Description
本発明にかかる樹脂製パネルの製造方法は、
発泡体および補強材を内装した樹脂製パネルの製造方法において、
分割金型間に溶融状態のパリソン若しくは樹脂シートを配置し、
パリソン若しくは樹脂シートを真空若しくは圧空により金型のキャビティに押圧成形させ、
予め成形した発泡体の収容部に補強材が保持されて前記発泡体及び前記補強材が溶融状態のパリソン若しくは樹脂シート内に内装されるようにキャビティに配置した状態で型締めを行い、溶融状態のパリソン若しくは樹脂シートの内面と前記発泡体の外面とを溶着させることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 発泡体および補強材を内装した樹脂製パネルの製造方法において、
分割金型間に溶融状態のパリソン若しくは樹脂シートを配置し、
パリソン若しくは樹脂シートを真空若しくは圧空により金型のキャビティに押圧成形させ、
予め成形した発泡体の収容部に補強材が保持されて前記発泡体及び前記補強材が溶融状態のパリソン若しくは樹脂シート内に内装されるようにキャビティに配置した状態で型締めを行い、溶融状態のパリソン若しくは樹脂シートの内面と前記発泡体の外面とを溶着させることを特徴とする樹脂製パネルの製造方法。 - 前記収容部に前記補強材を保持させ、前記収容部と前記補強材との間に隙間が形成された前記発泡体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の樹脂製パネルの製造方法。
- 前記収容部は、前記発泡体の一方の面から他方の面に向けて窪ませた凹部形状であり、前記凹部形状の収容部に前記補強材を嵌め込んで、前記収容部に前記補強材を保持させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の樹脂製パネルの製造方法。
- 前記収容部は、前記発泡体の一方の面から他方の面まで貫通した孔形状であり、前記孔形状の収容部に前記補強材を嵌め込んで、前記収容部に前記補強材を保持させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の樹脂製パネルの製造方法。
