Claims (3)
- 静電霧化される液体が供給される放電電極と、放電電極に対向配置される対向電極と、放電電極を冷却して放電電極部分に空気中の水分を基に結露水を生成させる冷却手段と、放電電極と対向電極の間に高電圧を印加して放電を生じさせる高電圧発生手段と、前記両電極間の放電状態を検出する検出手段と、検出手段の検出結果に基づいて所望の放電状態を維持するように高電圧発生手段の出力を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記検出手段は、前記両電極間に流れる放電電流を検出し、前記制御手段は、検出手段が検出する放電電流値を所望の目標値に一致させるように高電圧発生手段の出力をフィードバック制御することを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 前記目標値を予め決められた範囲内で任意の値に設定する目標値設定手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- 前記目標値設定手段は、前記目標値として零を設定可能であり、前記制御手段は、設定された目標値が零であるときは高電圧発生手段の出力を停止することを特徴とする請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
