Description
プラズマ窒化及びエージング(ageing,経時変化)を一つの処理ステップにおいて組み合わせることにより、Sandvik(サンドビック)社の1RK91ステンレスマルエージング鋼から、本発明によるシェービングキャップが製造された。
プラズマ窒化及びエージングを一つの処理ステップにおいて組み合わせることにより、Sandvik社の1RK91ステンレスマルエージング鋼又はCarpenter Customの465ステンレスマルエージング鋼から、本発明による切断装置が製造された。
Claims (7)
- ステンレスマルエージング鋼のプラズマ窒化のための方法であって、前記プラズマ窒化が、370℃から380℃までの温度で実施されることを特徴とする方法。
- シェーバ部品、機械部品及び切断部材のようなステンレスマルエージング鋼製品は、前記プラズマ窒化が実施される前に、所要の寸法に製造され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プラズマ窒化が、析出硬化と同時に又は析出硬化に続いて実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記プラズマ窒化及び/又は前記析出硬化が、375℃であるように選択される温度において、実施されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- ステンレスマルエージング鋼から製作される電気シェーバ用のシェーバキャップであって、前記ステンレスマルエージング鋼の当該シェーバキャップが、370℃から380℃までの温度でプラズマ窒化されることを特徴とするシェーバキャップ。
- ステンレスマルエージング鋼から製作される切断装置であって、前記ステンレスマルエージング鋼が、370℃から380℃までの温度でプラズマ窒化されることを特徴とする切断装置。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法で製造されたステンレスマルエージング鋼製品、請求項5に記載のシェーバキャップ、及び、請求項6に記載の切断装置のうち少なくとも一つを有する電気シェーバ。
