートの第一の端部に配置され、かつ、第二の穴がプレートの第二の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- 糸の第一の端部及び第二端部のそれぞれが少なくとも1個のフックを含むことを特徴とする請求項14の骨加圧システム。
- 第一及び第二の取付部材がループであり、一方のループがプレートの第一の端部に配置され、又、第二のループがプレートの第二の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- 糸の第一の端部及び第二の端部がそれぞれ少なくとも1個のフックを含むことを特徴とする請求項16の骨加圧システム。
- 緊張器が少なくとも1個のプレートの穴への接続部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- 緊張器がラチェットを含むことを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- 第一の取付部材がプレートの第一の端部に配置され、第二の取付部材がプレートの第二の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- プレートが長軸を有する長さ及び横軸を有する幅を含み、事前形成時の曲率半径及び少なくとも1種類の弾性域の曲率半径がその長さに沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- プレートが長軸を有する長さ及び横軸を有する幅を含み、事前形成時の曲率半径及び少なくとも1種類の弾性域の曲率半径がその幅に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
- プレートが第一の端部、第二の端部、その第一の端部の近くに配置された少なくとも2個の締結材用穴及びその第二の端部の近くに配置された少なくとも2個の締結材用穴を含むことを特徴とする請求項13の骨加圧システム。
