Claims (11)
- 自動車の空気入りタイヤ(1)のスリップを制御し、前記タイヤのグリップを最適化する方法であって、前記タイヤは、トレッド(3)を有し、前記方法は、前記タイヤの接触域(2)における前記トレッドの表面温度(T2)に関連した変数の測定値を用いて前記スリップを調節するステップを有し、前記スリップは、前記表面温度が最適温度に至るよう調節される、制御方法。
- 前記関連した変数は、前記トレッド(3)の表面温度(T3)であり、前記変数は、前記タイヤの前記接触域の外部で測定される、請求項1記載の制御方法。
- 前記トレッドの前記表面温度(T3)は、前記タイヤの前記接触域の出口の付近で測定される、請求項2記載の制御方法。
- 前記トレッドの前記表面温度の前記測定は、光学的測定である、請求項2又は3記載の制御方法。
- 較正データの収集ステップを更に有し、該収集ステップは、前記関連した変数の一連の測定値及び前記スリップを制御する際に用いられる前記較正データの好ましい値を求めるために車両の受ける力又は加速度の対応した一連の測定値を記録するステップから成る、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の制御方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法が適用される自動車の空気入りタイヤのスリップを制御する装置であって、該装置は、前記スリップを調節できる手段及び接触域における前記タイヤのトレッドの表面温度(T2)に関連した変数を測定する手段(4)を有する、装置。
- 前記スリップを調節できる前記手段は、前記車両のエンジンによりホイールに供給されるトルクを制御する手段を含む、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記スリップを調節できる前記手段は、前記ホイールの制動又は制動トルクの動力管理システムを有する、請求項6又は7記載の装置。
- 前記関連した変数を測定する前記手段は、前記接触域(2)の外部の前記トレッドの温度(T3)を測定する光学的手段(4)である、請求項6〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記光学的測定手段は、前記接触域の出口と対向して配置されたサーマルカメラ(4)である、請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記車両の加速度を測定する手段を更に有する、請求項6〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
